Translation: Foreign bodies (such as flying dust or silk threads) enter the eye, causing tearing, astringency with difficulty in opening, and pain in the eyeball. In the initial stage, external treatment is appropriate; if cloud-like nebulae (cataracts/opacities) form after a long time, Jiu Tiao San (Wine-Adjusted Powder) should be used, taken with wine. The formula contains Gancao (Licorice Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Chongweizi (Eclipta Seed), Sangpiaoxiao (Mantis Egg Case), Chishao (Red Peony Root), Cangzhu (Atractylodes Rhizome), Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Lianqiao (Forsythia Fruit), Mahuang (Ephedra Herb), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Rhizome), and Dahuang (Rhubarb Root).

Supplementary Notes
[Note] [1] "Mi Mu" (Eye Irritation by Foreign Body) refers to conditions caused by flying dust, silk threads, or wind blowing into the eye.
[2] The symptoms include excessive tearing, astringency making it difficult to open the eyes, and pain in the eyeball.
[3] At the onset, it is appropriate to evert the eyelid and use cotton-wrapped hairpin tips to remove the foreign body; if cloud-like nebulae (cataracts/opacities) have formed after a long period, Jiu Tiao San (Wine-Adjusted Powder) is suitable for treatment.
Translation: San Yi (Scattered Nebulae) presents as scattered spots resembling fish scales, appearing alternately blue-green and white within the pupil. Millet-like granules appear inside the eyelids accompanied by ulceration and pain. Vision can be restored through manipulation with a gold needle.
Huan Jing San (Restore Vision Powder) uses Renshen (Ginseng Root) and Wuweizi (Schisandra Berry), along with Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Fuling (Poria), Xixin (Asarum Root), and Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root).
Subsequently, Bu Gan San (Tonify Liver Powder) is used, containing Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Muzei (Equisetum Hiemale), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Baishao (White Peony Root), and Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome).

[2] It is appropriate to first use a gold needle to manipulate the internal opacity, then administer Huan Jing San (Restore Vision Powder) for clearing and tonifying, followed by Bu Gan San (Tonify Liver Powder) to conclude the treatment.
