治疗流泪且伴有瘙痒：
使用经霜的桑叶，数量不限，煎煮汤液清洗眼睛。
治疗风邪引起的流泪：
使用槐树皮，数量不限，煎煮汤液，滤去药渣，澄清后加入黄连浸泡并清洗眼睛。
治疗眼球突出：
方剂见前文。

治疗蟹眼疼痛（指眼睑红肿如蟹眼）：
防风、羚羊角、远志、桔梗、甘草、细辛、人参、赤芍药、黄芩。
加水两钟（古代容量单位），煎至八分，不拘时候服用。
治疗眼睛红肿胀痛或蟹眼突出：
取一个羊胆，加入一钱蜂蜜，用线捆扎固定，放入砂锅中加水煮熟，在冷水中浸泡取出，待水干后倒入瓷器内。每次取少许点涂眼角。
治疗肾虚导致津液耗损、瞳仁散大、视物不明：
五味子、当归、知母、黄柏、芍药、生地黄、甘草、远志。
加水两钟，煎至八分，在饭后服用。
治疗瞳仁散大：
人参（二钱）、甘草（一钱）、天门冬（三钱）、地骨皮（三钱）、枳壳（三钱）、黄连（三钱）、柴胡（八钱）、生地黄（一两）、五味子（三钱）、黄芩（五钱）、当归（五钱）、枸杞子（五钱）、熟地黄（一两）。
以上药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用一百丸，用清茶送服，每日两次。
补益肾水，治疗瞳仁散大：
枸杞子、当归（各一两）、生地黄（一两）、五味子（五钱）、知母（炒制七钱）、黄柏（炒制七钱）、山药（五钱）、白茯苓（一两）、巴戟天（去心五钱）、菟丝子（酒煮焙干一两）、人参（五钱）、菊花。
以上药物研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用五十丸，空腹时以盐汤送下。
治疗方法同上。
Treatment for tearing accompanied by itching:
Use mulberry leaves (Folium Mori) that have been exposed to frost, in any quantity. Decoct in water and wash the eyes with the liquid.
Treatment for wind-induced tearing:
Use bark of the pagoda tree (Cortex Sophorae), in any quantity. Decoct in water, filter out the dregs, clarify the liquid, add Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连), and soak/wash the eyes.

Treatment for crab-eye pain (referring to swollen and red eyelids resembling a crab's eye):
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风), Cornu Saigae Tataricae (Lingyangjiao, 羚羊角), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi, 远志), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng, 桔梗), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishaoyao, 赤芍药), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩).
Add two zhong (ancient unit of volume) of water, decoct until reduced to eight-tenths. Take at any time.
Treatment for red, swollen, and painful eyes or protruding crab-eyes:
Take one sheep gallbladder, add one qian of honey, tie it securely with thread, place it in an earthenware pot with water, and boil until cooked. Soak in cold water, remove, and let the water evaporate completely. Pour the residue into a porcelain vessel. Apply a small amount to the corners of the eyes each time.
Treatment for kidney deficiency leading to fluid depletion, dilated pupils, and blurred vision:
Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu, 知母), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏), Paeoniae Radix (Shaoyao, 芍药), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi, 远志).
Add two zhong of water, decoct until reduced to eight-tenths. Take after meals.
Treatment for dilated pupils:
Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参) (2 qian), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (1 qian), Asparagi Radix (Tiangmendong, 天门冬) (3 qian), Lycii Cortex (Digupi, 地骨皮) (3 qian), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao, 枳壳) (3 qian), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian, 黄连) (3 qian), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu, 柴胡) (8 qian), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) (1 liang), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) (3 qian), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩) (5 qian), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) (5 qian), Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi, 枸杞子) (5 qian), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudihuang, 熟地黄) (1 liang).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, washed down with clear tea. Take twice daily.
Tonifying Kidney Water to treat dilated pupils:
Lycii Fructus (Gouqizi, 枸杞子), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归) (each 1 liang), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) (1 liang), Schisandrae Fructus (Wuweizi, 五味子) (5 qian), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu, 知母) (stir-fried, 7 qian), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏) (stir-fried, 7 qian), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao, 山药) (5 qian), Poria (Baifuling, 白茯苓) (1 liang), Morindae Officinalis Radix (Bajitian, 巴戟天) (deprived of heart, 5 qian), Cuscutae Semen (Tusizi, 菟丝子) (boiled in wine and dried, 1 liang), Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参) (5 qian), Chrysanthemi Flos (Juhua, 菊花).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, taken on an empty stomach with salted water.
