熟地（二两） 山药 牛膝（酒浸） 枸杞（酒浸，各两半） 萸肉 茯苓 杜仲（姜汁炒） 远志（去心）
五味子（炒） 楮实（酒炒） 小茴香（炒） 巴戟（酒浸） 肉苁蓉（酒浸，各一两） 石菖蒲（五钱） 加枣肉，
蜜丸，盐汤或酒下。
枇杷叶（刷去毛） 熟地黄 天门冬（去心，焙） 枳壳（去穣，麸炒） 山茵陈（去梗） 生地黄 麦
门冬（去心，焙） 石斛（去芦） 炙甘草 黄芩 上等分，为末，每服二钱，水一盏，
煎七分，去滓，食后临卧。小儿量减与之。
露蜂房（炙） 荆芥 川椒（去目及合口者，炒出汗） 地骨皮 松节 青盐 白矾（枯，各一两）
为细末，每用半钱，绵裹于患处咬之，有涎吐之。
川升麻 白附子（炮，各一两） 为细末，研匀，于八月内取生地黄四斤，洗去土，
绞取汁二大盏，即下药搅，令匀，放瓷器中。每用以柳枝绵裹，一头点药，炙令热，
烙齿根下缝中，更涂膏少许即验。

炼蜜为丸，用盐汤或酒送服。
枇杷叶（刷去绒毛） 熟地黄 天门冬（去除心，焙干） 枳壳（去除瓤，用麸皮炒制） 山茵陈（去除梗） 生地黄 麦
门冬（去除心，焙干） 石斛（去除芦头） 炙甘草 黄芩 以上药材等分，研为细末，每次服用二钱，用水一盏，
煎至七分，滤去药渣，饭后临睡前服用。小儿酌情减量给予。
露蜂房（炙烤） 荆芥 川椒（去除目及合口者，炒至出汗） 地骨皮 松节 青盐 白矾（煅枯，各一两）
研为细末，每次取半钱，用棉布包裹在患处咬住，有唾液吐出即可。
川升麻 白附子（炮制，各一两） 研为细末，搅拌均匀，在八月内取生地黄四斤，洗净泥土，
绞取汁液两大盏，立即加入药粉搅拌，使其均匀，放入瓷器中。每次使用时用柳枝包裹棉絮，一头蘸药，加热后，
烙烫齿根下的缝隙中，再涂抹少许药膏即见效。
Dugong Bone Bark (Gouqipi, 地骨皮) [5 qian], Sheep Tibia Ash (Yangjing Hui, 羊胫骨烧灰) [5 qian], Gypsum (Shigao, 石膏) [5 qian], Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma, 升麻) [5 qian]. Grind into fine powder and use to brush teeth.
Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang, 熟地黄) [2 liang], Chinese Yam (Shanyao, 山药), Achyranthes Root (Niuxi, 牛膝) [soaked in wine], Goji Berry (Gouqi, 枸杞子) [soaked in wine, each 1.5 liang], Cornus Fruit (Yurou, 萸肉), Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), Eucommia Bark (Duzhong, 杜仲) [stir-fried with ginger juice], Polygala Root (Yuanzhi, 远志) [remove heart], Schisandra Berry (Wuweizi, 五味子) [stir-fried], Broussonetia Fruit (Chushishi, 楮实子) [stir-fried with wine], Fennel Seed (Xiaohuixiang, 小茴香) [stir-fried], Morinda Root (Bajitian, 巴戟天) [soaked in wine], Cistanche Stem (Roucongrong, 肉苁蓉) [soaked in wine, each 1 liang], Acorus Tuber (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲) [5 qian]. Add date flesh, form pills with honey, and take with salt water or wine.
Loquat Leaf (Pipaye, 枇杷叶) [brush off hairs], Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang, 熟地黄), Asparagus Tuber (Tianmendong, 天门冬) [remove heart, bake], Aurantium Fruit (Zhiqiao, 枳壳) [remove pulp, stir-fry with bran], Artemisia Capillaris (Shanyinchens, 山茵陈) [remove stems], Fresh Rehmannia Root (Shengdihuang, 生地黄), Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong, 麦门冬) [remove heart, bake], Dendrobium Stem (Shihu, 石斛) [remove rhizome], Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao, 炙甘草), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin, 黄芩). Equal parts of the above, grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct with one cup of water until reduced to 70%, strain, and take after meals before bedtime. Reduce dosage for children.
Honeycomb (Lufengfang, 露蜂房) [roast], Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie, 荆芥), Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao, 川椒) [remove eyes and closed ones, stir-fry until sweat appears], Dugong Bone Bark (Digupi, 地骨皮), Pine Joint (Songjie, 松节), Green Salt (Qingyan, 青盐), Alum (Baifan, 白矾) [calcined, each 1 liang]. Grind into fine powder. Use half a qian each time, wrap in cotton, bite on the affected area, and spit out saliva.
Cimicifuga Rhizome (Chuan Shengma, 川升麻), Typhonium Rhizome (Baifuzi, 白附子) [processed, each 1 liang]. Grind into fine powder and mix evenly. In August, take 4 jin of Fresh Rehmannia Root, wash away soil, squeeze out two large cups of juice, immediately add the powder and stir until uniform. Store in a porcelain vessel. Each time, wrap cotton around a willow branch, dip one end in the medicine, heat it, and cauterize the gap under the tooth root. Apply a small amount of ointment afterwards for effective results.

Aloe (Luhui, 芦荟), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu, 柴胡), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, 黄连), Picrorhiza Root (Hulian, 胡连), Burdock Fruit (Niubang, 牛蒡), Scrophularia Root (Xuanshen, 玄参), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, 桔梗), Gardenia Fruit (Zhizi, 栀子), Gypsum (Shigao, 石膏), Mint (Bohe, 薄荷), Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao, 羚羊角) [each 5 fen], Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma, 升麻) [each 3 fen], Bamboo Leaves (Zhuye, 竹叶) [10 leaves].
