【方歌】油风毛发干焦脱，皮红光膏痒难堪，毛孔风袭致伤血，
养真海艾砭血痊。
【注】此证毛发干焦，成片脱落，皮红光亮，疮如虫行，俗名
鬼剃头。由毛孔开张，邪风乘虚袭入，以致风盛燥血，
不能荣养毛发。宜服神应养真丹，以治其本；外以海艾
汤洗之，以治其标。若耽延年久，宜针砭其光亮之处，
出紫血，毛发庶可复生。
方剂：神应养真丹
组成：羌活 木瓜
天麻 白芍
当归 菟丝子
熟地（酒蒸，捣膏） 川芎
等分为末，入地黄膏，加蜜丸桐子大。每服百丸，
温煮酒或盐汤任下。
【方歌】神应养真治油风，养血消风发复生，羌归木瓜天麻芍，
菟丝熟地与川芎。
又方：海艾汤
组成：海艾 菊花
〔高〕本 蔓荆子
防风 薄荷
荆穗 藿香
甘松（各二钱）
水五、六碗，同药煎数滚，连汤共入厂口砵内。先
将热气薰面，候汤少温，用布蘸洗，日洗二、三次，洗
后避风，忌鱼腥、发物。
【方歌】海艾汤治油风痒，先薰后洗善消风，菊〔高〕蔓荆风薄
穗，藿香海艾与甘松。
【方歌】白屑风生头与面，燥痒日久白屑见，肌热风侵成燥化，
换肌润肌医此患。
【注】此证初生发内，延及面目，耳项燥痒，日久飞起白屑，
脱去又生。由肌热当风，风邪侵入毛孔，郁久燥血肌肤
失养，化成燥证也。宜多服袪风换肌丸。若肌肤燥裂者
，用润肌膏擦之甚效。
方剂：袪风换肌丸
组成：大胡麻 苍术（炒）
牛膝（酒洗） 石菖蒲
苦参 何首乌（生）
花粉 葳灵仙（各二两）
当归身 川芎
甘草（生，各一两）
上为细末，陈煮酒跌丸绿豆大。每服二钱，白滚水
送下，忌鱼腥、发物、火酒。
【方歌】换肌丸治白屑风，燥痒日增若虫行，风燥血分失润养，
叠起白屑落复生。归芎胡麻苔术膝，菖蒲花粉草葳灵，
苦参何首乌为末，煮酒跌丸绿豆形。
又方：润肌膏
组成：香油（四两） 奶酥油（二两）
当归（五钱） 紫草（一钱）
将当归、紫草入二油内，浸二日，文火炸焦去渣；
加黄蜡五钱溶化尽，用布滤倾盆内，不时用柳枝搅冷成
膏。每用少许，日擦二次。
【方歌】润肌膏擦白屑风，肌肤燥痒用更灵，酥香二油归紫草，
炸焦加蜡滤搅凝。
【方歌】油风表现为毛发干枯焦黄并脱落，头皮发红光亮且瘙痒难忍，这是由于风邪侵袭毛孔导致血液受损，通过养真丹配合海艾汤及砭石放血疗法可以痊愈。

以上药材研为细末，用陈年煮酒泛丸如绿豆大小。每次服用二钱，用白开水送服，忌食鱼腥、发物及烈性酒。
【方歌】换肌丸治疗白屑风，干燥瘙痒日渐加重如虫行，因风燥血分失去滋润营养，层层叠起的白屑脱落又生。方中含有当归、川芎、胡麻、苍术、牛膝、石菖蒲、天花粉、甘草、威灵仙、苦参和何首乌研为细末，用煮酒泛丸呈绿豆形状。
又一方：润肌膏
组成：香油（四两）、奶酥油（二两）、当归（五钱）、紫草（一钱）。
将当归、紫草放入两种油中浸泡两天，用文火炸至焦黄后去渣；加入五钱黄蜡完全溶化，用布过滤倒入盆中，不时用柳枝搅拌冷却成膏。每次取少许，每天擦拭两次。
[Prescription Verse] Youfeng (Alopecia Areata) is characterized by dry, brittle, and falling hair, with red, shiny scalp skin and unbearable itching. This condition results from wind pathogen invading the pores and damaging the blood. It can be cured by using Yangzhen Dan (Nourishing True Pill), Haiai Decoction, and bloodletting with Bian stones.
[Annotation] This syndrome presents with dry, brittle hair falling out in patches, red and shiny scalp skin, and a sensation of insects crawling on the skin, commonly known as "Ghost Shaving Head." It occurs because the pores are open, allowing evil wind to invade due to deficiency, leading to excessive wind and dry blood that fails to nourish the hair. It is appropriate to take Shenyang Zhenzhen Dan (Divine Response Nourishing True Pill) to treat the root cause; externally wash with Haiai Decoction to treat the branch symptoms. If the disease persists for a long time, it is advisable to use Bian stone therapy (bloodletting) on the shiny areas to release dark purple blood, so that hair may potentially regrow.
Formula: Shenyang Zhenzhen Dan (Divine Response Nourishing True Pill)
Ingredients: Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Mugua (Chaenomelis Fructus), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata - steamed with wine and mashed into paste), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder in equal parts, mix with Rehmannia paste, add honey, and make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 100 pills each time, washed down with warm boiled wine or salt water as preferred.
[Prescription Verse] Shenyang Zhenzhen Dan treats Youfeng, nourishes blood and dispels wind to regenerate hair, containing Qianghuo, Danggui, Mugua, Tianma, Baishao, Tusizi, Shudihuang, and Chuanxiong.
Another Formula: Haiai Decoction
Ingredients: Hai'ai (Sargassum Herba), Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos), Gao [Liangjiang/Gaoben] (High-quality Ginger or Ligusticum Rhizome - *Note: Text says [Gao], likely referring to Gaoben or Gaoliangjiang*), Manjingzi (Viticis Fructus), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Jing Sui (Schizonepetae Spica), Huoxiang (Agastaches Herba), Gangsong (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma) (each 2 qian).
Use five to six bowls of water, boil together with the herbs for several rolling boils. Pour the liquid and dregs together into a wide-mouthed jar. First, steam the face with the hot vapor. When the decoction cools slightly, dip a cloth in it to wash. Wash two to three times a day. Avoid wind after washing, and avoid fish, seafood, and triggering foods.
[Prescription Verse] Haiai Decoction treats the itching of Youfeng, first steaming then washing effectively dispels wind, containing Juhua, Gao, Manjingzi, Fangfeng, Bohe, Jing Sui, Huoxiang, Hai'ai, and Gangsong.
[Prescription Verse] Baixuefeng (Seborrheic Dermatitis/Dandruff) arises on the head and face, causing dryness and itching with white scales appearing after a long time. Skin heat invaded by wind transforms into dryness; HuANJI Wan (Skin-Replacing Pill) and Runji Gao (Moisturizing Skin Ointment) are used to treat this affliction.
[Annotation] This syndrome initially appears within the hair, spreading to the face, ears, and neck, causing dryness and itching. After a long time, white scales fly off and regenerate after falling. This is caused by skin heat when exposed to wind, where wind pathogen invades the pores, stagnates for a long time, dries the blood, and causes the skin to lose nourishment, transforming into a dryness syndrome. It is appropriate to take large amounts of Qufeng Huaji Wan (Wind-Dispersing Skin-Replacing Pill). If the skin is dry and cracked, applying Runji Gao (Moisturizing Skin Ointment) is very effective.
Formula: Qufeng Huaji Wan (Wind-Dispersing Skin-Replacing Pill)
Ingredients: Da Humax (Sesami Fructus Niger), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma - stir-fried), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix - washed with wine), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix - raw), Huafen (Trichosanthis Radix), Weilingxian (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma / or Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma depending on context, usually Clematis here) (each 2 liang), Danggui Shen (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma - raw, each 1 liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, use aged boiled wine to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 2 qian each time, sent down with plain boiling water. Avoid fish, seafood, triggering foods, and strong liquor.
[Prescription Verse] Huaji Wan treats Baixuefeng, dryness and itching increase daily like insect crawling, wind and dryness cause blood to lose moisture and nourishment, layers of white scales fall and regenerate. Contains Danggui, Chuanxiong, Humax, Cangzhu, Niuxi, Shichangpu, Huafen, Gancao, Weilingxian, Kushen, and Heshouwu ground into powder, formed into mung-bean-sized pills with boiled wine.
Another Formula: Runji Gao (Moisturizing Skin Ointment)
Ingredients: Xiangyou (Sesame Oil - 4 liang), Naisu You (Butter/Cream Oil - 2 liang), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix - 5 qian), Zicao (Arnebiae Radix seu Rhizoma - 1 qian).
Soak Danggui and Zicao in the two oils for two days. Fry over gentle heat until scorched, then remove the dregs. Add 5 qian of yellow beeswax and melt completely. Filter through cloth into a basin, stirring occasionally with a willow branch until cooled and congealed into an ointment. Apply a small amount twice daily.
[Prescription Verse] Runji Gao applied to treat Baixuefeng, more effective for dry and itchy skin, contains butter oil, sesame oil, Danggui, and Zicao, fried until scorched, wax added, filtered, stirred, and solidified.
