[Formula Song] The condyloma acuminatum (genital wart) and syphilitic toxin arise from knots; originally caused by the mistaken ingestion of drastic purgatives. After a long time, when deficiency occurs, it erupts retrogradely, allowing the toxin to erode the brain, nose, throat, and eyes at will.

[Annotation] This condition arises because, during the intense phase of chancre (syphilis), one mistakenly ingests drastic purgatives refined from mercury, which are harsh and dry, hoping for a rapid cure. The scabs fall off completely, and there is a temporary, fortuitous recovery. However, this does not realize that it leaves lasting harm, drawing the toxin to hide secretly within the bone marrow and orifices. As the toxin accumulates over time, it attacks outward due to channel deficiency; hence it is named "condyloma acuminatum retrograde eruption." Initially, it begins with pain in the sinews and bones, swelling forming anywhere, with normal skin color; when about to ulcerate, the color becomes purple-red, with unbearable foul odor, leading to collapse of the crown of the head, damage to the cheeks, lips, and nasal bridge, perforation of the throat and erosion of the eyes, contracture of the hands and feet, and other ailments, ultimately becoming an intractable disease. When initially presenting with swelling and pain in the sinews and bones, one should take Sofeng Jiedu Decoction (Wind-Searching Toxin-Resolving Decoction). If the whole body is ulcerated and foul-smelling, accompanied by pain in the sinews and bones, and the Qi is excess with abundant toxin, one should take Huadu Powder (Toxin-Resolving Powder); if the Qi is deficient, Zhuyizi Decoction (Pig Pancreas Decoction) should be used as the main treatment. If the condyloma acuminatum lumps cannot heal after years and all methods fail, Xisheng Fujian Pills (Western Sage Re-Decoction Pills) should be used as the main treatment; if the condyloma acuminatum toxin attacks the mouth and nose, Wubao Powder (Five Treasures Powder) should be used as the main treatment. For long-standing foul rot and broken nose, one should take Jiedu Zijin Pill (Condyloma Acuminatum Purple Gold Pill). If it enters the vertex, causing headache as if breaking, internally take Tianma Bingzi (Gastrodia Biscuits) and insufflate Biyun San (Green Cloud Powder) into the nose; if nasal congestion prevents breathing, insufflate Tongbi San (Nose-Unblocking Powder), which is very effective. If the toxin attacks the throat, causing rotting and foul erosion, take Liuhuang Bu'er San (Sulfur Unmatched Powder) and simultaneously insufflate Jiedu Lingyao (Condyloma Acuminatum Spiritual Medicine) mixed with Narenzhongbai (Human Urine Deposit). If the condyloma acuminatum causes pain in the sinews and bones, lighter in the morning and heavier at night, preferring warm hand massage, it is due to cold-cold injury; Qianhui San (Lead Return Powder) should be used as the main treatment. For condyloma acuminatum foul rot that does not heal, apply Jiedu Zijin Ointment (Toxin-Resolving Purple Gold Ointment) and sprinkle Jiedu Lingyao. For robust individuals, focus on resolving toxin; for weak individuals, use a method combining tonification. For the above conditions, treat according to the sequence and method; severe cases take one year, mild cases half a year, naturally recovering without future complications. Do not recklessly seek rapid cures to cause self-harm.

Formula: Sofeng Jiedu San (Wind-Searching Toxin-Resolving Powder)
Composition: Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome, 1 liang), Baixianpi (Dermatophyllum Root Bark), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Yiyiren (Coicis Semen), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus, each 5 fen), Zaojiaozì (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina, 4 fen).
Boil 2 zhong of water until reduced to 1 zhong, take orally, three times a day.
For Qi deficiency, add Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, 7 fen); for Blood deficiency, add Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 7 fen).
Avoid clear tea, beef, mutton, chicken, goose, fish, meat, distilled liquor, and sexual activity.

[Formula Song] Sofeng Jiedu Tang treats retrograde eruption, adding for initial swelling, stiffness, and bone pain: Tufuling, Baixianpi, Jinyinhua, Yiyiren, Zaojiao, Fangfeng, Mutong, Mugua.

Another Formula: Huadu San (Toxin-Resolving Powder)
Composition: Sheng Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales, roasted), Dangguiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix Tail, each 5 qian), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried, 3 qian), Wugong (Centipedae Corpus, roasted yellow, 1 piece).
Grind into fine powder, take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine, twice a day.

[Formula Song] Huadu San treats excessive condyloma acuminatum toxin, breaking filth, excess Qi, and sinew-bone pain: Dahuang, Chuanshanjia, Jiangcan, Dangguiwei; grind Wugong into powder and mix with wine.

Another Formula: Zhuyizi Tang (Pig Pancreas Decoction)
Composition: Zhuyizi (Pig Pancreas, chopped, 1 liang), Huangqi (Astragali Radix, stir-fried with salt water), Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, each 3 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine, each 1.5 qian), Tianhuafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Beimu (Fritillariae Bulbus, dehearted and ground), Chuanshanjia (Pangolin Scales, roasted and ground), Baixianpi (Dermatophyllum Root Bark), Qingfengteng (Sinomenii Caulis), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Zaoci (Gleditsiae Sinensis Spina), Gancaojie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Nodes, each 1 qian), Huanggualou (Trichosanthis Fructus, including seeds, ground soft, 1 fruit), Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Radix, 7 fen), Bieshi Huma (Cannabis Semen, stir-fried and ground, 2 qian).
White Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome, 4 liang), four large bowls of river water, decoct to three bowls, remove dregs, add the group of herbs into the decoction, decoct to one large bowl, take orally all at once; for those with weak stomachs, divide into two doses. Three times a day.

[Formula Song] Zhuyizi Tang treats deficient condyloma acuminatum: Danggui, Baishao, Tianhuafen, Gualou, Beimu, Huangqi; Huma, Jinyinhua, Chuanshanjia, Qingfengteng, Baizhi, Mugua, Fangji, Zaoci, Gancao, Tufuling are suitable.

Another Formula: Xisheng Fujian Wan (Western Sage Re-Decoction Pills)
Composition: Ruxiang (Olibanum), Moyao (Myrrha), Haiercha (Child's Tea), Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos, each 1 liang), Xuexie (Dracaenae Sangue), Awei (Ferulae Resina), Baihuashe (Bungarus Parvus, each 4 qian), Feiluomian (Fine Wheat Flour, stir-fried to scorched yellow, 1 jin). Grind together finely, refine honey 6 liang, boil sesame oil 4 liang, twenty jujube meats, pound into paste, mix together to form pills like bullet size, take one pill per dose; Tufuling (Smilax Glabra Rhizome) 2 liang, water 2 zhong, decoct to 1 zhong, put the pill inside, decoct again to half zhong, filter dregs, take warm.

[Formula Song] Xisheng Fujian Wan treats condyloma acuminatum, lumps persisting for years disappear upon taking: Ruxiang, Moyao, Haiercha, Dingxiang, Xuexie, Awei, Baihuashe, stir-fried flour mixed.

Another Formula: Jiedu Zijin Dan (Condyloma Acuminatum Purple Gold Pill)
Composition: Guiban (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, roasted over charcoal until scorched, coated with white wine slurry and roasted again until scorched yellow, then ground into powder), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 6 qian), Shijueming (Haliotidis Concha, use large nine-hole ones, roast red and quench in child's urine once, 6 qian).
Grind each finely, mix evenly, form pills with rotten rice flour, size of hemp seeds. Take 1 qian per dose, measure upper or lower disease location, take before or after meals. For sinew-bone pain, take with wine; for rotting, take with Tufuling decoction.

[Formula Song] Jiedu Zijin Dan uses Guiban, Shijueming, Zhusha, rice flour pills; for long-standing toxin attacking nose causing breakage, take with Tufuling decoction to cure foul rot.

Another Formula: Tianma Bingzi (Gastrodia Biscuits)
Composition: Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Gansong (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, peeled), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma, soaked in rice wash water, stir-fried), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix, soaked in water, peeled), Caowu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, soaked in water, peeled), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, raw, each 1 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar), Quanxie (Scorpio, each 3 qian).
Make into fine powder, use Han Shi Mian (Cold Food Noodle) to make paste, form pills like pea size, shape into biscuits. Take 20-30 biscuits per dose, send down with scallion white decoction.

[Formula Song] Tianma Bingzi uses Bohe, Gansong, Xionghuang, Baifuzi, Baizhi, Cangzhu, Chuanxiong, Chuanwu, Caowu, Quanxie, Fangfeng, Xixin, Gancao; treats condyloma acuminatum attacking vertex, calming headache.

Another Formula: Tongbi San (Nose-Unblocking Powder)
Composition: Huluke (Calabash Shell, burnt to ash), Shizhongru (Gypsum Fibrosum), Danfan (Alumen), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum, equal parts).
Grind into powder, insufflate into nose, yellow fluid comes out, insufflate 2-3 times a day, unblocked in 2-3 days.

[Formula Song] Tongbi San insufflates for condyloma acuminatum condition, toxin blocking nose preventing breath: Shizhongru, Huluke shell, Danfan, Bingpian in equal parts.

Another Formula: Liuhuang Bu'er San (Sulfur Unmatched Powder)
Composition: Liuhuang (Sulfur, 1 qian), Dianhua (Indigo Naturalis, 1 fen).
Grind finely, mix with cool water (one wine cup) and take orally.

[Formula Song] Liuhuang Bu'er San treats toxin attacking throat, rotting, foul erosion, ceaseless pain: Mix with cool water, pain stops immediately; add little Dianhua, no need to worry.

Another Formula: Jiedu Lingyao (Condyloma Acuminatum Spiritual Medicine)
Composition: Shuiyin (Mercurius, 1 liang), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Liuhuang (Sulfur), Xionghuang (Realgar, each 3 qian).
Grind finely, put into Yangcheng jar, seal with mud and iron lid tightly, fire control follows the refining method of Hongshengdan (Red Ascending Pill). After firing, take out next day, spiritual medicine at bottom of lid is about 1.5-1.6 liang. Treats ordinary rotting conditions: 5 qian spiritual medicine, 5 qian Qingfen (Calomel), grind together finely, store in small jar, seal with gauze; when using, wash lesion with Gancao decoction, hang jar upside down, sieve medicine onto lesion through gauze holes. Cover with oil paper. For men and women with rotten throat, 1 qian spiritual medicine, add 2 fen Narenzhongbai (Human Urine Deposit), grind finely and insufflate, three times daily.

[Formula Song] Jiedu Lingyao resolves rotting formula: Shuiyin ground with Shaju, Liuhuang, Xionghuang; grind together, put in jar, seal with mud, tighten lid, fire ascends for three incense sticks.

Another Formula: Qianhui San (Lead Return Powder)
Composition: Heiqian (Black Lead, melt in copper spoon, pour into water, take out, melt and pour again until lead is exhausted, filter water, pour lead ash onto triple-layer paper, collect dry water vapor with ash underneath, dry lead ash in sun), Liuhuang (Sulfur).
Equal parts, grind finely, take 1 qian per dose, mix with warm wine. For severe cases, effective within three doses.

[Formula Song] Qianhui San treats sinew-bone pain, cold touching condyloma acuminatum heavy at night: Lead melted into ash mixed with Liuhuang, take 5 qian per dose mixed with wine.
