黄芩（五钱） 苦参（一两） 生地黄（二两） 水四升，煮取一升，温服，多吐下虫。
生铁四十斤，烧红，砧上 之，有花坠地，名铁落。用水二斗，煮取
一斗，入后药∶石膏（三两） 龙齿（研） 白茯苓（去皮） 防风（去芦，各一两半） 玄参 秦艽（各一两）
上为粗散，入铁汁中煮取五升，去渣，入竹沥一升和匀，温服二合，无时，日五服。
水银（二两） 朱砂（二两，细研） 黑铅（一两半） 乳香（一两，研细） 上将黑铅入铫子内，下水
银结成砂子，次下朱砂、乳香，乘热用柳木槌研匀，丸鸡头大。每服一丸，空心，
井花水吞下。病者睡时，切莫惊动，觉来即安，再一丸可除根。
人参 酸枣仁（各一两） 辰砂（五钱） 乳香（二钱半） 为细末，炼蜜和丸，如弹子大，每
服一丸，薄荷汤送下。
用无灰酒二碗，香油四两和匀，用杨柳枝二十条，搅一、二百下，候油与酒相
入成膏，煎至八分，灌之熟睡，则醒或吐下即安矣。
辰砂（一两，须光明有墙壁者） 酸枣仁（半两，微炒） 乳香（半两，光莹者） 上量所患人饮酒几何，
先令恣饮沉醉，但勿令吐。至静室中，以前药都作一服，温酒调一盏，令顿饮。如
饮酒素少人，但令随量取醉，服药讫便令卧。病浅者半日至一日，病深者三两日，
令家人潜伺之，鼻息调匀，且勿唤觉，亦不可惊触使觉，待其自醒，即神魂定矣。
万一惊寤，不可复治。吴正肃公少时心病，服此一剂，五日方寤，遂瘥。
黄芩（五钱）、苦参（一两）、生地黄（二两），加水四升，煎煮至一升，温服，服药后通常会吐出或泻下虫体。
取生铁四十斤，烧红后置于砧板上锤打，有碎屑坠地，称为“铁落”。用水二斗，煎煮至一斗，加入以下药物：石膏（三两）、龙齿（研碎）、白茯苓（去皮）、防风（去芦头，各一两半）、玄参、秦艽（各一两）。将上述药物捣成粗散，放入铁汁中煎煮至五升，滤去药渣，加入竹沥一升混合均匀，每次温服二合，不限时间，每日服用五次。
水银（二两）、朱砂（二两，细研）、黑铅（一两半）、乳香（一两，研细）。先将黑铅放入铫子内，加入水银结成砂状，再加入朱砂和乳香，趁热用柳木槌研磨均匀，制成如鸡头米大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，空腹时，用井花水送服。患者睡觉时，切勿惊动，醒来后病情即安，再服一丸可除根。
人参、酸枣仁（各一两）、辰砂（五钱）、乳香（二钱半），研为细末，用炼蜜调和制成如弹子大小的丸剂，每次服用一丸，用薄荷汤送下。
用无灰酒二碗与香油四两混合均匀，用二十条杨柳枝搅拌一二百下，待油与酒融合成膏状，煎至剩余八分，灌服使患者熟睡，醒来或吐出、泻下后即安。
辰砂（一两，须选光明且有完整晶面的）、酸枣仁（半两，微炒）、乳香（半两，光莹者）。根据患病者的饮酒量，先让其尽情饮酒至醉，但不要使其呕吐。将其移至静室中，将以上药物作为一次剂量，用温酒调成一盏，令其一次性饮下。如果平时饮酒少的人，只需让其适量喝醉，服药后立即令其躺卧。病轻的半天到一天，病重的两三天，让家人暗中观察，若患者呼吸平稳，不要唤醒，也不可惊吓使其惊醒，等待其自行醒来，则神魂安定。万一被惊醒，便不可再治。吴正肃公年轻时患心病，服用此方一剂，五日才苏醒，随后痊愈。
Forsythiae Fructus (Huangqin, 黄芩) (five qian), Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen, 苦参) (one liang), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Shengdihuang, 生地黄) (two liang). Add four sheng of water, decoct to obtain one sheng, take warm. After administration, vomiting or purging of worms is likely.
Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Zaoren, 酸枣仁) (two sheng), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao, 甘草) (one liang), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma (Zhimu, 知母), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (each one liang).
Take forty jin of raw iron, heat until red-hot, and hammer on an anvil; the falling fragments are named "Iron Fallings" (Tieluo, 铁落). Use two dou of water, decoct to obtain one dou, then add the following herbs: Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 石膏) (three liang), Dragon Teeth (Longchi, 龙齿) (ground), White Poria (Baifuling, 白茯苓) (peeled), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风) (rhizome removed, each one and a half liang), Scrophulariae Radix (Xuanshen, 玄参), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao, 秦艽) (each one liang). Pulverize the above into coarse powder, add to the iron liquid, decoct to obtain five sheng, filter out the dregs, add one sheng of Bamboo Juice (Zhuli, 竹沥), mix well, take two he warm at any time, five doses per day.
Mercurius (Shuiyin, 水银) (two liang), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂) (two liang, finely ground), Lead (Heiqian, 黑铅) (one and a half liang), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (one liang, finely ground). First place the lead in a crucible, add mercury to form granules, then add cinnabar and frankincense. While hot, grind uniformly with a willow wood pestle, and make pills the size of corn seeds. Take one pill per dose, on an empty stomach, swallowed with well-water. When the patient sleeps, do not disturb them; upon waking, they will be relieved. Another pill can eradicate the root cause.
Ginseng Radix (Renshen, 人参), Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Suanzaoren, 酸枣仁) (each one liang), Cinnabar (Chensha, 辰砂) (five qian), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (two and a half qian). Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of bullet shots. Take one pill per dose, delivered with Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang, 薄荷汤).
Use two bowls of unadulterated wine and four liang of sesame oil, mixed uniformly. Stir with twenty willow branches for one to two hundred turns until the oil and wine fuse into a paste. Boil until reduced to eight parts, administer to induce deep sleep. Upon waking, or after vomiting/purging, the patient will be relieved.
Cinnabar (Chensha, 辰砂) (one liang, must be bright with intact crystal faces), Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (Suanzaoren, 酸枣仁) (half liang, slightly stir-fried), Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (half liang, lustrous). Measure the patient's usual alcohol consumption, first allow them to drink freely until drunk, but prevent vomiting. Move to a quiet room, combine all the above medicines as a single dose, mix with warm wine in one cup, and have them drink it all at once. For those who usually drink little, simply get them drunk according to their capacity, and have them lie down immediately after taking the medicine. For mild cases, within half a day to one day; for severe cases, two to three days, let family members observe quietly. If breathing becomes regular, do not wake them, nor startle them awake. Wait for them to wake naturally, then the spirit and soul will stabilize. If startled awake, treatment cannot be continued. Lord Wu Zhengsu suffered from heart disease in his youth; after taking one dose of this prescription, he slept for five days before waking, and subsequently recovered.
