治梦遗症
金樱子 芡实（各等分）
为末。炼蜜为丸。如弹子大。每服一丸。淡盐汤冲服。忌食葱蒜。
治自遗无梦者。
人参（三钱） 远志肉（八分） 茯神（三钱） 石菖蒲（七分） 龙骨（三钱生用） 龟
板（四钱）
共末。每服三钱。开水冲服。或作汤药煎服亦可。
填补肝肾之法。
熟地（一两） 当归（四钱） 炙甘草（一钱）
水煎。
不拘自遗梦遗等症。皆治之。

鱼螵蛸（即黄鱼胶一斤蛤粉炒） 沙苑蒺藜（八两马乳浸一日隔汤煮一炷香时）
二味为末。炼蜜为丸。梧子大。每服八十丸。白滚水送下。

治疗梦遗和滑精：
金樱子、芡实（各取等量），
研成细末。用炼蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子。每次服用一丸，用淡盐水送服。忌食葱和蒜。
治疗无梦而自遗者：
人参（三钱）、远志肉（八分）、茯神（三钱）、石菖蒲（七分）、龙骨（三钱，生用）、龟板（四钱），
共研为细末。每次服用三钱，用开水冲服。也可以作为汤药煎服。
填补肝肾的方法：
熟地黄（一两）、当归（四钱）、炙甘草（一钱），
加水煎煮。
不拘泥于自遗或梦遗等症状，均可治疗：
人参、当归、怀山药（各三钱）、陈皮、柴胡（各一钱）、炙甘草（五分）、升麻（五分）、熟地黄（……此处原文缺失后续剂量或说明）。
治疗自遗虚症，且伴有阴火内炽者：
熟地黄（四钱）、茯神、山药、泽泻（各三钱）、丹皮（二钱）、山茱萸肉（一钱）、炙龟板、炙鳖甲，
加水煎煮。
总治梦遗、自遗、腰痛、淋浊等各种症状：
桑螵蛸（即黄鱼胶一斤，用蛤粉炒制）、沙苑蒺藜（八两，用马乳浸泡一天，隔水蒸煮一炷香的时间），
将这两味药研成细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用八十丸，用白开水送下。
治疗精关不固（精滑），无论有梦无梦皆可治疗：
茯苓、菟丝子、建莲子（各一两），用酒糊制成丸药（大小如桐子）。
牡蛎、菟丝子、韭子、龙骨、五味子、茯苓、桑螵蛸、白石脂。（此段未注明具体用法，仅列药材）
治疗肾虚腰痛、疝气偏坠、遗精等症状：
熟地黄（八钱）、山茱萸肉（一钱）、山药（三钱）、枸杞子（三钱）、茯苓（三钱）、甘草（五分）。

Treatment for nocturnal emission and spermatorrhea:
*Shan Ying Zi* (Rosa laevigata fruit), *Qian Shi* (Euryale ferox seed) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, administered with light salt water. Avoid consuming garlic and scallions.
Treatment for spontaneous emission without dreams:
*Ren Shen* (Panax ginseng) (3 qian), *Yuan Zhi Rou* (Polygala root flesh) (8 fen), *Fu Shen* (Poria with hostwood) (3 qian), *Shi Chang Pu* (Acorus rhizome) (7 fen), *Long Gu* (Fossilized mammal bones, raw) (3 qian), *Gui Ban* (Tartaric turtle plastron) (4 qian).
Grind all into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with boiling water. Alternatively, decoct as a herbal soup.
Method to tonify Liver and Kidney:
*Shu Di Huang* (Prepared Rehmannia root) (1 liang), *Dang Gui* (Angelica sinensis) (4 qian), *Zhi Gan Cao* (Honey-fried Licorice root) (1 qian).
Decoct in water.
Applicable regardless of symptoms such as spontaneous emission or nocturnal emission:
*Ren Shen* (Panax ginseng), *Dang Gui* (Angelica sinensis), *Huai Shan Yao* (Dioscorea opposita rhizome) (3 qian each), *Chen Pi* (Citrus reticulata peel), *Chai Hu* (Bupleurum root) (1 qian each), *Zhi Gan Cao* (Honey-fried Licorice root) (5 fen), *Sheng Ma* (Cimicifuga rhizome) (5 fen), *Shu Di Huang* (Prepared Rehmannia root) (...text missing here).
Treatment for deficiency-type spontaneous emission accompanied by internal blazing of Yin fire:
*Shu Di Huang* (Prepared Rehmannia root) (4 qian), *Fu Shen* (Poria with hostwood), *Shan Yao* (Dioscorea opposita rhizome), *Ze Xie* (Alisma rhizome) (3 qian each), *Dan Pi* (Moutan bark) (2 qian), *Yu Rou* (Cornus officinalis fruit flesh) (1 qian), *Zhi Gui Ban* (Honey-fried Tartaric turtle plastron), *Zhi Bie Jia* (Honey-fried Turtle carapace).
Decoct in water.
General treatment for nocturnal emission, spontaneous emission, lower back pain, stranguria, turbid urine, and other conditions:
*Sang Piao Xiao* (Mantis egg case) (1 jin of yellow fish glue, stir-fried with clam powder), *Sha Yuan Ji Li* (Astragalus complanatus seed) (8 liang, soaked in horse milk for one day, steamed over water for the time it takes to burn one incense stick).
Grind these two ingredients into fine powder. Form pills with refined honey, size of a wutong tree seed. Take 80 pills per dose, washed down with plain boiled water.
Treatment for seminal slippage, applicable whether with or without dreams:
*Fu Ling* (Poria), *Tu Si Zi* (Cuscuta seed), *Jian Lian Zi* (Lotus seed) (1 liang each). Form pills with wine paste, size of a paulownia seed.
Oyster shell, Cuscuta seed, Leek seed, Fossilized mammal bones, Schisandra berry, Poria, Mantis egg case, White kaolin. (No specific preparation method listed, only herbs enumerated).
Treatment for Kidney deficiency lower back pain, hernia, spermatorrhea, and other conditions:
