又记载：凡是病患久治不愈，应当从天医方位进行治疗，不必回避各种禁忌，所治疗的地方，百鬼不敢抵挡天医所在的方位。即使有凶神存在，也不会……

It also states: Generally, Tianyi (Heavenly Physician) is determined by placing Shenhou (Divine Post) upon the current hour; Gongcao (Official Minister) below it is Tianyi (Heavenly Physician), Chuansong (Transmission) below it is Tianwu (Heavenly Shaman), and Congkui (Gathering from the Summit) below it is Tianshi (Heavenly Master). By placing Shenhou (Divine Post) upon the Grand Duke (Tai Sui)...
