蜂采百花草木群英之精华，合清润春生之露气，朝夕嘘以阳和，遂得酿成华液，故
气清和，味甘纯粹，施之精神，气血虚实寒热，阴阳内外，诸病罔不相宜。《经》曰∶
里不足者以甘补之。甘为土化，土为万物之母，且诸毒遇土则化，夫石蜜具天地间，至
甘之味，故能安五脏，补诸虚，除众病，解诸毒，和百药也。白蜡，味甘淡，微温，无
毒，乃石蜜之凝结于底者也。蜜性缓质柔，气味俱浓，而属于阴，故补脾，主润脏腑经
络，蜡性涩质坚、气味俱薄，而属乎秋，故养胃能疗久痢，泄 后重下脓血也，甘能益
血补中，温能通行经脉，故主续绝，补阳生肌定痛及金疮也，若与生葱同食害人。与莴
苣同食下利。食蜜饱后，食 令人暴亡。
石蜜，清热益气，补中润燥，解毒止痛，五脏俱补，能生神气，除众病，和百
药，润脏腑，调脾胃，和营卫，杀疳虫，多食生风中满，肠滑者忌食。白蜡，益气止泻
痢，补中续绝伤，金疮，痈肿止痛，主肌。凡荡涤下焦之药，以此裹丸，免伤上部。
主治（痘疹合参） 石蜜和麻油，拭润干靥牢粘痘痂，又可调灭瘢散用之。
蜂性有毒，螫人则痛极，以其得火气之甚也，故蜂房味苦、咸、辛，气平，有毒。
苦能泄热，辛能散结，咸可软坚，故主惊痫蛊毒，乳痈瘰 ，肠痔痢疾。疗风毒毒肿
者，取其气类相从，以毒攻毒之义也。有以同乱发、蛇皮三物，合烧灰酒服，治恶疽、
附骨痈，根在脏腑、历节肿出、疔肿恶脉诸毒者。又以煎水嗽齿，止风虫疼痛、洗乳痈
蜂疔、恶疮者，皆取其攻毒散邪杀虫。且得阴露之寒，亦有蜕脱之义，稠密痘疮。用以
分窠者、取其象也。痈疽溃后禁之。
露蜂房，去外粗皮，酒浸炒入剂，治惊痫邪气鬼疰，蛊毒赤白痢疾，蜂毒乳痈瘰
作孔痈疽肠痔，恶疮牙痛。
主治（痘疹合参） 去风解毒，利热稀痘，善分窠粒，痘密者二三四朝用以分窠。
蜜蜂采集百花、草木及各类花卉的精华，融合清明滋润、具有春生之气的露水，在早晚通过阳气调和进行酝酿，从而酿成花蜜。因此，它的性质清和，味道甘甜纯粹，应用于人体精神气血的虚实寒热、阴阳内外各种病症时，无不适宜。《黄帝内经》说：“体内正气不足的，用甘味药来补益。”甘味由土气化生，土是万物的母亲，而且各种毒素遇到土气就能化解。石蜜（蜂蜜）具备天地间最甘美的味道，所以能安定五脏，补益各种虚损，消除多种疾病，解除各种毒素，调和百种药物。白蜡，味道甘甜淡平，性微温，无毒，它是石蜜凝结在底部的产物。蜂蜜的性质缓和、质地柔润，气味浓厚，属于阴，所以能补脾脏，主要滋润脏腑经络；蜂蜡的性质涩滞、质地坚硬，气味淡薄，属于秋季（金气），所以能养胃，治疗久痢导致的里急后重、下脓血等症状。甘味能益血补中，温性能通行经脉，所以蜂蜡主要用于接续断绝、补阳、生肌、定痛以及治疗金属创伤。如果与生葱一起食用会伤害人体。与莴苣一起食用会导致腹泻。吃饱饭后吃蜂蜜，令人突然死亡。
石蜜，能清热益气，补中润燥，解毒止痛，补益五脏，能产生神气，消除多种疾病，调和百药，滋润脏腑，调理脾胃，调和营卫，杀灭疳虫。多吃会引起内风、腹部胀满，肠滑者忌食。白蜡，能益气止泻痢，补中续接绝伤，治疗金疮、痈肿止痛，主治肌肉损伤。凡是使用荡涤下焦的药物，可以用它包裹制成丸剂，以免损伤上部身体。
主治（痘疹合参）：石蜜混合麻油，擦拭湿润干燥牢固粘连的痘痂，也可以配合调灭瘢散使用。
蜂性有毒，蜇人时会感到极度疼痛，因为它获得了过盛的火气，所以蜂房的味道苦、咸、辛，气平，有毒。苦味能泄热，辛味能散结，咸味能软坚，所以蜂房主治惊痫、蛊毒、乳痈、瘰疬、肠痔、痢疾。治疗风毒毒肿，是取其“气类相从”、“以毒攻毒”的道理。有人将蜂房与乱发、蛇皮这三样东西一起烧成灰，用酒送服，治疗恶疽、附骨痈（深部脓肿）、根在脏腑的历节肿痛、疔肿恶脉等各种毒症。又用蜂房煎水漱口，治疗风虫牙痛、清洗乳痈、蜂疔、恶疮，都是取其攻毒、散邪、杀虫的作用。并且蜂房得到阴露的寒气，也有蜕脱变化的含义，对于稠密的痘疮，用它来使痘粒分开，是取象比类的道理。痈疽溃烂后禁用。
露蜂房，去掉外面的粗皮，用酒浸泡后炒制入药，治疗惊痫、邪气鬼疰、蛊毒、赤白痢疾、蜂毒、乳痈、瘰疬、作孔痈疽、肠痔、恶疮、牙痛。
Bees collect the essence of flowers, grasses, trees, and various herbs, combining it with clear, moist dew possessing the spring-generating qi. Through morning and evening exhalation harmonized by Yang Qi, they ferment this into floral nectar. Therefore, its nature is clear and harmonious, its taste purely sweet. When applied to the spirit, Qi, blood, deficiency/excess, cold/heat, Yin/Yang, and internal/external conditions of the human body, it is suitable for all diseases. The *Classic* states: "For insufficiency in the interior, use Sweet flavors to tonify." Sweet flavor is transformed from Earth Qi; Earth is the mother of all things. Moreover, various toxins are neutralized when encountering Earth. Stone Honey (Shimi, raw honey) possesses the most sweet taste between Heaven and Earth; thus, it can calm the Five Viscera, tonify various deficiencies, eliminate numerous diseases, resolve various toxins, and harmonize hundred medicines. White Beeswax has a sweet and bland taste, is slightly warm, and is non-toxic. It is the substance formed where Stone Honey condenses at the bottom. Honey has a slow-acting nature and soft texture, with strong aroma and flavor, belonging to Yin; thus, it tonifies the Spleen and primarily moistens the Zang-Fu organs and meridians. Beeswax has an astringent nature and hard texture, with faint aroma and flavor, belonging to Autumn (Metal); thus, it nourishes the Stomach and treats chronic dysentery characterized by tenesmus and passage of pus and blood. Sweetness benefits blood and tonifies the center; Warmth unblocks the meridians. Thus, beeswax primarily aids in healing severed tissues, tonifying Yang, generating flesh, relieving pain, and treating metal wounds. Consuming it with raw green onions harms the person. Consuming it with lettuce causes diarrhea. Eating honey after being full can cause sudden death.
Stone Honey clears heat, benefits Qi, tonifies the middle, moistens dryness, resolves toxicity, relieves pain, tonifies the Five Viscera, generates spiritual energy, eliminates numerous diseases, harmonizes hundred medicines, moistens Zang-Fu organs, regulates the Spleen and Stomach, harmonizes Ying and Wei, kills pinworms. Excessive consumption generates internal wind and abdominal fullness; those with loose bowels should avoid it. White Beeswax benefits Qi, stops diarrhea and dysentery, tonifies the middle, heals severe injuries, treats metal wounds, relieves pain from carbuncles and swellings, and governs muscle tissue. For medications that purge the Lower Jiao, wrap them in this to prevent injury to the Upper Body.
Main Indications (Integration of Smallpox and Rashes): Mix Stone Honey with sesame oil to moisten and loosen dry, firmly adhered smallpox scabs; it can also be used mixed with Taimie Ban San (Scar Eliminating Powder).
Bees have toxic properties; their sting causes extreme pain because they possess excessive Fire Qi. Therefore, Bee Comb tastes bitter, salty, and acrid, has a neutral temperature, and is toxic. Bitterness drains heat; Acridity disperses nodules; Saltyness softens hardness. Thus, Bee Comb treats convulsions, epilepsy, gu poison, mastitis, scrofula, intestinal hemorrhoids, and dysentery. Treating wind-toxin swelling utilizes the principle of "similar qi attracting similar qi" and "using toxicity to combat toxicity." Some combine Bee Comb with disordered hair and snake skin, burn them to ash, and take with wine to treat malignant ulcers, deep-seated abscesses (Fugu Yong), joint swellings rooted in the viscera, carbuncles, and malignant pulses/toxins. Boiling water with Bee Comb for gargling stops wind-worm toothache; washing with it treats mastitis, bee stings, and malignant sores, all utilizing its ability to attack toxins, disperse pathogens, and kill parasites. Furthermore, obtaining the coldness of Yin Dew, it also carries the meaning of shedding/molt. For dense smallpox rashes, using it to separate the pustules relies on symbolic analogy. It is contraindicated after carbuncles and ulcers have ulcerated.
Dew Bee Comb (Lufengfang), remove the outer coarse skin, soak in wine, stir-fry, and administer. It treats convulsions, evil Qi, Gui Zhu (ghostly afflictions), Gu poison, red-and-white dysentery, bee venom, mastitis, scrofula, perforating carbuncles and ulcers, intestinal hemorrhoids, malignant sores, and toothache.
Main Indications (Integration of Smallpox and Rashes): Disperses wind, resolves toxicity, promotes heat clearance to thin out smallpox rashes, effectively separates pustule clusters. For dense rashes, use on days 2, 3, or 4 to separate the clusters.
