[Zhang Zhongjing] For all cases of vomiting where food cannot be swallowed, Xiaobanxia Decoction (Minor Pinellia Decoction) is the primary treatment.
Those who frequently vomit should naturally feel thirsty; if they are thirsty, it indicates the disease is about to resolve. Now that there is no thirst, it is due to the presence of Zhiyin (branching fluid retention) in the heart region. Xiaobanxia Decoction (Minor Pinellia Decoction) is the primary treatment.
Usage: Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) one sheng, Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) half a jin, with seven sheng of water, decoct to obtain one and a half sheng of liquid, divide into two warm doses.
For sudden vomiting, epigastric fullness/stuffiness (Xinxia Pi), intestinal obstruction accompanied by dizziness and palpitations caused by fluid retention, Xiaobanxia Jia Fuling Decoction (Minor Pinellia Decoction plus Poria Decoction) is the primary treatment.
Ingredients: Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (one sheng), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (half a jin), Fuling (Poria) (three liang, another method says four liang).
The above three herbs, with seven sheng of water, decoct to obtain one and a half sheng of liquid, divide into two warm doses.
Chenpi Tang (Tangerine Peel Decoction): Treats vomiting. (Formula see under Dry Vomiting.)
[Sun Simiao] To treat vomiting, use one Bai Binglang (Arecae Semen Preparatum) roasted, ten fen of Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) roasted, grind into powder, take with one zhan of water, decoct to half a zhan and administer.
The aforementioned Ginger, Banxia, and Orange Peel are holy medicines inevitably used for treating vomiting. However, Li Dongyuan stated: Acrid medicines such as Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) treat vomiting only when the pathology involves Qi stagnation in the Upper Jiao and exterior excess syndrome. If the vomiting is due to Stomach deficiency causing Grain Qi to fail to move, resulting in chest stuffiness and vomiting, one should only benefit the Stomach and promote the rise of Grain Qi, rather than treating it as an exterior excess syndrome and using acrid medicines to purge it.
[Zhang Zhongjing] For gastric reversal vomiting, Dabanxia Tang (Major Pinellia Decoction) is the primary treatment. (If previous treatments like Xiaobanxia Tang and other decoctions failed, this formula will cure it immediately.)
Ingredients: Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (two sheng, washed before use), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (three liang), Baimi (Honey) (one sheng).
The above three herbs, with thirteen sheng of water, mix with honey and stir two hundred and forty times, decoct the medicine to obtain three sheng of liquid, take one sheng warm, and administer the remainder in divided doses.
Li Jiang treated irregular gastric reversal vomiting where porridge and drinks were vomited immediately upon entry, with extreme fatigue and weakness bordering on death, using three da liang of Shangdang Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma from Shangdang), split open, decocted in one da sheng of water to obtain four ge, taken hot in one dose.
[Zhu Danxi] Chronic vomiting is due to Stomach deficiency failing to receive Grain.
Herbs: Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma).
For vomiting caused by Stomach deficiency and cold, Li Dongyuan's Dingxiang Zhuyu Tang (Clove and Evodia Decoction) and Zhang Zhongjing's Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction) are both formulas that benefit the Stomach and promote the rise of Grain Qi. (Formulas see under Cold section.)
[Li Dongyuan] If Yin deficiency leads to rebellious pathogenic Qi rising, causing obstruction and insufficient vomiting/hiccups, this is due to the failure of the Lower Jiao to unblock. One should appropriately use Shengdi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Honghua (Carthami Flos) to harmonize, cool, and moisten the blood; combine with Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) to tonify Qi; slightly add Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) and Mangxiao (Natri Sulfas) to unblock constipation. Once the bowels are free and pathogenic Qi is eliminated, the rebellious Qi and vomiting/hiccups will naturally cease. In cases of empty heat in the chest and long-term deficiency of Grain Qi leading to vomiting/hiccups, obtaining the Yin of the Five Grains to harmonize it will stop the vomiting/hiccups naturally. (The Five Grains all belong to Yin; whether eating them, drinking plain water, or preferring cold water, all can stop vomiting/hiccups without necessarily needing medicine.)
[Zhang Zhongjing] For vomiting with borborygmus and epigastric fullness/stuffiness (Xinxia Pi), Banxia Xiexin Tang (Pinellia Decoction to Drain the Epigastrium) is the primary treatment. (Formula see under Shaoyang Disease.)
[Li Dongyuan] Jiawei Erchen Tang (Modified Two-Chen Decoction): Treats disorders caused by Phlegm-Fluid, such as vomiting/hiccups and nausea; dizziness and palpitations; discomfort in the middle jiao; alternating chills and fever; or spleen-stomach disharmony due to consuming raw/cold foods. All are suitable for treatment.
Ingredients: Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) (one liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (five liang), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (five liang), Fuling (Poria) (two liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (one and a half liang).
Cut the above herbs coarsely. Take four qian per dose, with one and a half zhan of water, three slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), one Wumei (Mume Fructus), decoct together to seven parts, remove dregs, and take hot at any time. Or for treating Phlegm-fullness, add Caodoukou (Cardamomi Fructus) wrapped in flour and roasted to one and a half liang.
Huoxiang Angwei San (Agastache Powder to Stabilize the Stomach): Treats spleen-stomach weakness, loss of appetite, and intermittent vomiting.
Ingredients: Huoxiang (Pogostemonis Herba) (half qian), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) (two qian), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (two qian), Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum) (five qian).
Grind the above four herbs into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, with two zhan of water, three slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct together to one zhan, remove dregs, and take before meals.
[Li Dongyuan] Dingxiang Zhuyu Tang (Clove and Evodia Decoction): Treats vomiting/hiccups caused by Stomach cold.
Ingredients: Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) (five fen), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus), Caodoukou (Cardamomi Fructus), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (one qian each), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (five fen, roasted), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (one qian), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) (five fen), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) (seven fen), Fuling (Poria) (five fen), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (one and a half qian), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (one qian), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (five fen), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) (five fen).
Grind into fine powder. Take half liang per dose, with two zhan of water, decoct to one zhan, remove dregs, take hot before meals. Avoid cold items.
[World Physicians] Huoxiang Pingwei San (Agastache Powder to Calm the Stomach): Treats persistent vomiting.
Ingredients: Huoxiang (Pogostemonis Herba) (one liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (two liang), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (peeled, two liang), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (one liang, processed), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (three liang, soaked in rice water), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (two liang, roasted).
Grind into coarse powder. Take five qian per dose, with one and a half zhan of water, three slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), three dates, decoct together, remove dregs, and take warm.
[Luo Qianfu] Hongdou Wan (Red Bean Pill): Divine efficacy for cases unresponsive to other medicines. (Formula see under Diaphragmatic Qi Cold section.)
[Du Ren] An Ye Fang had an old woman surnamed Yan suffering from vomiting. Shi Xiucai was invited to treat her. He said: "It is cold in the Stomach causing vomiting." He administered Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction) for over a hundred pills, but the illness did not resolve. Shi suspected the case and summoned Du Ren. Du Ren said: "The medicine matches the disease perfectly; why doubt?" Shi asked: "Why does the illness not resolve despite the matching medicine?" Du Ren said: "The cold pathogen is severe, and the medicinal power has not yet reached its peak. Administer fifty more pills, and it will surely heal." Following his advice, she indeed healed. Shi then learned from Du Ren.
[Hai Zang] Examples of modifications to Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction). (Lizhong Tang Formula: Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), equal parts.)
If struck by cold-dampness, add Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) one liang, named Fuzi Lizhong Tang (Aconite Regulate the Middle Decoction). If cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, add Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum) and Qingjupi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride) one liang each, named Zhizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction).
If dry cholera with abdominal pain, first drink a small amount of salt water in one dose, induce thorough vomiting, then administer this medicine. If vomiting occurs, add Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) and Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) one liang each, and ten slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) to Zhizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction). If diarrhea occurs, add Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum) and Fuling (Poria) one liang each, named Buzhong Tang (Tonify the Middle Decoction). If diarrhea persists, add Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) one liang to Buzhong Tang (Tonify the Middle Decoction); for poor appetite and undigested food/water, add fried Sharen (Amomi Fructus Rotundus) one liang, totaling eight ingredients. If cholera with vomiting/diarrhea, abdominal pain, and cold limbs, remove Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) from the base formula and add prepared Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), named Sishun Tang (Four Smoothnesses Decoction). If Shaoyang Disease presents with Jie Xiong (chest binding), first decoct Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) and Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) in equal parts and take; if ineffective, and after vomiting/diarrhea there is severe chest stuffiness, high epigastric distension, and acute pain intolerable to touch, add Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) and Fuling (Poria) one liang each, named Zhishi Lizhong Tang (Zhishi Regulate the Middle Decoction). If thirsty, add Gualou Gen (Trichosanthis Radix) one liang to Zhishi Lizhong Tang (Zhishi Regulate the Middle Decoction). If muscle cramps occur after cholera, add Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) one liang to Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction) (Fire pathogen). If palpitations below the navel indicate Kidney Qi movement, remove Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) and add Guigui (Cinnamomi Ramulus) one liang; because the Kidney dislikes dryness, Baizhu is removed; to prevent Ben Tun (running piglet), Guigui (Cinnamomi Ramulus) is added. If palpitations are frequent, add Fuling (Poria) one liang. If thirsty and desiring water, add Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) half liang. If bitter cold sensation, add Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) five qian. If abdominal fullness, remove Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) and add Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) one liang. If excessive alcohol consumption or eating roasted/spicy hot food causes epistaxis, add Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) one liang. If Stomach injury causes hematemesis, this medicine regulates the Middle Jiao, separates Yin and Yang, and stabilizes the vessels; use only the base formula. If poisoned by Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), also use this formula; or simply decoct Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) and Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) in equal parts and take, or dissolve with Adzuki Bean decoction.
[Zhang Zhongjing] For vomiting with chest fullness, Wuzhuyu Tang (Evodia Decoction) is the primary treatment. (Formula see under Shaoyang Disease Vomiting.) For vomiting with weak pulse, frequent urination, slight body heat, and cold extremities (Jue Ni), Sini Tang (Counterflow Decoction) is the primary treatment. (Formula see under Shaoyang Disease Diarrhea.)
[Du Ren] Vice Minister Wang Pu suffered from vomiting and could not ingest food or drink. Sun Simiao was summoned, but after several days, there was no improvement. Du Ren was summoned again. Du Ren said: "Treating vomiting by inducing more vomiting indicates Wind in the Stomach." He used Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix) one liang, cleaned thoroughly removing skin and navel but keeping the tip, boiled in one bowl of Jiangshui (fermented grain water) until dry. Each piece was cut into two slices, then boiled again in one bowl of Jiangshui until the liquid was exhausted, then cut into four slices. Chew one slice finely and swallow with a little warm water. After a short while, the vomiting stopped. When the pain subsided slightly, Du Ren asked: "What do you usually like to eat?" He replied: "I like sweet things." Du Ren said: "Sweetness belongs to rich and greasy foods; accumulated over time it generates heat, which subsequently generates Wind. This is not a sudden onset." Wang Pu accepted his explanation.
Pain with vomiting indicates Cold. The Classics state: "When Cold Qi lodges in the intestines and stomach, Jue Qi rebels and rises outward, thus causing pain with vomiting."
[Zhu Danxi] For vomiting with Heat in the Stomach and Phlegm in the Diaphragm, Erchen Tang (Two-Chen Decoction) plus fried Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), and Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) is the primary treatment. This formula has proven effective repeatedly.
[Zhang Zhongjing] For vomiting with fever, Xiaochaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction) is the primary treatment. (Formula see under Alternating Chills and Fever.)
[Zhang Jieyu] Use Xiaochaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction) plus Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), made into pills with Ginger Juice paste, named Qingzhen Wan (Blue Settling Pill), to treat vomiting, wiry pulse, and headache, based on this principle.
[Ben Cao] To treat Stomach Heat vomiting, use Zhuru Tang (Bamboo Shavings Decoction).
Ingredients: Ge Gen (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) (three qian), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (two qian), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (three qian, boiled with half zhan of Ginger Juice and one sheng of Jiangshui until volume reduces by half).
Grind into powder. Take five qian per dose, with one zhan of water, three slices of Ginger, one ball-sized portion of Zhuru (Bambusa Textilis Internodium), and one date, decoct together to one zhan, remove dregs, and take warm.
Those with Heat have hot palms and soles. During the Zhenghe era, a person from the capital suffered from Shaoyang Disease; after sweating, his body cooled, but suddenly developed vomiting days later, rejecting both medicine and food. Doctors all prescribed Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Huoxiang (Pogostemonis Herba), Huashi (Hematitum), etc., but everything was vomited immediately upon swallowing. I said: "This is residual heat remaining in the Stomach after sweating; Sun Zhao's Zhuru Tang (Bamboo Shavings Decoction) is precisely appropriate." I gave him the medicine, and he healed immediately. The Huaihua San (Sophora Flower Powder) in Liang Fang also corresponds.
To settle vomiting and benefit the diaphragm, use Pipa San (Loquat Powder).
Ingredients: Pipaye (Eriobotryae Folium) (dehired, bitter and neutral, directs Qi downward), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (one qian each), Fuling (Poria) (five qian), Maogen (Imperatae Rhizoma) (two liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (one qian).
Cut finely. Take four qian per dose, with one and a half zhan of water, seven slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct slowly to seven parts, remove dregs, add five fen of Binglang (Arecae Semen) powder, mix well, and take.
[Zhang Zhongjing] For vomiting with pathology in the upper diaphragm, followed by desire for water to quench thirst, give water urgently. For those desiring water, Zhuling San (Polyporus Powder) is the primary treatment.
Ingredients: Zhuling (Polyporus), Fuling (Poria), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (equal parts).
Grind the above three herbs into powder. Take one cun bi (square inch spoonful) with water, three times daily.
Zhang Zhongjing said: "For vomiting with desire for water to quench thirst, give water urgently." My eldest son vomited two or three bowls of water each time; various medicines were ineffective. Only one mouthful of well water stopped it. Using Baizhu Fuling Tang (Atractylis and Poria Decoction) cured him. Indeed, the words of the sages are not false.
[Ben Cao] To treat sudden persistent vomiting with loss of appetite, boil Pipaye (Eriobotryae Folium) juice and drink it; it quenches thirst and specifically treats vomiting.
[Zhu Danxi] Women experiencing thirst during menstruation, drinking much water, epigastric fullness/stuffiness, and frequent vomiting with loss of appetite.
Ingredients: Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (two qian), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (two qian), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) (fried), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (one qian each), Zhi Gancao (Prepared Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (a little).
Divide into two doses, decoct with two zhan of water to a small zhan, add Ginger Juice, and take hot.
[Ben Cao] To treat persistent vomiting after childbirth, use Xiangling Wan (Fragrant Spirit Pill).
Ingredients: Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), Chensha (Cinnabaris, separately ground) (six fen each), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) (one qian).
First grind Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos) and Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) into powder; then add Chensha (Cinnabaris) and grind evenly. Form pills the size of chicken heads using Dog Gallbladder or Pig Gallbladder. Take one pill per dose, grinding down with Ginger and Chenpi Decoction.
All Wei (atrophy), Chuan (panting), and Ou (vomiting) belong to the Upper Jiao. (Full text see under Diagnosis.)
[Su Wen] What Taiyin calls "vomiting after eating" is due to food being overly full and overflowing upward, hence vomiting. (Mai Jie Pian)
Acrid substances disperse rebellious Qi; various formulas use Ginger, Banxia, and Orange Peel. (See under Upper Obstruction section.)
[Guang Ji Fang] To treat rebellious vomiting preventing eating. Helile Pi (Terminalia Chebulae Pericarpium) two liang, remove pits, grind into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills on an empty stomach, twice daily.
[Shi Liao] Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus) treats vomiting and Wind pathogen. Also, for vomiting with muscle cramps, boil Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus) juice and drink it; very good.
[World Physicians] If a patient suffers directly from vomiting, accompanied by weak legs or pain, this is Hong Kong Foot (Jiao Qi / Beriberi), and should be treated as such.
In terms of Six Qi transformations, there are four types of vomiting:
1. Fire and Heat. The Classics state: "When Shaoyin governs the sky, Heat Qi descends, causing rebellious vomiting, restlessness, and irritability." Also: "When Shaoyang arrives, it causes vomiting and gushing." Also: "When Shaoyang rebounds, it causes rebellious vomiting." Also: "When Fire is郁 (stagnant) and erupts, it causes rebellious vomiting," treated with Salty-Cold and Sweet-Cold methods.
2. Wind. The Classics state: "When Jueyin governs the earth, Wind excess causes vomiting after eating." Also: "When Jueyin governs the sky, Wind excess causes vomiting after eating." Also: "When Jueyin prevails, severe cases cause vomiting." Also: "When Jueyin rebounds, it causes vomiting, inability to retain food, food enters and exits, severe cases affect the Spleen causing food obstruction and vomiting," treated with Acrid-Cool, Sweet-Clear, and Sour-Clear methods.
3. Wind and Fire. The Classics state: "When Shaoyang governs the administration, Wind and Heat are distributed, people suffer from vomiting." Second Qi: Heat stagnates in the upper, causing cough, rebellion, and vomiting. Third Qi: People suffer from vomiting. Also: "When Taiyang governs the administration, First Qi shows Heat, headache, and vomiting," treated with Sour-Cold, Acrid-Cold, and Salty-Cold methods.
4. Dampness. The Classics state: "When Yangming governs the administration, First Qi causes vomiting." Also: "When Earth is郁 (stagnant) and erupts, severe cases cause heart pain, leg swelling, and vomiting."
Acupuncture methods for vomiting include two approaches:
One targets the Spleen. The Classics state: "The Foot-Taiyin Spleen meridian, when disturbed, causes vomiting after eating; treat according to excess/deficiency, heat/cold, sinking/collapsing."
One targets the Liver. The Classics state: "Diseases generated by the Foot-Jueyin Liver meridian include chest fullness and rebellious vomiting; treat according to excess/deficiency, heat/cold, sinking/collapsing."
[Zhang Jieyu] Severe vomiting without limit and dry retching: Da Ling (Pericardium 7), Jian Shi (Pericardium 5).
[Bian Que] Rebellious vomiting: Zhongwan (Ren 12), Chi Ze (Lung 5).
[Zhen Jiu Zhai Ying] Phlegm-fluid in the chest, cholera with palpitations/fright, acute abdominal distension/pain, confusion, vomiting/rebellion preventing eating: Ju Que (Ren 14) (6 fen), San Li (Stomach 36) (instant cure).
Wiry and slow Liver pulse indicates prone to vomiting. (Full text see under Diagnosis of Excess/Deficiency.)
[Li Dongyuan] Sun Simiao stated that Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) is the holy medicine for vomiting, referring to pathology of Qi stagnation in the Upper Jiao and exterior excess, not referring to purging Qi. If Spleen-Stomach is weak, Grain Qi fails to move, Ying and Wei flow downward, Middle Qi is obstructed, Clear Qi and Body Fluids do not ascend, chest is blocked, and Qi channels are closed, this also causes hiccups. One should only benefit the Stomach and promote the rise of Grain Qi. Do not treat it as exterior excess and use acrid medicines like Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) to purge stagnation, nor recklessly use Qi-purging or Blood-purging laxatives. Purging will increase obstruction and pain, or transform into Jie Xiong (chest binding); further purging the diaphragm often leads to danger. Since Qi is already deficient, purging it again heavily depletes Qi, causing chest pain like knife cutting, identical to true Jie Xiong (chest binding). Can one not be cautious?
[Zhu Danxi] When decocting medicine for vomiting, avoid Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum), Taoren (Persicae Semen), Luobozi (Raphani Semen), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), as they all induce vomiting. Pills containing aromatic dispersing herbs are acceptable. For ship sickness with severe vomiting, if the patient drinks water upon thirst, death ensues; Tongbian (Child's Urine) is best.
