天南星（一斤） 掘坑深二尺，用炭火五斤，于坑内烧红，取出炭扫净，用酒一升浇
之，将南星趁热下坑，内用盆急盖讫，泥壅合，经一宿取出，再焙干为末。琥珀（四
两，另研） 朱砂（一两，研，飞，以一半为衣） 上和匀，猪心血三个，生姜汁打面糊，搅令稠
粘，将心血和入药末，丸如桐子大，每服五十丸，煎人参汤，空心送下，日三服。
天门冬（十斤，汤浸二日，去心） 生地黄（肥净者，三十斤） 上二味，安木臼内捣一、二千杵，
取其汁，再入温汤更捣，又取其汁，不论几次，直待二药无味方止。以文、武火熬
成膏子，盛瓷器内，每服一匙，温酒化下，无时，日进三服。

莪术 陈皮（去白） 雷丸 鹤虱（各一两） 大黄（一两半） 赤小豆（三百粒） 巴豆（七粒，去皮心膜油） 上
为细末，荞面一两半作糊和匀，每两作十丸，朱砂飞过一两为衣，阴干。每服一丸，
用温水浸一宿，去水，再用温水化开，空心服之。小儿量减服。十年病一服即愈，
若未愈，三五日再服，重者不过三服。
天南星（一斤）：挖掘一个深二尺的坑，放入五斤炭火在坑内烧红，取出炭块并清扫干净，用一升酒浇淋坑底，趁热将天南星放入坑中，上面立即用盆盖严，并用泥土密封缝隙，经过一夜后取出，再焙干研成粉末。琥珀（四两，单独研磨）朱砂（一两，研磨、水飞，取一半作为药丸外衣），与上述药末混合均匀，取三个猪心血，用生姜汁调和面粉制成面糊，搅拌至稠粘，将猪心血和入药末中，制成如梧桐子大小的药丸，每次服用五十丸，用人参汤煎煮送服，空腹时服用，每日三次。
天门冬（十斤，用热水浸泡两天，去除心部）生地黄（肥厚洁净者，三十斤）：将这两味药放入木臼中捣碎一千至两千杵，取其汁液，再次加入温水继续捣碎，又取其汁液，不论进行多少次，直到这两味药没有味道为止。用文火或武火熬制成膏状，盛放在瓷器中，每次服用一匙，用温酒化开送服，不限时间，每日进服三次。
丁香、木香、沉香（各半两）、乳香（研磨）、麝香（单独研磨）、熊胆（各二钱半）、白丁香（三百粒）、轻粉（四钱半）、雄黄（研磨）、青皮（去除白色部分）、黄芩、胡黄连（各半两）、黄连、黑牵牛（炒制）、荆三棱（煨制）、甘草（炙烤）、蓬莪术、陈皮（去除白色部分）、雷丸、鹤虱（各一两）、大黄（一两半）、赤小豆（三百粒）、巴豆（七粒，去皮、去心、去膜、去油）：以上药物研成细末，用一两半荞麦面制成面糊调和均匀，每两药粉制成十丸，用一两飞过（水飞）的朱砂作为外衣，阴干。每次服用一丸，用温水浸泡一夜，倒掉水，再用温水化开，空腹服用。小儿根据情况减量服用。十年病程的患者，服用一次即可痊愈；如果未痊愈，间隔三五日再服用，病情重者不超过三次服药。
Arisaema Cum Bile (one jin): Dig a pit two chi deep, burn five jin of charcoal in the pit until red-hot, remove the charcoal and sweep it clean, pour one sheng of wine into the pit, put the Arisaema into the pit while hot, cover it immediately with a basin, seal the edges with mud, leave it overnight, then take it out, dry it by roasting, and grind it into powder. Succini Polished (four liang, ground separately), Cinnabaris (one liang, ground, levigated, half used as coating); mix evenly with the above powder. Take three pig heart bloods, make a paste using ginger juice and flour, stir until thick and sticky, mix the pig heart blood into the powder, form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, decoct Ren Shen Tang (Ginseng Decoction) to send down the pills, take on an empty stomach, three times a day.
Asparagi Radix (ten jin, soaked in boiling water for two days, remove the core), Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (plump and clean ones, thirty jin): Place these two herbs in a wooden mortar, pound them one or two thousand times, extract their juice, add warm water again and pound, extract the juice again, repeat regardless of the number of times, until both herbs have no taste. Boil down with mild or strong fire into a paste, store in porcelain vessels. Take one spoonful per dose, dissolve in warm wine, at any time, three doses per day.
Stellariae Flos, Costi Rhizoma, Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (each half liang), Burserae Resina (ground), Moschus (ground separately), Ursi Fel (each two qian and half), Streblatis Semen (three hundred grains), Calomel (four qian and half), Realgar (ground), Tangerinae Pericarpium Viride (remove white pith), Scutellariae Radix, Picrorhizae Rhizoma (each half liang), Coptidis Rhizoma, Pharbitidis Semen Nigrum (stir-fried), Sparganii Rhizoma (roasted), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata (honey-fried), Curcumae Zedoariae Rhizoma, Tangerinae Pericarpium (remove white pith), Oryzi Globuli, Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus (each one liang), Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (one liang and half), Phaseoli Semen Rubrum (three hundred grains), Crotonis Fructus (seven grains, remove skin, core, membrane, and oil): Grind all the above into fine powder, use one liang and half of buckwheat flour to make a paste, mix evenly. Make ten pills from each liang of powder, coat with one liang of levigated Cinnabaris, dry in shade. Take one pill per dose, soak in warm water overnight, discard the water, dissolve in warm water, take on an empty stomach. Reduce dosage for children. For diseases lasting ten years, one dose is sufficient for cure; if not cured, take again after three to five days; for severe cases, do not exceed three doses.
