〔世〕治小儿面疮，通面烂无全肤，脓水流漓，百药不效者。陈年腊猪油不入盐者，敷之神效。
〔《简》〕如圣散 治小儿口疮不能吃乳者。
江子一粒或二粒，研烂，不去油，入朱砂、黄丹敷纸绢上少许，剃开小儿囟门，贴在囟上。
如四边起粟米泡，
便用温水洗去药，恐成疮，更用菖蒲水洗便安，其效如神。
〔世〕南星膏 治口疮，小儿难用药。
以大天南星去皮，取中心龙眼大，为末，却用酸醋调，涂脚心，甚妙。
〔《千》〕治小儿口疮，饮乳不得。以白矾如鸡子大，置醋中，涂儿足底，二七次即愈。
〔无〕牡蛎散 治小儿口疮。
牡蛎（ 通红，取出候冷，研细，以纸裹入土中七日出火气，三钱） 甘草（炙，为末，一钱）
上和匀，时时挑少许糁口中，或吐，皆无害。
〔田〕口疮治法。乳母同儿宜服洗心散、泻心汤，然后用黄柏末研细糁之。（泻心汤方，黄连一味为末，
蜜水调，不可煎。）
〔汤〕治口疮验方。
黄柏（蜜炙赤，半两） 青黛（一分）
上二件为末，频糁口内愈。
〔《斗》〕口疮服凉药不愈者，此中焦气不足，虚火泛上，宜附子理中汤。
〔世〕治久癞头，用黄连细末敷之。治年久癞头。内用苦参丸，食后服之；外用苦参末油敷之，
二月愈。
〔丹〕又方 用防风通圣散酒制，除大黄另研为末，再用酒拌晒干为末，每一钱，水煎服，日四五服，
至三十帖见效。
又方
川芎 片芩（酒） 芍药（酒） 陈皮（各半两） 白术（酒） 当归（酒。各一两） 天麻（酒）
苍耳（七钱半） 黄柏（酒） 粉草（酒） 防风（各三钱）
上 咀，煎服。四五次服之，服过睡片时。
小儿癞头。用烧红炭淬长流水，令热洗之，仍用芫荽子煎猪脂，去子用脂敷患处。又法，用胡荽子、
伏龙肝、悬龙尾、黄连、白矾为末，油调敷。
头疮方
猪油（一钱，半生半熟） 雄黄 水银（各二钱半）
上研和匀，敷疮上。
又方 治小儿癞头并身癞等证。用松皮烧灰，白胶香、枯矾、大黄、黄柏，油调敷患处。又方，
用腊月马脂油搽患处，极妙。
〔《简》〕头疮。大笋壳烧为灰，量疮大小，用灰调生油敷，又加腻粉佳。
〔《秘录》〕小儿头身诸疮。烧鸡卵壳和猪脂敷之。
〔世〕治癞头。
松香（一两，干铫溶开，安在石上，俟冷，取起轻轻研细） 黑龙尾（三钱，即屋尘垂挂者）
白芷（半两） 松树皮（烧灰，二钱） 水银（二钱） 黄丹（三钱） 雄黄 白矾（各二钱）
上为末，以血余入香油煎烂，调敷患处。
【世医经验】治疗小儿面部疮疡，整个面部溃烂没有完好的皮肤，脓水淋漓不止，各种药物都无效的。使用陈年的腊月猪油（不含盐），外敷患处，效果神奇。
【《简易方》】如圣散 治疗小儿口疮不能吃奶的。
取巴豆一粒或两粒，研烂，不去掉油脂，加入朱砂、黄丹少许，涂抹在纸或绢上，剃开小儿囟门部位，贴在囟门上。
如果四周起粟米大小的水泡，
就用温水洗去药物，恐怕会形成疮疡，再用菖蒲水洗，就会安宁，其效果如神一般。
【世医经验】南星膏 治疗口疮，小儿难以用药的情况。
取大天南星去皮，取中心龙眼大小的一块，研为粉末，然后用酸醋调和，涂在脚心，非常奇妙。
【《千金方》】治疗小儿口疮，喝奶困难。用白矾如鸡蛋大小，放在醋中，涂在孩子足底，十四次即可痊愈。
【无名师/佚名】牡蛎散 治疗小儿口疮。
牡蛎（烧至通红，取出候冷，研细，用纸包裹埋入土中七天以去除火气，三钱） 甘草（炙烤，研为粉末，一钱）
两者混合均匀，时常挑取少许撒入口中，即使吐出，也没有害处。
【田氏】口疮治法。乳母与患儿宜服用洗心散、泻心汤，然后用黄柏末研细撒在患处。（泻心汤方，仅黄连一味药研为粉末，用蜜水调和，不可煎煮。）
【汤氏】治疗口疮验方。
黄柏（蜜炙至赤色，半两） 青黛（一分）
以上两味药研为粉末，频繁撒在口内，即可痊愈。
【《斗门方》】口疮服用凉药不愈的，这是中焦气不足，虚火泛上，适宜用附子理中汤。
【世医经验】治疗久治不愈的癞头疮，用黄连细末外敷。治疗多年的癞头疮。内服苦参丸，饭后服用；外用苦参末调油外敷，两个月可愈。
【丹溪】又一方 用防风通圣散酒制，除去大黄另研为粉末，再用酒拌晒干研为粉末，每次一钱，水煎服，每日四五次，服至三十帖见效。
又一方
川芎 片芩（酒制） 芍药（酒制） 陈皮（各半两） 白术（酒制） 当归（酒制，各一两） 天麻（酒制）

以上药材切碎，煎服。服四五次后，服药后睡片刻。
小儿癞头疮。用烧红的炭淬入长流水中，令水热后清洗患处，仍用芫荽子煎猪脂，去掉芫荽子后用猪脂敷患处。又一种方法，用胡荽子、伏龙肝、悬龙尾、黄连、白矾研为粉末，油调敷。

以上研为粉末，用血余（头发）入香油煎烂，调和后敷患处。
[World Medical Experience] For treating pediatric facial sores where the entire face is ulcerated with no intact skin, and pus flows profusely despite the ineffectiveness of various medicines. Apply aged lard from the twelfth lunar month (without salt) topically; it yields miraculous results.
[Simple Prescriptions] Rusheng Powder (Rusheng San) for treating pediatric oral ulcers that prevent breastfeeding.
Take one or two seeds of Croton tiglium (Jiangzi), grind them into a paste without removing the oil, mix with a small amount of Cinnabar (Zhusha) and Red Lead (Huandan). Apply this mixture onto paper or silk. Shave the fontanelle area of the infant and apply the patch to the fontanelle.
If millet-sized blisters appear around the edges,
wash off the medicine with warm water immediately to prevent further ulceration. Subsequently washing with Acorus calamus (Changpu) decoction will bring relief. The efficacy is like magic.
[World Medical Experience] Nanxing Ointment (Nanxing Gao) for treating oral ulcers, especially when medication administration in infants is difficult.
Remove the peel of large Arisaema cum Bile (Datianxing), take a piece the size of a longan from the center, grind it into powder, and mix with sour vinegar. Apply to the sole of the foot; it is highly effective.
[Thousand Golden Formulas] For treating pediatric oral ulcers causing difficulty in nursing. Take alum (Baifan) the size of a chicken egg, place it in vinegar, and apply to the child's sole. After fourteen applications, it will heal.
[Anonymous] Mutli San (Mutli Powder) for treating pediatric oral ulcers.
Ostrea concha (Muli) (Calcined until red hot, cooled, ground finely, wrapped in paper and buried in soil for seven days to remove fire toxicity, 3 qian) Licorice Root (Gancao) (Honey-fried, ground into powder, 1 qian)
Mix evenly. Frequently pick up a small amount and sprinkle into the mouth. Even if vomited out, it causes no harm.
[Tian's Method] Treatment of oral ulcers. The lactating mother and the infant should both take Xixin Decoction (Xixin San) and Xiexin Decoction (Xiexin Tang), then sprinkle fine Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) powder on the affected area. (Formula for Xiexin Tang: only Coptis Rhizoma (Huanglian) ground into powder, mixed with honey-water, do not decoct.)
[Tang's Method] Verified prescription for oral ulcers.
Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (Honey-fried until reddish-brown, 0.5 liang) Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai) (1 fen)
Grind the above two ingredients into powder and frequently sprinkle into the mouth until healed.
[Doumen Fang] For oral ulcers unresponsive to cooling medicines: this indicates deficiency of Qi in the Middle Jiao with deficient fire floating upward. Fuzi Lizhong Tang (Aconite Pill to Regulate the Middle) is appropriate.
[World Medical Experience] For chronic tinea capitis (scaly head ringworm), apply fine Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) powder topically. For long-standing tinea capitis: internally administer Kushen Wan (Sophorae Flavescentis Pill), taken after meals; externally apply Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) powder mixed with oil. It heals within two months.
[Danyu] Another formula: Use Fangfeng Tongsheng San (Wind-Dispersing and Unblocking Decoction) processed with wine. Remove Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang) and grind it separately into powder. Mix the main powder with wine, dry, and grind again. Take 1 qian, decocted in water, four to five times daily. Effectiveness appears after thirty doses.

Xanthii Fructus (Cangerzi) (7.5 qian) Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (Wine-processed) Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Fengcao) (Wine-processed) Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng) (Each 3 qian)
Cut the herbs into small pieces and decoct for oral administration. After four or five doses, allow the patient to sleep for a while.
For pediatric tinea capitis: Quench red-hot charcoal in running water, let the water become warm, and wash the affected area. Alternatively, decoct Coriandrum Sativum Fructus (Yansui Zi) in pork lard, remove the seeds, and apply the lard to the lesion. Another method: grind Coriandrum Sativum Fructus (Huxizi), Longgu (Fulonggan - Dragon Bone/Hearth Earth), Xuanlongwei (Suspended Dragon Tail), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), and Baifan (Alumen) into powder, mix with oil, and apply.
Head Sore Formula:
Pork Lard (Zhu You) (1 qian, half raw half cooked) Realgar (Xionghuang) Mercury (Shuiyin) (Each 2.5 qian)
Grind and mix uniformly, then apply to the sore.
Another formula: For treating pediatric tinea capitis and body tinea. Burn pine bark to ash, mix with Elemi Resina (Baijiaoxiang), Calcined Alum (Kufan), Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang), and Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai). Mix with oil and apply to the affected area. Another method: apply horse lard from the twelfth lunar month to the affected area; it is excellent.
[Simple Prescriptions] Head sores: Burn large bamboo husks to ash. Based on the size of the sore, mix the ash with raw oil for topical application. Adding Calomelas (Nifen) is better.
[Secret Records] Various sores on the head and body of children: Calcinate chicken eggshells and mix with pork lard for topical application.
[World Medical Experience] Treating tinea capitis.
Rosin (Songxiang) (1 liang, melt in a dry wok, pour onto a stone, wait for it to cool, take off and grind gently into fine powder) Black Dragon Tail (Heilongwei) (3 qian, i.e., dust hanging from eaves)

Grind all into powder. Boil human hair (Xueyu) in sesame oil until soft, mix with the powder, and apply to the affected area.
