〔《保》〕治妇人恶血不下。
当归（炒） 芫花（炒，等分）
上为细末，每服三钱，酒下。又，用好墨醋淬，末，小便、酒下，妙。
〔《大》〕产后恶露方行，而忽然断绝，骤作寒热，脐腹百脉皆痛，如以锥刺。
当归（一分） 桂心 芍药（各半两） 桃仁（去皮尖，炒，研） 没药（研。各一分） 虻虫（去翅足，炒）
水蛭（炒。各三十枚）
上为末，醋糊丸，如豌豆大，醋汤下。
上峻剂。
治产后恶露不下。
干荷叶（二两） 鬼箭羽 桃仁 刘寄奴 蒲黄（各一两）
上为粗末，每服三大钱，以童便一大盏，姜二片，生地一分，捶碎同煎至六分，去渣，无时热服。
〔梅〕治产后血不下。蒲黄三两，水三升，煎取一升，顿服。
〔《本》〕治产后血不下。益母草捣绞汁，每服一小钟，入酒一合，温搅匀服。
〔《千》〕生产后血不去。麻子五升，酒一升，浸一宿，明旦去渣，温服一升。不瘥，再服一升。不吐不
下，不得与男子通，一月将养如初瘥。
〔《大》〕黑龙丸 治产后一切血疾，产难，胎衣不下，危急恶疾垂死者，但灌药得下，无不全活，
神验不可言。
当归 五灵脂 川芎 良姜 熟地（各三两）
上细锉，入沙罐中，赤石脂泯缝，纸筋盐泥固济，炭火十斤， 令通赤，去火候冷，取开，看成黑糟色，
取出细研，却入后药∶
百草霜（五钱） 硫黄 乳香（各一两） 花蕊石 琥珀（各三钱）
上五味，并细研，如桐子大。顿服，立效。
【《保命集》】治疗妇人恶血（瘀滞之血）排出不畅。
当归（炒制） 芫花（炒制，与当归等量）
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用三钱，用酒送服。另外，用好墨在醋中淬炼后研成粉末，用小便或酒送服，效果极佳。
【《太平惠民和剂局方》】产后恶露刚开始排出，却突然中断，随即出现忽冷忽热的症状，脐腹及全身经脉均感疼痛，如同被锥子刺扎一般。
当归（一分） 桂心 芍药（各半两） 桃仁（去皮尖，炒制，研磨） 没药（研磨。各一分） 虻虫（去除翅足，炒制）
水蛭（炒制。各三十条）
将上述药材研成粉末，用醋糊制作成丸剂，大小如豌豆，用醋汤送服。
这是峻猛的药方。
治疗产后恶露排出不畅。
干荷叶（二两） 鬼箭羽 桃仁 刘寄奴 蒲黄（各一两）
将上述药材制成粗末，每次服用三大钱，取童子尿一大盏，生姜两片，生地黄一分，捣碎后一同煎煮至剩余六分药液，滤去药渣，随时温热服用。
【梅师方】治疗产后血排出不畅。蒲黄三两，加水三升，煎煮取一升药液，一次性服下。
【《本草拾遗》】治疗产后血排出不畅。益母草捣烂绞取汁液，每次服用一小钟，加入酒一合，温后搅拌均匀服用。
【《千金方》】分娩后瘀血未去。麻子五升，酒一升，浸泡一夜，次日清晨滤去药渣，温服一升。若病未愈，再服一升。服药期间不引起呕吐或腹泻，不得与男子同房，一个月调养直至痊愈如初。
【《太平惠民和剂局方》】黑龙丸 治疗产后各种血证、难产、胎衣不下，以及危急重症濒临死亡者，只要灌入药物能咽下，没有不能救活的，神效不可言说。
当归 五灵脂 川芎 良姜 熟地黄（各三两）
将上述药材细细切碎，放入沙罐中，用赤石脂泥封缝隙，用纸筋盐泥加固密封，用十斤炭火煅烧，直至通体红透，离火冷却后取出打开，观察呈黑色糟粕状，取出细研，再加入以下药物：
百草霜（五钱） 硫黄 乳香（各一两） 花蕊石 琥珀（各三钱）
将以上五味药一并细研，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。一次性服下，立即见效。
[From *Baoming Ji*] Treatment for women with stagnant blood (stasis of blood) failing to discharge.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, stir-fried) Yuanhua (Flos Genkwa, stir-fried), in equal parts.
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take three qian per dose, administered with wine. Alternatively, use high-quality ink quenched in vinegar, ground into powder, and taken with urine or wine; this is excellent.
[From *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*] When postpartum lochia begins to flow but suddenly stops, accompanied by sudden alternating chills and fever, and pain throughout the umbilical and abdominal regions as well as all meridians, feeling as if pierced by an awl.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 1 fen) Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae) Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), each 0.5 liang Taoren (Semen Persicae, peeled, de-pippled, stir-fried, crushed) Moyao (Resina Olibani, crushed), each 1 fen Mengchong (Blatta orientalis, wings and feet removed, stir-fried)
Shuizhi (Hirudo, stir-fried), each 30 pieces.
Grind the above into powder, bind with vinegar paste into pills the size of pea seeds, and administer with vinegar-infused water.
This is a potent formula.
Treatment for postpartum lochia retention.
Ganheyeh (Folium Nelumbinis Siccum, 2 liang) Guijianyu (Ramulus Eucommiae Ulmoidis) Taoren (Semen Persicae) Liujinu (Herba Siegesbeckiae) Puhuang (Pollen Typhae), each 1 liang.
Grind the above into coarse powder. Take three da qian per dose, decoct together with one large cup of child’s urine, two slices of fresh ginger, and one fen of Shengdihuang (Rhizoma Rehmanniae Recens), crushed, until reduced to six parts. Strain and take warm at any time.
[From *Meishi Fang*] Treatment for postpartum blood retention. Puhuang (Pollen Typhae) 3 liang, water 3 sheng, decoct to obtain 1 sheng, take in one dose.
[From *Bencao Shiyi*] Treatment for postpartum blood retention. Crush Yimucao (Herba Leonuri) and squeeze out the juice. Take one small zhong per dose, add one he of wine, warm and mix evenly before taking.
[From *Qianjin Fang*] After childbirth, blood stasis remains. Maziren (Semen Cannabis, 5 sheng) steeped in one sheng of wine overnight. In the morning, strain and take one sheng warm. If not cured, take another sheng. It should not induce vomiting or purging. The patient must abstain from sexual intercourse with men. Nourish and recuperate for one month until fully recovered.
[From *Taiping Huimin Heji Jufang*] Heilong Wan (Black Dragon Pill) Treats all blood disorders postpartum, difficult labor, retained placenta, and critical conditions nearing death. As long as the medicine can be administered and swallowed, recovery is assured; its efficacy is miraculous and beyond description.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung) Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) Liangjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Preparatum) Shudihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata), each 3 liang.
Finely chop the above, place in a clay pot. Seal the seams with Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum). Reinforce with paper-cord salt mud. Roast over charcoal fire weighing ten jin until red hot. Remove from heat, cool down, open the pot. Observe that the contents have turned black and crumbly. Take out and grind finely. Then add the following herbs:
Baicaoshuang (Soot from Chimney, 5 qian) Liuhuang (Sulfur) Ruxiang (Resina Olibani), each 1 liang. Huaruishi (Rosa Rosacea Lapis) Hupo (Electrum), each 3 qian.
Grind these five ingredients finely together. Form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take in one dose; effect is immediate.
