甘遂（以面包，不令透水，煮百余沸取出，用冷水浸过，去面焙干） 大戟（醋浸煮，焙干用） 芫花（醋浸煮，
各半两） 黑牵牛（二两） 大黄（一两） 上为细末，滴水为丸，小豆大，每服五七十丸，临卧温水下。
即神 丸加轻粉五分。
黑牵牛（四两） 茴香（炒，一两） 或加木香（一两） 上为末，姜汁调一二钱服。
即三花神 丸加青皮（五钱） 陈皮（五钱） 木香（二钱半） 槟榔（二钱半）
枳实（七枚） 白术（二两） 上 咀，以水五升，煮取二升，分温三服。腹中软，即当
散也。
泽泻 赤茯苓（各三两） 桑皮（一两） 木香（七钱半） 木瓜（一两） 砂仁（七钱半） 陈皮（七钱半） 白
术（三两） 苏叶（一两） 大腹皮（七钱半） 麦冬（去心，三两） 槟榔（一两） 每服五钱，灯心水煎。
人参 川乌 当归 青皮 黄连 泽泻 干姜 柴胡 麻黄（留节） 生姜 荜澄茄
（各二分） 益智仁 半夏 茯苓 木香 升麻（各三分） 黄 吴茱萸 草豆蔻 浓朴 黄
柏（各五分） 水煎服。

白茯苓（各二钱） 汤浸蒸饼丸，梧子大，每服百丸，白汤下，食远。
