心痛，当于大人心痛门参用之。
心痛吐水者，虫痛；心痛不吐水者，冷心痛。
〔钱〕灵矾散 治小儿虫咬心痛欲绝。
五灵脂（二钱） 白矾（火飞，半钱）
上同研，每服一二钱，水一钟，煎至五分，温服无时，当吐出虫。
〔钱〕弄舌，脾藏微热，令舌络微紧，时时舒舌，治勿用冷药及下之，当少与泻黄散，渐服之。（田氏云∶
若肥实者，用牛黄散治之，）或欲饮水，医疑为热，用冷药下之者，非也。饮水者，脾胃津液少故也，又加面
黄肌瘦，五心烦热，即为疳，宜加胡黄连辈。若大病未已，用药弄舌者凶。
〔汤〕重舌，附舌下近舌根，生形如舌而小，谓之重舌。其着舌下，如此者名重舌。其着颊里及上 ，
如此者名重 。其着齿龈上，如此者名重龈，皆刺之去血可也。
〔田〕重舌治法。用苦竹沥渍黄柏末点舌上。如不愈，后用真蒲黄敷之，不过三次愈。（用真蒲黄
微炒，纸铺地上出火气，研细，每挑些糁舌下，更以温水蘸熟帛裹指轻轻按之，按罢渗药。）
〔姚〕治小儿重舌。马牙硝涂舌下，日三度。
〔世〕治小儿重舌木舌。先用新水揉口并舌上下，后用皂角针烧灰，入脑子少许，每用半字，糁舌上下，
出涎立效。
〔《子母》〕治小儿重舌。烧乌贼鱼骨，细研，和鸡子黄敷喉及舌上。
〔《简》〕治小儿重舌欲死。乱发灰细研，以半钱敷舌下，日不住用之。
〔丹〕重舌。桑白皮煮汁涂乳，饮之。《秘录》又以蜣螂烧末，唾敷之。
心痛且伴有呕吐清水的，是虫痛；心痛且不呕吐清水的，是冷心痛。
〔钱乙〕灵矾散：治疗小儿因虫咬导致的心痛，疼痛剧烈近乎死亡。
五灵脂（二钱） 白矾（经火煅飞制，半钱）
以上两味药共同研磨成粉，每次服用一二钱，加水一钟，煎煮至五分量，随时温服，应当能吐出虫子。
〔钱乙〕弄舌：这是脾脏有轻微热气，导致舌部络脉轻微拘紧，舌头不时伸出。治疗时不要使用寒凉药物及泻下法，应当少量给予泻黄散，逐渐服用。（田氏说：如果是形体肥壮结实者，用牛黄散治疗。）如果患儿想要喝水，医生怀疑是热证而使用寒凉药物泻下的，这是错误的。想喝水是因为脾胃津液不足所致，再加上面色发黄、肌肉消瘦、手足心发热，这就属于疳积病，适宜加入胡黄连这类药物。如果大病未愈，因用药不当导致弄舌的，预后凶险。
〔汤〕重舌：附着在舌头下面靠近舌根处，生长出形状像舌头但较小的赘生物，称为重舌。其附着在舌下的，像这样情况的叫重舌。其附着在两颊内侧及上颚的，像这样情况的叫重齶。其附着在齿龈上的，像这样情况的叫重龈，都可以采用刺破放血的方法治疗。
〔田〕重舌的治疗方法。用苦竹沥浸泡黄柏末，点涂在舌上。如果不见好转，随后用真正的蒲黄敷贴，不超过三次即可痊愈。（使用真正的蒲黄微炒，铺在纸上以去除火气，研磨细，每次取少许撒在舌下，再用温水浸湿熟帛包裹手指轻轻按压，按完后让药物渗入。）
〔世〕治疗小儿重舌和木舌。先用新汲水揉搓口腔以及舌头的上下方，然后用皂角针烧成灰，加入少许脑子（冰片），每次用半字量，撒在舌头上下方，流出涎液后立即见效。
〔《子母备录》〕治疗小儿重舌。烧乌贼鱼骨，细细研磨，与鸡蛋黄混合敷在喉部和舌上。

Heart pain accompanied by vomiting clear water indicates worm-induced heart pain; heart pain without vomiting clear water indicates cold-induced heart pain.
[Qian Yiyuan] Lingfan San (Spiritual Alum Powder): Treats infantile heart pain caused by worm bites, where the pain is severe and nearly fatal.
Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung, *Excrementum Trogopterori*) (2 qian)
Baifan (Alumen, *Alumen*) (calcined and refined, 0.5 qian)
Grind the above ingredients together into powder. Take 1–2 qian per dose, decoct with one zhong of water until reduced to five fen, and take warm at any time. It is expected that worms will be vomited out.
[Qian Yiyuan] Tongue protrusion: This condition arises from slight heat in the Spleen organ, causing slight tension in the tongue collaterals, leading to intermittent protrusion of the tongue. Treatment should avoid cold-natured herbs and purgative methods. Instead, Xiahuang San (Yellow-Draining Powder) should be administered in small amounts gradually. [Tian states: For patients who are robust and fleshy, Niuhuang San (Calculus Bovis Powder) may be used.] If the child desires to drink water, and the physician mistakenly suspects heat and uses cold herbs to purge, this is incorrect. The desire to drink results from insufficient fluids in the Spleen and Stomach. When combined with a sallow complexion, emaciation, and five-palm heat (heat sensation in the palms, soles, and chest), it constitutes Gan disease (infantile malnutrition syndrome). Herbs such as Huhuanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, *Rhizoma Coptidis*) should be added. If tongue protrusion occurs due to medication during an unresolved major illness, the prognosis is ominous.
[Tang] Double tongue: A growth resembling a smaller tongue appears attached beneath the main tongue near its root, termed double tongue (Chong She). If located under the tongue, it is called double tongue. If located in the inner cheeks or upper palate, it is called chong e. If located on the gums, it is called chong yin. These conditions can be treated by pricking to release blood.
[Tian] Treatment for double tongue. Apply Huangbai end (Phellodendron Bark, *Cortex Phellodendri*) soaked in Kuzhuli (Bamboo Sap, *Succus Bambusae in Taedia*) onto the tongue. If there is no improvement, apply Zhen Puhuang (True Pollen Typhae, *Pollen Typhae*) subsequently. Recovery usually occurs within three applications. (Use genuine Pollen Typhae, lightly stir-fried, spread on paper to dissipate fire heat, then grind finely. Sprinkle a small amount under the tongue, then gently press with a finger wrapped in cloth moistened with warm water, allowing the medicine to penetrate after pressing.)
[Yao] Treatment for infantile double tongue. Apply Mayaxiao (Natrii Sulfas Crystallized, *Natrii Sulfas*) to the sublingual area three times daily.
[Shi] Treatment for infantile double tongue and wooden tongue. First, rub the oral cavity and both sides of the tongue with fresh well water. Then, burn Zaojiaozhen (Gleditsiae Spina, *Spina Gleditsiae Sinensis*) to ash, add a small amount of Naonzi (Borneolum Syntheticum, *Borneolum*), and use half a zi quantity to sprinkle on the upper and lower surfaces of the tongue. Salivation will occur immediately with effective results.
[Zimu Beilu] Treatment for infantile double tongue. Burn Haihezhu (Cuttlebone, *Os Sepiae*) and grind finely. Mix with Jizihuang (Egg Yolk, *Ovum Gallii*) and apply to the throat and tongue.
[Jianyi Fang] Treatment for infantile double tongue causing extreme suffering. Grind Luafa hui (Ash of Human Hair, *Cinis Capillis Humani*) finely. Apply 0.5 qian under the tongue, using continuously day and night.
[Dan] Double tongue. Boil Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex, *Cortex Mori*) in water, apply the juice to the breasts, and let the infant suck and drink it. Milu records also suggest burning Qianglang (Dung Beetle, *Scarabaeus*) to powder, mixing with saliva, and applying topically.
