【方歌】阳明胃起目下胞，从鼻入齿还承浆，颐后颊里上耳前，
额颅下循两颈旁。从缺盆口下乳中，循腹腿斑腿面行，
外抵膝膑走足跗，至足中指外侧当。

前，至额角；下行颈侧，夹结喉，至肩上横骨陷中；下
行当乳之中，去中行旁开四寸，从乳顶下行至脐旁，去
中行旁开三寸；从脐旁下行至腿合之合缝，去中行旁开
二寸；从合缝斜行向外，直下膝外前廉，至〔月廉〕骨
，倒上复转注而下行，至足中指之端，去爪甲角如韭叶
而止。
【方歌】太阴脾起足大指，上循内侧白肉际，核骨之后内踝前，
上臑循行胫膝里，股内前廉入腹中，斜行九肋季胁止，

内侧白肉际核骨之后，过内踝之前，自里中廉上膝；由
大腿内廉入腹里，至乳上旁开四寸五分，至胸中行旁开
六寸许，是其部也；向外行至九肋间，季胁之端而终。
【方歌】少阴心经腋筋间，臑后肘臂内后廉，由内后廉至锐骨，
小指内侧爪甲端。
【注】手少阴心经，起于臂内腋下筋间，循臂臑之外后廉，至
肘内廉，循臂内后廉，下抵掌后锐骨之中，行于手小指
内侧，去爪甲角如韭叶许而终。
【方歌】足阳明胃经起始于眼下胞，从鼻旁进入齿中，再回到承浆穴，经过下颌后颊部上行至耳前，沿着额颅向下循行于两侧颈部。从缺盆穴向下经过乳中，沿腹部、大腿外侧、小腿前面行走，向外到达膝盖髌骨，走向足背，止于足中趾的外侧端。

【方歌】足太阴脾经起始于足大趾，向上循行于内侧白肉边缘，经过内踝后方核骨之后，向上在大腿内侧循行至胫骨和膝关节内部，沿大腿内侧前缘进入腹部，斜行终止于第九肋骨季胁处。
【注】足太阴脾经，起始于足大趾内侧端，距离趾甲角约韭菜叶宽度，由内侧白肉边缘、核骨之后，经过内踝之前，自小腿内侧前缘上行至膝；由大腿内侧前缘进入腹内，到达乳房上方旁开四寸五分，至胸骨中线旁开六寸许，是其所在部位；向外行至第九肋骨间，季胁的末端而终结。
【方歌】手少阴心经位于腋窝筋脉之间，上臂后肘部及前臂内侧后缘，由内侧后缘到达手腕锐骨，止于小指内侧趾甲端。

[Formula Song] The Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian originates below the eye in the orbital region, enters the teeth from beside the nose, returns to the Chengjiang point (CV24), passes behind the chin and inside the cheek, ascends to the front of the ear, and descends along the forehead and skull on both sides of the neck. From the Quepen point (ST12), it descends past the middle of the breast, runs along the abdomen and the lateral aspect of the thigh and anterior aspect of the lower leg, reaches laterally to the patella, walks on the dorsum of the foot, and terminates at the lateral side of the third toe.
[Annotation] The Foot-Yangming Stomach Meridian of Foot-Taiyang starts below the eye and beside the nose, descends flanking the mouth corners, circles the cheek, ascends to the front of the ear, and reaches the frontal angle; descends along the lateral neck, flanks the laryngeal prominence, and reaches the depression above the clavicle; descends through the center of the breast, four cun lateral to the midline of the body; descends from the nipple to beside the umbilicus, three cun lateral to the midline of the body; descends from beside the umbilicus to the medial thigh crease (Chongmen area), two cun lateral to the midline of the body; from there, it runs obliquely outward, straight down to the anterior-lateral aspect of the knee, reaches the patella, turns upward and then downward again, reaching the tip of the third toe, stopping at a distance from the nail corner equivalent to the width of a leek leaf.
[Formula Song] The Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian originates at the big toe of the foot, ascends along the medial white flesh margin, passes behind the medial malleolus and the medial malleolar prominence (He Gu), ascends along the thigh to run within the tibia and knee, enters the abdomen along the anterior-medial aspect of the thigh, and terminates obliquely at the ninth intercostal space near the costal margin.
[Annotation] The Foot-Taiyin Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin originates at the medial tip of the big toe, approximately the width of a leek leaf from the nail corner; by the medial white flesh margin, behind the medial malleolar prominence, passes anterior to the medial malleolus, and ascends along the anterior-medial aspect of the lower leg to the knee; enters the abdominal cavity from the anterior-medial aspect of the thigh, reaches 4.5 cun lateral to the upper breast line, and approximately 6 cun lateral to the sternum midline, which is its location; runs outward to the ninth intercostal space and terminates at the end of the hypochondrium.
[Formula Song] The Hand-Shaoyin Heart Meridian is located between the tendons in the axilla, runs along the posterior-lateral aspect of the upper arm and elbow, and the posterior-medial aspect of the forearm, extends from the posterior-medial aspect to the styloid process of the ulna (Rui Gu), and terminates at the medial nail corner of the little finger.
