【方歌】脾发疽生心下旁，炙搏毒酒火为殃，初如粟粒时寒热，
渐增肿痛溃脓昌。
【注】此证生于心窝下两旁，属脾经食窦穴，无论左右俱生之
，皆由过食炙搏、厚味、药酒，以致脾经积火，成毒而
发。初起形如粟粒，寒热往来，渐增肿痛。若顶尖、根
束，红活鲜润，应期即溃稠脓者顺；若顶平、根散，色
紫坚硬，届期不溃，既溃脓如蟹沫者逆。初服荆防败毒
散汗之，唇焦大渴、烦躁者，宜服太乙紫金锭，次服内
疏黄连汤清之。其余内外治法，俱按痈疽肿疡、溃疡门
。
方剂：太乙紫金锭
组成：雄黄（鲜红大块者，研末，三钱）
朱砂（有神气者，研末，三钱）
麝香（拣净皮毛，三钱）
川五倍子（一名文蛤，捶破，研末，二两）
红芽大戟（杭州紫大戟为上，江南土大戟次之。北方土
大棉色白者，性烈峻利，弱人服之反致吐血
，慎之勿用。去上品者去芦根，洗净，焙干
为末，一两五钱）
山慈菇（洗去毛皮，焙干，研末，二两）
千金子（一名续随子，仁白者，去油，一两）
以上之药，各择精品，于净室中制毕，候端午、七
夕、重阳，或天月德天医黄道上吉之辰，凡入室合药之
人，三日前俱宜斋沐，更换新洁衣帽，临日方入室中，
净手薰香，默认药王牌位，主人率众焚香拜祷事毕，各
将前药七味，称准入于大乳砵内，再研数百转，方入细
石臼中，渐加糯米浓汁，调和软硬得中，方用杵捣千余
下，极至光润为度，每锭一钱。每服一锭，病势者重服
二锭，以取通利，后用温粥补之。修合时，除合药洁净
之人，余皆忌见。此药惟在精诚洁净方效。

适证：一、一切饮食药毒蛊毒，瘴气恶菌，河豚中毒，自死牛
马、猪、羊六畜等类之肉人误食之，必昏乱卒倒或
生异形之证，并用水磨灌服，或吐或泻，其人必苏

一、南方山岚瘴气，烟雾疠疫，最能伤人，感之才觉意
思不快，恶寒恶热，欲呕不呕，即磨一锭服之，得
吐利便愈。
一、痈疽发背，对口疔疮，天蛇无名肿毒，蛀节红丝等
疔，及杨梅疮诸，诸风瘾疹，新久痔疮，并用无灰
淡酒磨服，外用水磨涂搽疮上，日夜数次，觉痒而
消。
一、阴阳二毒，伤寒心闷，狂言乱语，胸膈塞滞，邪毒
未出，瘟疫烦乱发狂，喉闭喉风，俱用薄荷汤，待
冷磨服。
一、赤白痢疾，肚腹泄泻急痛，霍乱绞肠痧及诸痰喘，
并用姜汤磨服。
一、男子妇人急中癫邪，喝叫奔走，鬼交鬼胎，鬼气鬼
魔，失心狂乱，羊儿猪巅等风。俱用石菖蒲煎汤磨
服。
一、中风中气，口眼歪邪，牙关紧急，言语蹇涩，筋脉
挛缩，骨节风肿，遍身疼痛，行步艰辛，诸风诸痫
，并用酒磨炖热服之。
一、自缢、溺死、惊死、压死、鬼魅迷死，但心头微温
未冷者，俱用生姜、续断酒煎，磨服。
一、切恶蛇、风犬、毒蝎，溪涧诸恶等蛊伤人，随即发
肿，攻注遍身，甚者毒气入里，昏闷响叫，命在须
臾，俱用酒磨灌下，再吃葱汤一碗，被盖出汗立苏
。
一、新久疟疾临发时，东流水煎桃、柳枝汤，磨服。
一、小儿急慢惊风，五疳五痢，脾病黄肿，瘾疹疮瘤，
牙关紧急，并用薄荷浸水磨浓，加蜜服之，仍搽肿
上；年岁幼者，每锭分作数服。
一、牙痛酒磨涂痛上，仍含少许，良久咽下。
一、小儿父母遗毒，生下百日内皮塌烂斑，谷道眼眶损
烂者，俱用清水磨涂。
一、打扑伤损，用松节无灰酒研服。
一、年深月近，头胀头痛，太阳痛极，偏头风，及时疮
愈后，毒气攻注，脑门作胀者，俱用葱酒研服一锭
，仍磨涂太阳穴上。
一、妇人经水不通，红花汤下。
一、凡遇天行疫证，延街阖巷，相传遍染者，用桃根汤
磨浓，滴入鼻孔，次服少许，任入病家，再不传染
。
一、又治传尸劳瘵，诸药不能取效。一方士指教服此，
每早磨服一锭，至三次后，逐下恶物尸虫，异形怪
类，后得脱利。以此相传，活人不计其数。
一、女子久患劳瘵，为尸虫所噬，磨服一锭，片时吐下
小虫小余条；后服苏合香丸，其病顿失，调理月余
而愈。真济世卫生之宝药也。
又方：荆防败毒散（见项部脑疽）
内疏黄连汤（见肿疡门）
【方歌】脾发疽生于心窝下方两侧，多因过食烤炙烧烤、肥甘厚味及药酒，导致火热毒邪为患。初起时症状如同粟米大小，伴有忽冷忽热的表现，随后逐渐增加肿胀疼痛并化脓溃烂。
【注】此证候发生在心窝下方的两旁，归属于脾经的食窦穴，无论左侧还是右侧发生，都是由于过度食用烤炙烧烤、肥甘厚味以及药酒，致使脾经积聚火气，形成毒邪而发作。初起时形状像粟米粒一样，出现寒热往来的症状，随后逐渐加重肿胀和疼痛。如果疮顶高耸、根部收敛，颜色红活润泽，按期即溃烂流出稠厚脓液的，属于顺证；如果疮顶平坦、根部散漫，颜色紫暗坚硬，到了期限不溃烂，或者溃烂后脓液像蟹沫一样的，属于逆证。初期服用荆防败毒散通过发汗来治疗，如果出现嘴唇焦枯、极度口渴、烦躁不安的症状，适宜服用太乙紫金锭，接着服用内疏黄连汤进行清热泻火治疗。其余内外治疗方法，均按照痈疽肿疡、溃疡门的规范执行。
方剂：太乙紫金锭
组成：雄黄（选择鲜红色大块的，研磨成粉末，三钱）
朱砂（具有神气的，研磨成粉末，三钱）
麝香（拣选干净无皮毛杂质的，三钱）
川五倍子（又名文蛤，捶碎，研磨成粉末，二两）
红芽大戟（杭州产的紫大戟为上品，江南产的土大戟次之。北方产的土大戟中色白的，药性猛烈峻利，体弱之人服用反而会导致吐血，务必谨慎不要使用。去除芦根部分，洗净，焙干后研磨成粉末，一两五钱）
山慈菇（洗去毛皮，焙干，研磨成粉末，二两）
千金子（又名续随子，仁呈白色的，去油，一两）
以上药物，各选精品，在洁净的房间中制作完毕，等待端午、七夕、重阳，或者天月德、天医、黄道等吉日吉时。凡是进入房间合药的人，前三天都应当斋戒沐浴，更换新洁衣帽，临到当日才进入房间，净手熏香，默念药王牌位，主人率领众人焚香拜祷，事情完毕后，各自将前述七味药，称量准确放入大的乳钵内，再研磨数百转，然后放入细石臼中，逐渐加入糯米浓汁，调和至软硬适中，再用杵捣一千多下，直到极其光润为止为标准。每锭重一钱。每次服用一锭，病情严重者服用两锭，以取得通利效果，之后用温粥补养身体。制作时，除了合药的洁净人员外，其他人皆忌讳看见。此药只有在精诚洁净的情况下才有效。
【方歌】太乙紫金锭可治各种疮毒，疔疮、肿疡、痈疽皆可消除，成分包括雄黄、朱砂、五倍子、麝香、千金子、红芽大戟、山慈菇。
适用症候：
一、一切饮食药物中毒、蛊毒、瘴气恶菌、河豚中毒，以及误食自死的牛马猪羊六畜等肉类引起的病症，必然会出现昏乱突然倒地的症状，或者产生异样的证候，均用水磨成药灌服，或者引起呕吐或腹泻，病人必定苏醒。
一、南方山区的瘴气，烟雾疫气，最能伤害人体，刚感染时就觉得心情不快，恶寒恶热，想吐又吐不出来，立即磨一锭服用，得到呕吐和腹泻就好了。
一、痈疽发背，对口疔疮，天蛇无名肿毒，蛀节红丝等疔疮，以及杨梅疮等各种风疹瘾疹，新旧痔疮，均用无灰淡酒磨成药服用，外用磨成的药液涂抹搽擦疮口上，日夜数次，感觉痒而消退。
一、阴阳二毒，伤寒导致的心胸闷塞，胡言乱语，胸膈部堵塞停滞，邪毒未出，瘟疫导致的烦乱发狂，喉闭喉风，均用薄荷汤，待冷却后磨成药服用。

一、新久疟疾临发作时，用东流水煎桃枝、柳枝汤，磨成药服用。
一、小儿急慢惊风，五疳五痢，脾病黄肿，瘾疹疮瘤，牙关紧急，均用薄荷浸水磨浓，加蜂蜜服用，仍然涂抹在肿处；年龄幼小的，每锭分成几次服用。
一、牙痛用酒磨成药涂在痛处，仍含少许，很久后咽下。
一、小儿父母遗留的毒气，出生后百日内皮肤塌陷腐烂斑纹，肛门眼眶损坏腐烂的，均用清水磨成药涂抹。

[Formula Song] Pi Fa Ju (Spleen Carbuncle) arises on both sides below the heart pit, caused by fire and toxin from excessive consumption of roasted foods, rich flavors, and medicinal wine. Initially resembling a millet grain, it presents with alternating chills and fever, gradually increasing in swelling and pain until suppuration occurs.
[Annotation] This condition manifests on both sides below the heart pit, belonging to the Shidong (SP15) acupoint of the Spleen Meridian. Whether occurring on the left or right, it is caused by excessive intake of roasted foods, rich flavors, and medicinal wine, leading to accumulated fire in the Spleen Meridian, forming toxins that erupt. Initially, the lesion resembles a millet grain, accompanied by alternating chills and fever, followed by progressive swelling and pain. If the apex is elevated, the base is constricted, the color is red and vibrant, and thick pus discharges as expected, it is a favorable prognosis (Shun); if the apex is flat, the base is diffuse, the color is purple and hard, it fails to suppurate when due, or discharges pus resembling crab foam after rupture, it is an unfavorable prognosis (Ni). Initially, treat with Jingfang Baidu San (Atractylodes and Saposhnikovia Powder to Overcome Toxins) to induce sweating. If symptoms include cracked lips, extreme thirst, and restlessness, Taiyi Zijin Ding (Taiyi Purple Gold Pellet) should be taken first, followed by Neishu Huanglian Tang (Internal Draining Coptis Decoction) to clear heat. All other internal and external treatments follow the protocols for Yangsores (Carbuncles and Ulcers) sections.
Formula: Taiyi Zijin Ding (Taiyi Purple Gold Pellet)
Composition: Xionghuang (Realgar, *Realgar*, 3 qian, selected for bright red large chunks, ground into powder)
Zhusha (Cinnabar, *Cinnabaris*, 3 qian, selected for those with spiritual energy, ground into powder)
Shexiang (Musk, *Moschus*, 3 qian, cleaned of fur and skin impurities)
Chuan Wubeizi (Chinese Gallnut, *Galla Chinensis*, 2 liang, crushed and ground into powder; also known as Wen Ge)
Hongya Daji (Red-bud Euphorbia Root, *Euphorbiae Humifusae Radix*, 1.5 qian; Hangzhou Purple Daji is superior, Jiangnan Earth Daji is secondary. Northern Earth Daji that is white has fierce and harsh properties; weak individuals taking it may suffer hematemesis, so avoid these. Remove rhizomes, wash clean, dry by baking, and grind into powder)
Shancigu (Hemsleya Tuber, *Sinomillettiae Rhizoma*, 2 liang, washed to remove hairs and skin, dried by baking, and ground into powder)
Qianjinzi (Croton Seed, *Crotonis Fructus*, 1 qian; also known as Xu Suizi, use the white kernel, remove oil)
Select premium quality for all above herbs. Process in a clean room. Wait for auspicious days such as Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi Festival, Double Ninth Festival, or days marked by Tianyue De, Tianyi, or Yellow Path. Those entering the room to compound the medicine must fast and bathe for three days prior, change into new and clean clothes and hats. On the day, enter the room only after washing hands and burning incense, silently reciting the tablet of the Medicine King. The master leads the group in burning incense and praying. Afterward, weigh the seven herbs accurately and place them in a large mortar, grind hundreds of turns, then transfer to a fine stone mortar. Gradually add thick rice gruel, adjusting to moderate consistency. Pound with a pestle over a thousand times until extremely smooth and glossy. Each pellet weighs 1 qian. Take one pellet per dose; for severe cases, take two pellets to induce purgation, followed by warm rice porridge to nourish the body. During compounding, only clean personnel involved in making the medicine are allowed; others are forbidden from watching. This medicine is effective only when prepared with sincerity and cleanliness.
[Formula Song] Taiyi Zijin treats various sores and toxins; Ding sores, carbuncles, and ulcers can all be removed. Ingredients include Realgar, Cinnabar, Chinese Gallnut, Musk, Croton Seed, Red-bud Euphorbia Root, and Hemsleya Tuber.
Indications:
1. For all types of food and drug poisoning, Gu poison, miasma bacteria, pufferfish poisoning, and accidental ingestion of meat from self-dead cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, etc., which cause sudden collapse, confusion, or abnormal manifestations. Grind the pellet with water and administer orally. Vomiting or diarrhea will occur, and the patient will recover consciousness.
2. For mountain miasma and epidemic smoke in southern regions, which harm humans most severely. Upon initial infection, feeling uneasy, aversion to cold and heat, and nausea without vomiting, grind one pellet and take it. Recovery follows vomiting and diarrhea.
3. For carbuncles on the back, duikou ding sores, Tian She unnamed swelling/toxicity, Zhu Jie red thread ding sores, yaws, various wind urticaria, old and new hemorrhoids. Take with light wine free of ash. Apply externally using water-ground paste on the sore multiple times daily until itching subsides and healing occurs.
4. For Yin-Yang dual toxicity, typhoid causing chest oppression, delirious speech, chest diaphragm stagnation, unexpelled pathogenic toxins, plague causing agitation and madness, throat closure, and throat wind. Take with mint decoction cooled down.
5. For dysentery (red and white), acute abdominal diarrhea pain, cholera-like intestinal cramping, and various phlegm-wheezing conditions. Take with ginger decoction.
6. For men and women suffering from acute manic psychosis, shouting and running, spirit intercourse, spirit pregnancy, spirit qi possession, loss of mind and madness, epilepsy ("sheep" and "pig" convulsions). Take with decoction of Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome (*Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma*).
7. For stroke and Qi blockage, facial paralysis, locked jaw, slurred speech, tendon contraction, joint wind swelling, generalized body pain, difficulty walking, various wind diseases, and epilepsy. Take with wine-ground pellet, warmed.
8. For hanging, drowning, fright death, crushing death, or spirit bewitchment, provided the heart remains slightly warm. Take with decoction of Fresh Ginger (*Zingiberis Recens Rhizoma*) and Teasel Root (*Dipsaci Radix*) in wine.
9. For bites from venomous snakes, mad dogs, scorpions, and toxic Gu insects from streams, causing immediate swelling spreading over the body. In severe cases where toxin enters the interior causing coma and screaming, life is at stake. Administer wine-ground pellet immediately, then drink a bowl of green onion soup, cover with blankets to induce sweating for immediate recovery.
10. For new or chronic malaria at the onset of attacks. Grind the pellet in decoction of Peach Twig (*Persicae Ramulus*) and Willow Twig (*Salicis Ramulus*) boiled in east-flowing water.
11. For pediatric acute/chronic convulsions, five malnourishment syndromes, five dysenteries, spleen disease with yellow swelling, urticaria, tumors, and locked jaw. Grind pellet in mint-infused water to make thick, mix with honey, and take. Also apply topically. For young children, divide one pellet into several doses.
12. For toothache, grind pellet with wine, apply to the painful area, hold a small amount in the mouth, and swallow after some time.
13. For infants born with residual toxins from parents, presenting with sunken rotting skin patches within 100 days, or damaged/rotten anus and eye sockets. Grind with clean water and apply topically.
14. For contusions and injuries, grind with pine node wine free of ash and take.
15. For long-standing head distension/pain, extreme Taiyang headache, hemicrania, and post-herpetic neuralgia/toxin attack causing forehead distension. Grind one pellet with green onion wine, take orally, and apply remaining paste to the Taiyang acupoint.
16. For amenorrhea in women, take with Red Flower (*Carthami Flos*) decoction.
17. For epidemic diseases spreading through streets and alleys, highly contagious. Grind peach root (*Peach Root Bark* or *Radix Persicae*) in water to make thick liquid, drip into nostrils, then take a small amount orally. One can enter sick households without contracting the disease.
18. Also treats consumptive tuberculosis (*Lao Fei*), where other medicines fail. A practitioner instructed taking one pellet ground each morning. After three doses, foul matter and corpse worms (heterogeneous strange classes) were expelled, leading to recovery. Countless lives have been saved this way.
19. For women suffering long-term tuberculosis eaten by corpse worms, taking one pellet resulted in expelling small worms shortly after. Subsequent administration of Suhexiang Wan (Styrax Pill) cured the disease completely, with full recovery after one month of conditioning. Truly a precious medicine for saving the world and preserving health.
