加味归脾汤 桂心釜墨散
17.交接出血伤心脾, 伏龙肝末入归脾, 「千金」桂心釜底墨, 酒服
方寸匕相宜.
【注】妇人每交接辄出血者, 由伤损心, 脾二经也. 宜用归脾汤加伏
龙肝煎服, 或用『千金方』中桂心, 釜底墨二味为末, 酒冲服方寸匕
,自愈.
1.龙胆泻肝汤
生地二钱 木通 车前子各一钱五分 泽泻 黄芩各二钱 当归 二
钱 黑栀仁 龙胆草各一钱 生甘草五分, 加灯草一团, 水煎服.
2.洗方
防风三钱 蕲艾一团 大戟一钱, 上熬汤熏洗.
3.腾方
枳实 广皮各等分, 上为末, 炒热腾之.
4.敷方
四物汤一料, 乳香一钱, 上捣饼, 纳户中, 其痛即定.
5.桃仁雄黄膏
桃仁 ( 研膏 ) 五钱 雄黄 ( 末 ) 三钱, 上二味研匀, 用鸡肫肝切
片,蘸药纳户中, 其虫即钻入肝, 而痒自止.
6.阴挺洗法
蛇床子五钱 乌梅九枚, 上二味, 熬汤乘热熏洗.
7.敷方
藜芦 ( 为末 ), 上用猪脂油调敷自收.
8.阴痔熏法
乌头, 上用酽醋熬熏自消.
9.温中坐药方
远志 干姜 吴茱萸 蛇床子各等分, 上为末, 绵裹纳户内, 一日二
次换.
10.膏发煎
妇人发乱一团, 上用猪膏熬化服之, 小便利则愈.
11.桂心釜墨散
桂心 釜底墨各等分, 上二味为末, 酒服方寸匕.
17. 性交后出血，病机在于损伤心经与脾经。治疗宜在归脾汤中加入伏龙肝煎服；或者使用《千金方》中的桂心和釜底墨两味药研成细末，用酒送服，每次服用一方寸匕（约2-3克），较为适宜。
【注释】妇女每次性交即出现出血症状，是由于损伤了心和脾两条经络所致。适宜使用归脾汤加入伏龙肝煎煮后服用，或者使用《千金方》中记载的桂心、釜底墨两味药研为粉末，用酒冲服一方寸匕，疾病即可自愈。
1. 龙胆泻肝汤
生地黄二钱，木通、车前子各一钱五分，泽泻、黄芩各二钱，当归二钱，黑栀子仁、龙胆草各一钱，生甘草五分。另加灯心草一团，加水煎煮后服用。
2. 外洗方
防风三钱，蕲艾一团，大戟一钱。以上药物熬煮汤汁，用于熏蒸和清洗患处。
3. 热敷方（腾方）
枳实、广陈皮各等分。以上药物研为细末，炒热后用布包裹敷熨患处。
4. 外敷方
四物汤一剂量的药材，加上乳香一钱。以上药物捣烂成饼状，纳入阴道内，疼痛即可停止。
5. 桃仁雄黄膏
桃仁五钱（研磨成膏），雄黄三钱（研为细末）。将这两味药研匀，用鸡肫肝切片，蘸取药粉纳入阴道内，寄生虫就会钻入肝脏，瘙痒自然停止。
6. 阴挺（子宫脱垂）外洗法
蛇床子五钱，乌梅九枚。以上两味药，熬煮汤汁，趁热熏蒸并清洗患处。
7. 外敷方
藜芦（研为细末），用猪脂油调和后涂抹于患处，可自行回纳。
8. 阴痔（外阴赘生物/痔疮）熏治法
川乌头。用浓醋熬煮，利用蒸汽熏蒸患处，可自行消退。
9. 温中坐药方
远志、干姜、吴茱萸、蛇床子各等分。以上药物研为细末，用棉布包裹后纳入阴道内，每日更换两次。
10. 膏发煎
妇人头发乱成一团，用猪油熬化后服用，小便通畅则病愈。
Jiawei Guipi Decoction (Modified Spleen-Tonifying Decoction), Guixin Fudi Mo Powder (Cinnamon Heart and Pot-Bottom Soot Powder)
17. Bleeding following sexual intercourse is caused by injury to the Heart and Spleen meridians. The treatment should involve adding Fulonggan (Fired Earth from the Bottom of a Cooking Stove) to Guipi Tang (Spleen-Tonifying Decoction) for decoction and administration. Alternatively, one may use Guixin (Cinnamon Heart) and Fudi Mo (Pot-Bottom Soot) from the *Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold), grind them into powder, and administer with wine. Taking one fangcunbi (a traditional measure, approx. 2-3g) per dose is appropriate.
[Annotation] When women experience bleeding immediately after every act of sexual intercourse, it is due to damage affecting the Heart and Spleen meridians. It is suitable to use Guipi Tang (Spleen-Tonifying Decoction) added with Fulonggan (Fired Earth from the Bottom of a Cooking Stove), decocted and taken orally. Or, use Guixin (Cinnamon Heart) and Fudi Mo (Pot-Bottom Soot) from the *Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold), grind them into powder, and take with wine in a dose of one fangcunbi; the condition will heal spontaneously.
1. Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction)
Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata) 2 qian, Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) and Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen) each 1.5 qian, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) and Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) each 2 qian, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 2 qian, Heizhiren (Gardeniae Fructus Carbonized) and Longdancao (Gentianae Radix) each 1 qian, Sheng Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 0.5 qian. Add a bundle of Dengcao (Junci Medulla), decoct in water, and take orally.
2. External Wash Formula
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) 3 qian, Qi Ai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) one bundle, Daji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix) 1 qian. Decoct the above herbs in water to prepare a decoction for fumigation and washing of the affected area.
3. Hot Compress Formula (Teng Fang)
Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) and Guangpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) in equal parts. Grind the above herbs into powder, heat them by stir-frying, wrap in cloth, and apply as a hot compress to the affected area.
4. External Application Formula
One dose of Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction), plus Rushiang (Olibanum) 1 qian. Pound the above ingredients into a cake, insert into the vagina, and the pain will subside immediately.
5. Taoren Xionghuang Ointment (Peach Kernel and Realgar Ointment)
Taoren (Persicae Semen) 5 qian (ground into paste), Xionghuang (Realgar) 3 qian (ground into powder). Grind these two ingredients uniformly. Slice Ji Zhengan (Galli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum), dip into the medicine, and insert into the vagina. The parasites will burrow into the liver, and the itching will cease naturally.
6. External Wash Method for Yin Ting (Uterine Prolapse)
Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) 5 qian, Wumei (Mume Fructus) nine pieces. Decoct the above two ingredients in water. While hot, fumigate and wash the affected area.
7. External Application Formula
Lilu (Veratris Radix) (ground into powder). Mix with Zhizhiyou (Porci Adeps) and apply topically to the affected area; the prolapsed tissue will retract spontaneously.
8. Fumigation Method for Yin Zhi (Genital Hypertrophy/Hemorrhoids)
Wutou (Aconiti Radix). Boil with strong vinegar and fumigate the affected area with the steam; the swelling will subside spontaneously.
9. Warm-Middle Sitting Medicine Formula
Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus), and Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) in equal parts. Grind the above herbs into powder, wrap in cotton gauze, insert into the vagina, and replace twice daily.
10. Gaofa Jian (Hair and Fat Decoction)
Take a tangled mass of human hair (from a woman), melt it in Zhigao (Porci Adeps), and take orally. Recovery occurs when urination becomes smooth.
11. Guixin Fudi Mo Powder (Cinnamon Heart and Pot-Bottom Soot Powder)
Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) and Fudi Mo (Pot-Bottom Soot) in equal parts. Grind the above two ingredients into powder and administer with wine, one fangcunbi per dose.
