泽泻芩. 当归栀子龙胆草, 气虚下陷补中升, 艾防大戟熬汤洗, 枳实
陈皮炒热腾.
【注】妇人子户肿胀坠痛, 及两拗疼痛者, 谓之疣??. 乃肝, 心二经
火盛, 湿热下流所致, 宜服龙胆泻肝汤, 其方即导赤散, 生地, 木通
,甘草, 再加车前子, 泽泻, 黄芩, 当归, 黑栀子, 龙胆草也. 若因
中气素虚, 下陷重坠者, 用补中益气汤以升举之. 外用蕲艾, 防风,
大戟熬汤熏洗, 更以枳实, 陈皮, 二味为末, 炒热腾之, 其肿自消而
痛自定也.
加味逍遥散 乳香四物敷法
10.阴中痛名小户嫁, 痛极手足不能舒, 内服加味逍遥散, 四物乳香
捣饼敷.
【注】妇人阴中作痛, 名小户嫁痛, 痛极往往手足不能伸舒. 由郁热
伤损肝脾, 湿热下注所致. 宜内服逍遥散加丹皮, 栀子; 外以四物汤
料合乳香捣饼, 纳阴中, 其痛即定.

11.湿热生虫阴户痒, 内服逍遥龙胆方, 桃仁膏合雄黄末, 鸡肝切片
纳中央.
【注】妇人阴痒, 多因湿热生虫. 甚则肢体倦怠, 小便淋漓, 宜服逍
遥散, 龙胆泻肝汤. 外以桃仁研膏, 合雄黄末, 鸡切片, 醮药纳户中
.其虫一闻肝腥, 皆钻肝内吮食, 将肝提出, 其病即愈.

9. 妇女外阴生疣赘，两侧大腿根部疼痛，玉门（阴道口）肿胀下坠且疼痛，此属湿热证，宜用龙胆泻肝汤治疗。方药包括导赤散中的车前子、泽泻、黄芩，以及当归、栀子、龙胆草。若因气虚导致中气下陷者，宜用补中益气汤升提举陷。外用艾叶、防风、大戟煎汤熏洗；或用枳实、陈皮炒热后熨烫患处。
【注】妇女子宫肿胀下坠疼痛，以及两侧大腿根部疼痛的，称为“疣䘌”（此处原文为异体字或通假，指外阴赘生物及肿痛）。这是由于肝、心二经火盛，湿热下注所致，适宜服用龙胆泻肝汤。该方即由导赤散（生地、木通、甘草）加上车前子、泽泻、黄芩、当归、黑栀子、龙胆草组成。如果是因为素来中气虚弱，导致下陷重坠的，应用补中益气汤来升举阳气。外用蕲艾、防风、大戟熬汤进行熏洗，再用枳实、陈皮两味药研末，炒热后熨烫，肿胀自然消退，疼痛自然停止。
10. 阴中疼痛名为“小户嫁痛”，疼痛剧烈时手足不能舒展。内服加味逍遥散，外用四物汤合乳香捣成饼状敷贴。
【注】妇女阴部作痛，名为“小户嫁痛”，疼痛剧烈时往往手足不能伸展。这是由于郁热损伤肝脾，湿热下注所致。适宜内服逍遥散加入丹皮、栀子；外以四物汤的药料配合乳香捣成饼状，纳入阴道中，疼痛即可平息。

11. 湿热生虫导致阴户瘙痒，内服逍遥散或龙胆泻肝汤，外用桃仁膏混合雄黄末，将鸡肝切片置于药膏中央纳于阴中。
【注】妇女阴痒，多因湿热生虫引起。严重时伴有肢体倦怠、小便淋漓不尽，适宜服用逍遥散、龙胆泻肝汤。外用桃仁研磨成膏，混合雄黄末，取鸡肝切片，蘸取药膏纳入阴道中。虫子一闻到肝脏的腥味，都会钻入肝内吮食，然后将肝提出，疾病即可痊愈。

Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver), Fumigation and Washing Method, Hot Compress Method
9. Women with genital warts experience pain in both groins, swelling, heaviness, and pain at the Yumen (vaginal opening). This is caused by damp-heat and should be treated with Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver). The formula includes Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) from Daochi San (Cedar Leaf Decoction), along with Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Zhizi (Gardenia Fruit), and Longdanchao (Gentiana Root). If the condition arises from Qi deficiency with sinking of middle Qi, Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction to Supplement the Middle and Augment the Qi) should be used to raise and lift. Externally, Aiye (Mugwort Leaf), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), and Daji (Euphorbia Root) are boiled for fumigation and washing; alternatively, Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange) and Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel) are stir-fried until hot and applied as a compress.
[Note] Swelling, heaviness, and pain of the uterus (Zihu), along with pain in both groins in women, is referred to as "You Luan" (a term for genital warts/swelling). This is caused by excessive fire in the Liver and Heart meridians, leading to the downward flow of damp-heat. It is appropriate to take Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver). This formula consists of Daochi San (Cedar Leaf Decoction: Shengdi Huang, Mutong, Gancao) plus Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Hei Zhizi (Charred Gardenia Fruit), and Longdanchao (Gentiana Root). If the condition is due to inherent deficiency of middle Qi causing sinking and heaviness, Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction to Supplement the Middle and Augment the Qi) should be used to elevate the Qi. Externally, Qiai (Qichou Mugwort), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), and Daji (Euphorbia Root) are decocted for fumigation and washing. Furthermore, Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange) and Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel) are powdered, stir-fried until hot, and applied as a compress; the swelling will naturally subside and the pain will cease.

10. Pain within the vagina is named "Xiaohu Jia Tong" (Little Door Marriage Pain). When the pain is extreme, the hands and feet cannot extend or relax. Internally, Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) is taken; externally, Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) combined with Ruxiang (Frankincense Resin) is pounded into a cake and applied.
[Note] Pain in the female genitals, known as "Xiaohu Jia Tong" (Little Door Marriage Pain), often results in an inability to extend or relax the limbs when the pain is severe. This is caused by stagnant heat damaging the Liver and Spleen, with damp-heat pouring downward. It is appropriate to internally take Xiaoyao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) added with Danpi (Moutan Cortex) and Zhizi (Gardenia Fruit); externally, the ingredients of Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) are combined with Ruxiang (Frankincense Resin), pounded into a cake, and inserted into the vagina, after which the pain will immediately settle.

Taoren Xionghuang Gao (Peach Kernel Realgar Ointment)
11. Damp-heat generating parasites causes itching of the vaginal orifice. Internally, take Xiaoyao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) or Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver). Externally, mix Taoren (Peach Kernel) paste with Xionghuang (Realgar powder), place chicken liver slices in the center, and insert into the vagina.
[Note] Female genital itching is mostly caused by damp-heat generating parasites. In severe cases, it is accompanied by limb fatigue and dribbling urination. It is appropriate to take Xiaoyao San (Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) and Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver). Externally, Taoren (Peach Kernel) is ground into a paste, mixed with Xionghuang (Realgar powder), and chicken liver slices are dipped in the medication and inserted into the vaginal orifice. Upon smelling the fishy scent of the liver, the parasites will burrow into the liver tissue to feed. When the liver is then removed, the disease will be cured.
