五苓散(仲景) 本方治太阳证身热、口渴、小便少。今变其分两，借用治疝。
猪苓 泽泻 茯苓（各二钱） 肉桂（一钱） 白术（四钱
水三杯，煎八分服。加木通、川楝子各一钱五分，橘核三钱，木香一钱。
三层茴香丸 治一切疝气如神。
大茴香（五钱，同盐五钱炒) 川楝子（一两） 沙参 木香（各一两）
为末，米糊丸，如桐子大。每服三钱，空心温酒下，或盐汤下。才服尽，接第二料。
又照前方加荜拨一两，槟榔五钱，共五两。根据前丸服法。
若未愈，再服第三料。
又照前第二方加茯苓四两，附子(炮)一两，共前八味，重十两。丸服如前。虽三十年之
久，大如栲栳，皆可消散，神效。
《千金翼》洗方 治丈夫阴肿如斗，核中痛。
雄黄末（一两） 矾石（二两） 甘草（七钱）
水五杯，煎二杯洗。

麻仁丸
火麻仁（二两） 芍药 枳实（各五钱） 大黄 浓朴（各一两）
研末，炼蜜丸，如桐子大，每服十丸，米饮下，以知为度。
五苓散（张仲景方）：本方用于治疗太阳病证见身体发热、口渴、小便量少。现在改变其药物分量，借用此方治疗疝气。

研为细末，用米糊制作成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用三钱，空腹时温酒送服，或用盐汤送服。刚服完第一料，紧接着服用第二料。
又在前方基础上加入荜拨一两，槟榔五钱，总共五两。按照前一种丸剂的服法服用。
如果病情未愈，再服用第三料。
又在前面第二种方药的基础上加入茯苓四两，附子（炮制）一两，共以前八味药，总重十两。制成丸剂按前述方法服用。即使是患病三十年之久，肿块大如栲栳（古代盛物器具），都可以消散，疗效神奇。
《千金翼方》洗方：治疗男子阴囊肿胀如斗状，睾丸内部疼痛。
雄黄末（一两），矾石（二两），甘草（七钱）。
用水五杯，煎至二杯，用于清洗患处。
麦门冬汤
麦门冬（四钱），半夏（一钱五分），人参（二钱），粳米（四钱），炙甘草（一钱），大枣（二枚）。
用水二杯，煎至八分，温服。
麻仁丸
火麻仁（二两），芍药，枳实（各五钱），大黄，浓朴（各一两）。
研为细末，炼蜜为丸，大小如梧桐子，每次服用十丸，米饮送服，以见效为度。
Wuling San (Zhang Zhongjing's Formula): This formula is used to treat Taiyang syndrome presenting with fever, thirst, and oliguria. Currently, its dosage is altered and borrowed for the treatment of hernia.
Polyporus, Alisma, Poria (each 2 qian), Cinnamon Twig (1 qian), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (4 qian).
Add three cups of water, decoct until reduced to eight-tenths, and take orally. If adding Tong Cao and Toosendan Fruit (each 1.5 qian), Citrus Reticulata Green Fruit (3 qian), and Aucklandiae Radix (1 qian).
Sanceng Huixiang Wan: Treats all types of hernia with miraculous efficacy.
Star Anise (5 qian, stir-fried with 5 qian salt), Toosendan Fruit (1 liang), Adenophorae Radix (Sha Shen), Aucklandiae Radix (each 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder, make pills with rice paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 3 qian per dose, on an empty stomach with warm wine or saline solution. Upon finishing the first batch, immediately proceed to the second batch.
Furthermore, add Long Pepper Fruit (1 liang) and Areca Seed (0.5 liang) to the previous prescription, totaling 5 liang. Administer according to the method described above.
If not cured, take a third batch.
Furthermore, add Poria (4 liang) and Prepared Aconite Root (1 liang) to the previous second prescription, combining the former eight herbs, with a total weight of 10 liang. Make pills and administer as before. Even if the disease has lasted for thirty years, and the mass is as large as a bamboo basket, it can be resolved; this is highly effective.
Qianjin Yi Decoction for Washing (from *Qianjin Yifang*): Treats male scrotal swelling resembling a beanbag, with pain in the testicles.
Realgar Powder (1 liang), Alum (2 liang), Licorice Root (0.7 qian).
Add five cups of water, decoct until two cups remain, and use for washing.

Ophiopogonis Radix (4 qian), Pinelliae Rhizoma (1.5 qian), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (2 qian), Oryza Sativa Semen (4 qian), Honey-fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (1 qian), Jujubae Fructus (2 pieces).
Add two cups of water, decoct until reduced to eight-tenths, and take warm.
Maren Wan
Cannabis Semen (2 liang), Paeoniae Radix Alba, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (each 5 qian), Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma, Ziziphi Spinosae Cortex (each 1 liang).
Grind into powder, make pills with refined honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take ten pills per dose, with rice drink, stopping when efficacy is achieved.
