解百药毒，兼治筋疝，茎中痛胀，不堪春方，邪术所致。
甘草梢（二两） 黑豆（半升） 水煎服。
治大人小儿盘肠，奔豚疝气，偏坠阴肿。
葫芦巴（炒，一斤） 茴香（炒，十二两） 吴茱萸（汤洗七次，炒，十两） 川楝子
（炒，十八两） 大巴戟（去心，炒） 川乌（泡，去皮、尖，各六两） 为末，酒煮，
面糊丸，桐子大，每服十五丸，空心温酒下，小儿五丸，茴香汤吞下。一方，加黑牵牛。
偏坠初起，用穿山甲、茴香二味为末，酒调下，干物压之，外用 牡蛎，高良姜等
分，为细末，津调，涂于肿大之处，须臾火热，其痛即安。
一方
肥人肿疝寒热。用五苓散，加茴香煎服，神效。
治疝气，外肾肿痛如神。
木香 乳香 没药 大附子（泡去皮、脐） 人参 全蝎 玄胡 小茴香（盐水
炒） 川楝子（去核，各等分） 上为细末，好酒为丸，如桐子大，每服一百丸，空
心黄酒下，其痛即止。
治疝气，小肠气，膀胱气，盘肠气，木肾气及偏坠下部等症。
木香 荔枝核（一钱，半捣碎，炒黄色） 硫黄（熔化，倾入水，取出研末，三分）
沉香 吴茱萸（盐、酒炒，一钱） 川芎（盐水煮透，取起切片，五分） 橘核（各一钱） 乳
香（一钱） 大茴香（一钱五分） 上为末，酒丸，每服五十丸，空心米汤下。
解除各种药物的毒性，同时治疗筋疝（表现为阴茎疼痛、肿胀），以及因服用壮阳药或邪术导致的病症。

偏坠初起时，使用穿山甲、茴香两味药研成细末，用酒调匀内服，并进食干物以压制药效；外用牡蛎、高良姜等量研成细末，用唾液调匀，涂抹于肿大部位，片刻后感到火热，疼痛即刻缓解。
另一种配方：
身体肥胖者患疝气伴有寒热症状。使用五苓散（利水渗湿方剂），加入茴香煎煮后服用，效果神奇。
治疗疝气，外肾（睾丸）肿痛，疗效如神。

To resolve the toxicity of various medicines, and simultaneously treat *Jin Shen* (tendon hernia, characterized by pain and swelling in the penis), as well as conditions caused by the use of aphrodisiacs or evil arts.
Gancao Shao (Tip of Licorice Root) (2 liang) Heidou (Black Soybean) (0.5 sheng) Decoct with water and take orally.
To treat adults and children suffering from *Panchang Qi* (hernia where the intestine protrudes into the scrotum), *Ben Tun* hernia (gas rushing from the lower abdomen to the chest/heart), testicular ptosis (*Pian Zhui*), and scrotal swelling.
Huluba (Fenugreek Seed) (stir-fried, 1 jin) Huixiang (Fennel Fruit) (stir-fried, 12 liang) Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit) (washed seven times with decoction, stir-fried, 10 liang) Chuanlianzi (Fructus Toosendan) (stir-fried, 18 liang) Da Bajixi (Radix Bungeae) (remove heart, stir-fried) Chuanwu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii) (soaked, remove skin and tip, each 6 liang) Grind into fine powder, boil in wine, form pills with wheat starch paste, size of *Tongzi* (Cibotium seed). Take 15 pills per dose, orally with warm wine on an empty stomach; children take 5 pills, swallowed with Fennel decoction. Another prescription adds Heiqianniu (Black Morning Glory Seed).
For early-stage testicular ptosis, use Shanjiajia (Pangolin Scale) and Huixiang (Fennel Fruit) ground into powder, mixed with wine for oral administration, followed by eating dry food to suppress the effect. Externally, use Muli (Oyster Shell) and Gaoliangjiang (Galangal Rhizome) in equal parts, ground into fine powder, mixed with saliva, and applied to the swollen area. Within a short time, a burning sensation occurs, and the pain is immediately relieved.
Another prescription:
For obese individuals suffering from hernia accompanied by alternating chills and fever. Use Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria) added with Huixiang (Fennel Fruit), decocted and taken orally; the effect is miraculous.
To treat hernia, with divine efficacy for swelling and pain of the external kidneys (testicles).
Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resin) Moyao (Myrrhae Resin) Da Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateralis Radix) (soaked, remove skin and umbilicus) Renshen (Ginseng Radix) Quanxie (Scorpio) Xuanhu (Corydalis Rhizoma) Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculi Fructum) (stir-fried with salt water) Chuanlianzi (Fructus Toosendan) (remove core, each in equal proportion) Grind the above into fine powder, form pills with good wine, size of *Tongzi*. Take 100 pills per dose, orally with yellow wine on an empty stomach; pain stops immediately.
To treat hernia, *Xiaochang Qi* (small intestine qi), *Pangguang Qi* (bladder qi), *Panchang Qi* (intestine coiling qi), *Mushen Qi* (wood-like kidney/testicle hardness), and symptoms such as testicular ptosis in the lower region.
Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) Lizhihe (Litchi Seed) (1 qian, half crushed, stir-fried until yellow) Liuhuang (Sulfur) (melted, poured into water, taken out and ground into powder, 3 fen) Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum) Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit) (stir-fried with salt and wine, 1 qian) Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (boiled thoroughly in salt water, taken out and sliced, 5 fen) Juzhe (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) (each 1 qian) Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resin) (1 qian) Dahuixiang (Foeniculi Fructum) (1.5 qian) Grind the above into powder, form pills with wine. Take 50 pills per dose, orally with rice soup on an empty stomach.
