枪硝（一钱八分） 蒲黄（四分，生） 僵蚕（一钱） 牙皂（一分半） 冰片（一分） 研细，共为末，
吹入。
（清热祛风，解毒，出痰涎，轻症用之。重症与金丹合用，痰壅金六碧四，因病轻重，定药多寡。）
玉丹（三分） 百草霜（半茶匙） 玄丹（一粒） 甘草灰（三茶匙） 冰片（五厘） 薄荷（去根，春夏四分，
秋冬二分） 共为末吹。（欲出痰，加制牙皂少许。）

白肥灯草水湿透，用竹管浸湿，以湿纸塞紧一头，将灯草纳管内，以筋筑实口，
用湿纸封塞，入炭 烟绝，管通红，取出，先湿一砖，将管放砖上，以碗覆之，待
冷取起，剥去外管灰、两头纸灰，内灯草灰黑色成团者佳。
苦桔梗（一两） 炙甘草（二两） 每服三钱，水一盏，煎七分，食后温服。
九转胆星（一两） 雄黄 黄连末（各二钱） 茯神 元参 天竺黄 五倍末 荆芥 防
风桔梗 犀角末 当归（各一钱） 冰片 麝香 珍珠（各五分，豆腐煮） 京牛黄 轻粉（各三分）
各研极细，共和一处，再研匀，甘草熬膏和丸，如龙眼大，朱砂为衣，日中晒干，
收入瓷瓶内，将瓶口堵严，勿令出气，临服时一丸，薄荷汤磨服。
（此方具有消肿、祛痰的功效，药性迅捷利索，善于深入体内，轻症患者不宜使用。）

取白色肥厚的灯心草用水浸湿，用竹管浸入水中使其湿润，用湿纸塞紧竹管的一端，将灯心草纳入管内，用筋条在管口筑实，
再用湿纸封塞管口，放入炭火中烧至烟尽，此时竹管通体通红，取出后，先将一块砖头打湿，将竹管放在砖头上，用碗覆盖住，待冷却后取出，剥去外管的灰烬和两头的纸灰，内部灯心草的灰烬呈黑色且结成团状者为佳。
苦桔梗（一两） 炙甘草（二两） 每次服用三钱，加水一盏，煎煮至七分水量，饭后温服。

分别研磨至极细粉末，混合在一起，再次研磨均匀，用甘草熬制的膏液调和制成丸剂，大小如龙眼核，外用朱砂粉末为衣，在日光下晒干，
收入瓷瓶内，将瓶口密封严实，防止漏气，临服用时取一丸，用薄荷汤磨化后服用。
(This prescription reduces swelling and expels phlegm; its nature is swift and penetrating, effectively reaching the interior. It is not suitable for mild cases.)
Gunxiao (Saltpeter) (1 qian 8 fen) Puhuang (Polygoni Typhonii Pollen) (4 fen, raw) Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) (1 qian) Yazao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Spina) (1.5 fen) Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (1 fen). Grind into fine powder, mix well, and prepare as a powder to be blown into the throat.
(This prescription clears heat, dispels wind, resolves toxicity, and expels salivary phlegm; it is used for mild cases. For severe cases, it should be used in combination with Jindan. The ratio of Xuandan to Jinliu Bisi depends on the severity of the illness to determine the dosage.)
Yudan (3 fen) Baicaoshuang (Carbonized Herb Powder) (half tea spoon) Xuandan (1 pill) Gancaohui (Ash of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (3 tea spoons) Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (5 li) Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) (roots removed, 4 fen in spring/summer, 2 fen in autumn/winter). Mix well into powder and blow into the throat. (To facilitate phlegm expulsion, add a small amount of processed Yazao.)
(For blowing into the throat.)
Take thick, white Dengxincao (Junci Medulla), soak it thoroughly in water, and immerse a bamboo tube in water to moisten it. Plug one end of the tube tightly with wet paper, insert the Dengxincao into the tube, and compact it firmly at the mouth using a stick. Seal the opening with wet paper, place it in charcoal fire until smoke ceases, and continue heating until the tube becomes red hot. Remove it, first wet a brick, place the tube on the brick, cover with a bowl, and wait for it to cool before taking it out. Peel off the ash from the outer tube and the paper ash from both ends. The Dengxincao ash inside should be black and form a solid clump, which is considered optimal.
Ku Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) (1 liang) Zhigancao (Prepared Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (2 liang). Take 3 qian per dose, add one cup of water, decoct until reduced to 0.7 cups, and take warm after meals.
Jiuzhuan Danning (Calculus Bovis Preparata) (1 liang) Xionghuang (Realgar) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) powder (each 2 qian) Fushen (Poria with Hostwood) Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix) Tianzhuhuang (Calamusi Fructus) Wubeizi (Chinese Gall) Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1 qian) Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) Shexiang (Moschus) Zhenzhu (Margarita) (each 5 fen, boiled in tofu) Jing Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) Qingfen (Calomelas) (each 3 fen). Grind each ingredient to an extremely fine powder, mix them together, and grind again until uniform. Blend with honey prepared from Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) to form pills the size of longan seeds. Coat with Zhusha (Cinnabar), dry in the sun, store in a porcelain jar, seal the lid tightly to prevent air leakage. Before administration, take one pill, dissolve it in Bohe Tang (Mint Decoction), and ingest.
