《葛氏方》治阴蚀疮欲尽方∶
取虾蟆、菟矢分等，捣勃疮上。
《范汪方》治阴肿生疮至尽方∶
KT 胡粉涂良。
又方∶ （荻）叶作灰，敷之。
又云∶男子阴头生疮精食啮欲尽方∶
当归 夕药 黄芩 术 麝香 白粉
为汤，一洗之。
《令李方》治阴蚀蒲黄散方∶
蒲黄（二两） 桐皮（二两） 甘草（二两）
凡三物，捣筛粉疮上，不过三，愈。
《千金方》治阴蚀疮方∶
以肥猪肉五斤，水三升，煮肉令极烂。去肉，以汤令极热，便以灌疮中，冷即愈。
又方∶雄黄（二分） 矾石（二分，烧） 麝香（半分）
三味，冶下筛为粉，以粉疮上，即瘥。
治虫食人阴茎并囊欲尽方∶
烧鲤骨为灰，和黄柏汁涂之。
又方∶烧鲋鱼，和酱汁涂之。
《病源论》云∶大虚劳损，肾气不足，故阴冷，汗液自泄。风邪乘之，则瘙痒。
《录验方》治阴痒疮多少有汁者方∶
煮黄柏汁，冷洗渍，敷蛇床子、黄连末。
《新录要方》治阴痒水出不能瘥者方∶
干姜末粉之。
又方∶水煮芜菁子，洗并末，粉上。
又方∶杏仁烧取油，涂之。
又方∶水煮棘针，洗之。
又方∶水煮桃皮叶，洗之。
又方∶取薤白捣汁，涂之。
又方∶灸脊穷骨，名龟尾，依年壮，或七壮。

《极要方》治阴痒湿生疮历年不瘥方∶

又方∶嚼胡麻，敷疮，不过四五度，愈。
《龙华方》治男子阴下疮痒湿方∶
白粉（一分） 干姜（三分） 牡蛎（三分）
三物，下筛，欲卧时粉，夜三四，粉之。
《效验方》牡蛎散治男子阴下痒湿方∶
牡蛎（三分） 干姜（三分）
凡二物，下筛，以粉，日二。
《僧深方》治阴下湿痒生疮方∶
吴茱萸（一升）
凡一物，以水三升，煮三沸，以去滓，洗疮愈。
又方∶蒲黄粉疮上，日三，过即愈。
又方∶甘草（一尺）
凡一物，水五升，煮取三升，洗渍之。日三便愈，神良。
《耆婆方》治人阴下痒湿方∶
蛇床子作末，和米粉，少少粉之。
《删繁方》治阴生湿疮包用∶
石硫黄末敷之。
《集验方》治大人小儿阴茎痒，汁出方∶
取生大豆刮去皮，熟嚼涂之。
《本草拾遗》云∶牡蛎壳和麻黄根、蛇床子、干姜为粉，去阴汗。
《葛氏方》治疗阴部蚀疮即将痊愈的方子：
取蛤蟆、菟丝子各等分，捣碎后敷在溃烂的疮口上。

用胡粉涂抹，效果很好。
另一个方子：将荻叶烧成灰，敷在患处。
又说：男子龟头生疮，被虫蚀咬即将痊愈的方子：
当归、芍药、黄芩、白术、麝香、铅粉（注：原文“白粉”通常指铅粉或米粉，此处结合古方语境及毒性考量，多指铅粉，但为忠实原文保留“白粉”，并在首次出现时标注）。
煎汤，清洗一次即可。
《令李方》治疗阴部蚀疮的蒲黄散方：
蒲黄（二两）、桐皮（二两）、甘草（二两）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，撒在疮口上，不超过三次，即可痊愈。
《千金方》治疗阴部蚀疮的方子：
用肥猪肉五斤，水三升，煮肉直到极其软烂。去掉肉，将汤汁加热至极热，立即灌注到疮口中，冷却后即可痊愈。
另一个方子：雄黄（二分）、矾石（二分，煅烧）、麝香（半分）。
以上三味药，研磨过筛成粉末，将粉末撒在疮口上，即刻痊愈。
治疗虫蚀人阴茎并囊袋即将痊愈的方子：
将鲤鱼骨烧成灰，与黄柏汁混合后涂抹。
另一个方子：将鲫鱼烧焦，与酱汁混合后涂抹。
《诸病源候论》说：身体极度虚弱劳损，肾气不足，所以阴部寒冷，汗液自行外泄。风邪趁机侵袭，就会引起瘙痒。
《录验方》治疗阴部瘙痒、疮口多少有分泌物的方子：
煮黄柏汁，冷却后清洗浸泡，再敷上蛇床子、黄连的粉末。
《新录要方》治疗阴部瘙痒、流水不止不能痊愈的方子：
用干姜末撒在患处。
另一个方子：用水煮芜菁子，清洗并研末，撒在患处。
另一个方子：杏仁烧取油，涂抹患处。
另一个方子：用水煮棘针，清洗患处。
另一个方子：用水煮桃树皮和叶子，清洗患处。
另一个方子：取薤白捣汁，涂抹患处。
另一个方子：灸脊穷骨，名为龟尾穴，根据年龄决定灸壮数，或者七壮。
另外，灸足大趾丛毛中（即隐白穴附近），多至七壮，都有效。
《极要方》治疗阴部瘙痒、湿气生疮多年不愈的方子：
取桃核中的桃仁，烧成末，服用七枚，每日三次，共二十一枚。三天痊愈。
另一个方子：嚼芝麻，敷在疮口上，不超过四五次，即可痊愈。
《龙华方》治疗男子阴部下方疮痒湿气的方子：
铅粉（一分）、干姜（三分）、牡蛎（三分）。
以上三味药，过筛，准备睡觉时撒粉，夜间三四次，撒粉。
《效验方》牡蛎散治疗男子阴部下方痒湿的方子：
牡蛎（三分）、干姜（三分）。
以上两味药，过筛，用粉末外敷，每日两次。
《僧深方》治疗阴部下方湿痒生疮的方子：
吴茱萸（一升）。
以上一味药，用水三升，煮三沸，去渣，清洗疮口即愈。
另一个方子：蒲黄粉撒在疮口上，每日三次，过后即愈。
另一个方子：甘草（一尺）。
以上一味药，水五升，煮取三升，清洗浸泡。每日三次便愈，神效良方。
《耆婆方》治疗人阴部下方痒湿的方子：
蛇床子研末，与米粉混合，少量撒在患处。
The *Ge Shi Fang* (Ge's Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating genital ulcerations that are nearly healed:
Take equal parts of Bufo bufo gargarizans (Toad, Xiamu) and Cuscutae Semen (Dodder Seed, Tushi), pound them into a paste, and apply it to the ulcerated sores.
The *Fan Wang Fang* (Fan Wang's Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating genital swelling and ulceration until healing is complete:
Apply Galenite powder (Hufen) topically; this is effective.
Another formula: Make ash from Phragmites communis leaves (Diye), and apply it as a dressing.
It also states: A formula for male glans ulceration caused by insect erosion, nearly healed:
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Paeoniae Radix (Xiyao), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Atractylodis Rhizoma (Zhu), Moschus (Shexiang), and Lead carbonate (Baifen).
Decoct in water, wash once.
The *Ling Li Fang* (Ling Li's Prescriptions) provides the Puhuang Powder formula for treating genital ulcerations:
Pollen Typhae (Puhuang, 2 liang), Cortex Cinnamomi (Tongpi, 2 liang), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 2 liang).
Pound and sieve these three substances into powder, apply to the sores. It will heal in no more than three applications.
The *Qianjin Fang* (Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) provides a formula for treating genital ulcerations:
Take five jin of fatty pork and three sheng of water, boil the meat until extremely soft. Remove the meat, heat the broth until very hot, and immediately irrigate the sores with it. Healing occurs upon cooling.
Another formula: Realgar (Xionghuang, 2 fen), Alumen (Fanshi, 2 fen, calcined), Moschus (Shexiang, 0.5 fen).
Grind these three ingredients into powder, apply to the sores, and they will heal immediately.
A formula for treating insect erosion of the penis and scrotum, nearly healed:
Burn carp bones to ash, mix with Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex juice (Huangbai zhi), and apply.
Another formula: Burn crucian carp, mix with soy sauce, and apply.
The *Zhubing Yuanhou Lun* (Treatise on the Pathogenesis and Symptoms of All Diseases) states: Severe deficiency and exhaustion lead to insufficient Kidney Qi, causing coldness in the genital area and spontaneous sweating of fluids. When Wind pathogens invade, itching occurs.
The *Lu Yan Fang* (Verified Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating genital itching with varying amounts of discharge from sores:
Decoct Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex (Huangbai) in water, let it cool, wash and soak the area, then apply powders of Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi) and Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian).
The *Xin Lu Yao Fang* (Newly Recorded Essential Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating genital itching with persistent discharge that does not heal:
Apply dried Ginger powder (Jiangwei) as a dusting powder.
Another formula: Decoct turnip seeds (Wujingzi) in water, wash the area, grind into powder, and apply.
Another formula: Extract oil from burned Apricot kernels (Xingren), and apply.
Another formula: Decoct thorn branches (Jizhen) in water, and wash.
Another formula: Decoct peach bark and leaves (Taopiye) in water, and wash.
Another formula: Take the white bulb of Allium macrostemon (Xiebai), crush to extract juice, and apply.
Another formula: Moxibustion at the coccyx, named Guwei (Rear Tail), based on age, or seven moxa cones.
Additionally, moxibustion in the hair tuft of the big toe (Yinbai point vicinity), up to seven cones, is also effective.
The *Ji Yao Fang* (Extremely Essential Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating chronic genital itching and damp-sores lasting years:
Take Peach kernel (Taoren) from the pit, burn to ash, take seven pills, three times daily, totaling twenty-one pills. Heal in three days.
Another formula: Chew Sesame seeds (Huma), apply to sores. Heal in no more than four or five applications.
The *Long Hua Fang* (Long Hua Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating male lower genital itching and dampness:
Lead carbonate (Baifen, 1 fen), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 3 fen), Oyster Shell (Muli, 3 fen).
Sieve these three substances, apply powder before sleeping, three to four times at night.
The *Xiao Yan Fang* (Effective Prescriptions) provides the Muli San (Oyster Shell Powder) for treating male lower genital itching and dampness:
Oyster Shell (Muli, 3 fen), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 3 fen).
Sieve these two substances, apply as powder, twice daily.
The *Seng Shen Fang* (Monk Shen's Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating lower genital damp-itching and sores:
Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, 1 sheng).
Decoct this single substance in three sheng of water for three boils, remove dregs, and wash the sores to heal.
Another formula: Apply Pollen Typhae powder (Puhuang) to sores, three times daily, heals thereafter.
Another formula: Licorice Root (Gancao, 1 chi).
Decoct this single substance in five sheng of water to obtain three sheng, wash and soak. Three times daily leads to healing; it is a divine and excellent remedy.
The *Qi Po Fang* (Qi Po's Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating lower genital itching and dampness:
Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi) powder mixed with rice flour, applied sparingly.
The *Shan Fan Fang* (Abridged Redundant Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating damp-sores covering the genitals:
Apply powdered Sulfur (Shiliuhuang).
The *Ji Yan Fang* (Collected Verified Prescriptions) provides a formula for treating itching and discharge in adult and pediatric penises:
Take raw soybeans, scrape off the skin, cook thoroughly, chew, and apply.
The *Bencao Shiyi* (Supplement to Materia Medica) states: Oyster shell mixed with Ephedrae Radix et Rhizoma root (Mahuanggen), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), and Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang) into powder removes genital sweat.
