用黄酒半斤，将前七味煎一盅，去渣，将麝香入酒内，再煎二沸，临卧服。方内黄酒，
各处
香，市井易于作假，一钱真，可合一两假，人又不能辨。此方麝香最要紧，多费数文，必买
好的方妥，若买当门子更佳。大人一连三晚，吃三副，隔一日再吃三副。若七八岁小儿，两
晚吃一副；三两岁小儿，三晚吃一副。麝香可煎三次，再换新的。

川芎黄酒赤芍药，表里通经第一方。
治初起眼疼，白珠红，后起云翳。

为末，分四副，早晚清茶调服。眼科外症，千古一方。
治耳聋不闻雷声。余三十岁立此方。
柴胡（一两） 香附（一两） 川芎（五钱）
为末，早晚开水冲服三钱。
血府逐瘀汤所治之病，开列于后。
头痛有外感，必有发热恶寒之表症，发散可愈；有积热，必舌干、口渴，用承气可愈；
有气
好，百方不效，用此方一剂而愈。
胸疼在前面，用木金散可愈；后通背亦疼，用栝蒌薤白白酒汤可愈；在伤寒，用栝蒌、
陷胸、柴胡等，皆可愈。有忽然胸疼，前方皆不应，用此方一副，疼立止。

用黄酒半斤，将前七味药材煎煮至一盅的量，滤去药渣，将麝香放入酒液中，再煮沸两次，睡前服用。方中的黄酒，各地都有香味，但市面上容易造假，一钱真酒可兑一两假酒，人们又难以辨别。此方中麝香最为关键，多花几文钱，务必购买优质的才稳妥，若买到“当门子”（麝香中的极品）则更好。成人连续三个晚上，各服一副药；隔一天后再服三副。若是七八岁的小儿，两个晚上服一副药；两三岁的小儿，三个晚上服一副药。麝香可以煎煮三次后，再更换新的。

治疗初起的眼痛，白眼球发红，随后出现云翳（角膜混浊）。

研成细末，分为四副，早晚用清茶调服。这是治疗眼科外症千古不变的一个方子。
治疗耳聋，听不到雷声。我在三十岁时确立此方。

胸疼在前面，用木金散可愈；疼痛向后放射至背部也疼，用栝蒌薤白白酒汤可愈；在伤寒病中，用栝蒌、陷胸汤、小柴胡汤等，皆可痊愈。有忽然胸疼，前方皆不应，用此方一副，疼痛立即停止。
Red Peony Root (Chi Shao, 1 qian) / Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuan Xiong, 1 qian) / Peach Kernel (Tao Ren, 3 qian, ground into paste) / Safflower Flower (Hong Hua, 3 qian) / Old Scallion (Lao Cong, 3 stalks, chopped) / Fresh Ginger (Xian Jiang, 3 qian, chopped) / Red Date (Hong Zao, 7 pieces, pitted) / Musk (She Xiang, 5 li, wrapped in silk cloth).
Use half a jin of yellow wine to decoct the first seven ingredients until one zhong remains. Strain the dregs, add the musk to the wine, boil for two more boils, and take before going to bed. The yellow wine in this formula varies in aroma across regions and is prone to adulteration in the market; one qian of genuine wine can be diluted with one liang of fake wine, which people cannot easily distinguish. Musk is the most crucial ingredient in this formula; spend a few extra coins to buy high-quality musk to ensure efficacy. If "Dang Men Zi" (the highest grade of musk from the gland opening) is available, it is even better. Adults should take one dose for three consecutive nights, then take another three doses after an interval of one day. For children aged seven or eight, take one dose over two nights; for children aged two or three, take one dose over three nights. The musk can be decocted three times before replacing it with new material.
Formula Song:
To unblock orifices, rely on good musk,
Peach kernel, safflower, red dates, old scallion, and ginger.
With Ligusticum, yellow wine, and red peony root,
It is the premier formula to unblock meridians inside and out.
For treating initial eye pain with redness of the sclera (white part of the eye), followed by the formation of corneal opacity (cloudy film).
Myrrh (Mo Yao, 3 qian) / Dragon's Blood (Xue Jie, 3 qian) / Rhubarb Radix et Rhizoma (Da Huang, 3 qian) / Mirabilite (Pu Xiao, 2 qian) / Abalone Shell (Shi Jue Ming, 3 qian, crushed).
Grind into fine powder, divide into four doses, and take morning and evening mixed with clear tea water. This is an eternal formula for external ophthalmic conditions.
For treating deafness where the patient cannot hear thunder. I established this formula at the age of thirty.
Bupleurum Root (Chai Hu, 1 liang) / Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome (Xiang Fu, 1 liang) / Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuan Xiong, 5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, and take 3 qian mixed with boiling water morning and evening.
The diseases treated by Xuefu Zhuyu Tang are listed below.
Headache due to external contraction must present with exterior symptoms such as fever and aversion to cold; dispersing the exterior will cure it. Headache due to accumulated heat must present with dry tongue and thirst; using Chengqi Decoction will cure it. Headache due to qi stagnation and blood stasis, unresponsive to hundreds of other formulas, will be cured by one dose of this formula.
Chest pain located in the front can be cured with Mujin San; if the pain radiates to the back, Gualou Xiebai Baijiu Tang can cure it. In Shaoyang disease, Gualou, Xiantong Decoction, and Xiaochaihu Tang can all cure it. For sudden chest pain where previous formulas fail, one dose of this formula will stop the pain immediately.
