〔世〕治 疮极妙。地骨皮一斤，黄柏皮二两，锉为粗末，用香油一斤半煎。滤过药油六七两，
入净松香二十两，黄丹二两，同煎。候黄丹微黑色，却入轻粉七角，光粉二角，煎法皆如煎膏法，用
长条纸拖过挂干用。若此疮紫黑，先用三棱针去恶血，以冷水洗净，随疮大小剪膏药掩上，用绢帛
紧紧扎缚。俟一周时再换膏药，换时须用冷水洗疮。不过数换，不问新久即愈。须忌日气、火气、阳
气。倘换膏药再看，如有黑肿未尽，可再出血，以紫黑血尽为度。
治 疮。用糯米泔漱口过，洗疮拭干，却以地骨皮为细末，蜜调敷疮上，又以油纸缚之。
〔丹〕治 疮。
白胶香（一两） 黄柏（一两） 软石膏（一两，另研） 青黛（半两） 龙骨（五分）
上为细末，以香油调敷患处。
又方 羯羊屎二分，石膏一分，赤石脂半分，为细末，香油和之，旧黑油伞纸作隔膏缚之，
除根。
〔罗〕翠玉膏治 疮。
沥青（四两） 黄蜡 铜绿（各五钱） 没药（三钱）
上件，先将铜绿为细末，入香油调匀。又将黄蜡、沥青火上溶开，次下油铜绿，火上搅匀。
将没药等三味，旋旋入搅匀。用河水一碗，将药倾在内，用手扯拔匀，油纸裹。看疮大小分大
小块，口嚼，捻成饼子，贴于疮上，纸封三日易之。
〔丹〕 疮。用砂糖水煮冬青叶三五沸，捞起，石压干，将叶贴在疮口上，一日换二遍。脚
痛成疮，水蓼煎汤洗疮，候干自安。（《经验方》）
〔《山》〕 疮。用韭汁洗净，挹干，锉虎骨敷上。
〔丹〕二妙丸治下焦湿疮。（但是下焦有疮皆可服。）
潜行散末、苍术末各等分，炼蜜为丸，桐子大。
〔海〕治两 脚膝生疮，服黄 丸，立安。（《局方》虚损门。）
黄 丸
川乌头（炮，去皮脐） 川楝子 地龙（去土，炒） 茴香（炒） 杜蒺藜（炒，去刺）
赤小豆 防风（去芦头） 黄 （锉。各一两） 乌药（二两）
上为细末，酒煮面糊为丸，如桐子大。每服十五丸，温酒下，盐汤亦得，妇人醋汤下，并空
心服。
【世】治疗疮疡效果极佳。取地骨皮一斤，黄柏皮二两，切碎成粗末，用香油一斤半煎煮。滤过后得到药油六七两，加入净松香二十两、黄丹二两，共同煎煮。等到黄丹颜色微呈黑色时，再加入轻粉七角、光粉二角。煎制方法都如同熬制膏药的方法一样，用长条纸拖过晾干后使用。如果这种疮疡呈现紫黑色，先用三棱针刺破排出恶血，用冷水洗净，根据疮疡的大小剪下膏药覆盖在上面，用绢帛紧紧包扎固定。等待一周时间后再更换膏药，更换时必须用冷水清洗疮口。不过更换几次，无论新发还是久病都能痊愈。必须忌避日气、火气、阳气。如果在更换膏药时发现黑肿未消尽，可以再放血，直到紫黑色的血排尽为止。
治疗疮疡。用淘米水漱口并清洗疮疡，擦干后，将地骨皮研成细末，用蜂蜜调和敷在疮上，再用油纸包裹固定。
【丹溪】治疗疮疡。
白胶香（一两） 黄柏（一两） 软石膏（一两，单独研磨） 青黛（半两） 龙骨（五分）
以上药物研成细末，用香油调和敷于患处。
又一方：羯羊屎二分，石膏一分，赤石脂半分，研成细末，用香油调和，用旧黑油伞纸作为隔层包裹固定，可除根。
【罗谦甫】翠玉膏治疗疮疡。
沥青（四两） 黄蜡 铜绿（各五钱） 没药（三钱）
以上药材，先将铜绿研成细末，用香油调匀。再将黄蜡、沥青在火上熔化，随后倒入油中的铜绿，在火上搅拌均匀。将没药等三味药，慢慢加入并搅拌均匀。用一碗河水，将药液倾入其中，用手拉扯搅拌均匀，用油纸包裹。根据疮疡大小分成大块或小块，口嚼后捻成饼状，贴在疮上，用纸封固三天后更换。
【丹溪】治疗疮疡。用砂糖水煮冬青叶三五沸，捞出，用石头压干，将叶子贴在疮口上，一天更换两次。脚部疼痛形成疮疡，用水蓼煎汤清洗疮疡，待干燥后自然痊愈。（《经验方》）
【山阴】治疗疮疡。用韭菜汁洗净，吸干水分，锉碎虎骨敷在上面。
【丹溪】二妙丸治疗下焦湿疮。（凡是下焦有疮疡皆可服用。）
黄柏散末、苍术末各等分，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。
【海藏】治疗两脚膝盖生疮，服用黄丸，立即安宁。（《局方》虚损门。）

[Shi] Treatment for sores is extremely effective. Take one jin of Cortex Lycii Radicis (Digupi), two liang of Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai), chop them into coarse pieces, and decoct in one jin and half of sesame oil. Filter to obtain six or seven liang of medicinal oil, add twenty liang of purified Pine Rosin (Songxiang) and two liang of Lead Tetroxide (Huandan), and decoct together. When the color of Huandan turns slightly black, add seven jiao of Calomelas (Qingfen) and two jiao of White Lead Powder (Guangfen). The decoction method is the same as that for preparing plasters. Apply by dragging through long strips of paper and hanging to dry. If the sore appears purple-black, first puncture with a three-edged needle to remove bad blood, wash clean with cold water, cut a plaster to fit the size of the sore, cover it, and bind tightly with silk fabric. Change the plaster after one week; when changing, wash the sore with cold water. After only a few changes, whether new or old, it will heal. Must avoid exposure to sunlight, fire heat, and yang qi. If upon changing the plaster, black swelling remains, bleed again until all purple-black blood is exhausted.
Treatment for sores. Rinse mouth with rice washing water, wash the sore and wipe dry. Then grind Cortex Lycii Radicis (Digupi) into fine powder, mix with honey, apply to the sore, and bind with oiled paper.
[Danxi] Treatment for sores.
Baijiaoxiang (one liang) Huangbai (one liang) Ruan Shigao (one liang, ground separately) Qingdai (half liang) Longgu (five fen)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder, mix with sesame oil, and apply to the affected area.
Another prescription: Jieyangshi (two fen), Shigao (one fen), Chishizhi (half fen), grind into fine powder, mix with sesame oil, bind with old black umbrella paper as an interlayer to eradicate the root.
[Luo Qianfu] Cuiyu Gao treats sores.
Liqing (four liang) Huangla Tonglv (each five qian) Moyao (three qian)
First, grind Tonglv into fine powder and mix evenly with sesame oil. Melt Huangla and Liqing over fire, then add the oil-Tonglv mixture and stir evenly over fire. Slowly add Moyao and the other two ingredients, stirring evenly. Pour the mixture into a bowl of river water, pull and stir evenly by hand, wrap in oiled paper. Divide according to the size of the sore into large or small pieces, chew, roll into cake shapes, and apply to the sore. Seal with paper and change every three days.
[Danxi] Treatment for sores. Decoct leaves of Ilex aquifolium (Dongqingye) in sugar water for three to five boils, remove, press dry with a stone, and apply the leaf to the sore opening. Change twice a day. For leg pain forming sores, decoct Polygonum hydropiper (Shuiliao) in water to wash the sore; let it dry and it will heal naturally. (From *Jingyan Fang*)
[Shanyin] Treatment for sores. Wash with juice of Allium tuberosum (Jiu), blot dry, crush Tiger Bone (Hugu) and apply.
[Danxi] Ermiao Wan treats damp sores in the lower jiao. (Can be taken for any sores in the lower jiao.)
Equal parts of Huangbai powder and Cangzhu powder, made into pills with refined honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds.
[Hai Zang] Treats sores on both legs and knees; take Huangwan for immediate relief. (From *Ju Fang*, Xu Sun Men.)

Chuan Wutou (processed, skin and umbilicus removed) Chuanlianzi Dilong (earth removed, fried) Huixiang (fried) Duliji (fried, thorns removed)
Xiaohoudou Fangfeng (rhizome removed) Huangqi (cut. each one liang) Wuyao (two liang)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder, make pills with flour paste boiled in wine, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose, swallow with warm wine; salt water is also acceptable. Women should take with vinegar water. Take on an empty stomach.
