妊娠难产，烧车 脂内酒中服。亦治腹中痛并咳嗽。
妊娠忽苦心腹痛，烧盐令赤热，三指撮，酒服之立产。
又方∶吞槐子二七个。
又方∶菟丝子或车前子末，以酒或米汁服方寸匕即生。
又方∶水或酒服家中黑尘。
子死腹中及小难、横生、倒生、难生者，半夏、白蔹各二两，末之，服方寸匕。亦可加
代赭、瞿麦各二两佳。小难一服，横生二服，倒生三服，子死四服。
又方∶榆白皮细切，煮三升服之。
子死衣不出，上抢心者，急取蚁蛭土三升，熬之令热，囊盛熨心良。
又方∶末灶突中墨三指撮，水或酒服之。
乳无汁者，土瓜根末之，一服半钱匕，日三。
衣不出及横生、逆生者，小麦、小豆煮浓汁饮立出。
产三日不出者，烧大刀环，以酒一盏沃之，顿服。
又方∶烧药杵令赤，内酒中饮之，救死不分娩者。
产乳晕绝者，制了半夏一两，末之，丸如大豆，内鼻孔中愈。
又方∶神曲末，水服方寸匕。
又方∶含酽醋 面。
子死腹中，牛屎涂母腹上立出。
胎死腹中，服水银三两立出。
未足月而胎死者，以苦酒浓煮大豆，一服一升，死胎立出。
妊娠时疾子不下，灶中黄土，水或酒，或泔清，调涂脐方寸，干再上。
又方∶酒服车辖脂。
又方∶葱白一把，水三升，煮熟食葱令尽。亦安胎。胎死者即出。

漏下积年困笃者，取鹊重巢，烧灰末之，服方寸匕，日三服。三十日愈。重巢者，连二
年鹊
产后月水往来多少不定，或不通、痛，小腹急，腰身重，白马尿一升，服之良。
逆生、横生者，灶下黄土三指撮，酒服立出。
妊娠期间难产，将车脂烧焦后放入酒中服用。此法也能治疗腹中疼痛和咳嗽。
妊娠期间突然感到心中痛苦、腹部绞痛，将盐烧至通红炽热，取三指撮的量，用酒送服，即可立即分娩。
另一个方子：吞服七个槐子。
又一个方子：将菟丝子或车前子研成粉末，用酒或米汤送服一方寸匕的量，即可分娩。
又一个方子：用水或酒服用家中灶台里的黑灰（烟尘）。
胎儿死于腹中以及小产难产、横位、倒位、难产的情况，使用半夏、白蔹各二两，研成粉末，服用一方寸匕。也可以加入代赭石、瞿麦各二两效果更好。小产难产服一次，横位服两次，倒位服三次，胎儿死亡服四次。
又一个方子：将榆白皮细切，煮取三升服用。
胎儿死亡且胎盘衣胞未排出，向上冲逆至心口部位，急忙取蚂蚁窝下的泥土三升，加热后用布袋包裹，熨烫心口部位，效果良好。
又一个方子：取炉膛烟囱中的墨灰三指撮，用水或酒送服。
产后无乳汁者，将土瓜根研成粉末，每次服用半钱匕的量，每日三次。
胎盘衣胞未排出以及横位、逆位分娩的情况，将小麦、小豆煮成浓汁饮用，即可立即产出。
产后三天仍无法分娩的，将大刀环烧红，用一盏酒浇淋，一次性顿服。
又一个方子：将药杵烧至通红，放入酒中饮用，用于抢救因不分娩而濒死的产妇。
产后乳晕闭塞不通者，将制好的半夏一两，研成粉末，制成如大豆大小的丸剂，纳入鼻孔中即可痊愈。
又一个方子：神曲研成粉末，用水送服一方寸匕。
又一个方子：含服浓醋浸泡的面饼。
胎儿死于腹中，用牛屎涂抹在母亲腹部上，胎儿即可立即产出。
胎死腹中，服用三两水银，即可立即产出。
未满月而胎儿死亡的，用苦酒（醋）浓煮大豆，每次服用一升，死胎即可立即产出。
妊娠期间患时行疾病导致胎儿不下，取灶中黄土，用水、酒或淘米水调和，涂抹于脐部周围一方寸的范围，干了之后再重新涂抹。
又一个方子：用酒送服车轴脂。
又一个方子：一把葱白，加水三升，煮熟后吃尽葱白。此法也能安胎。若胎死则立即排出。
妊娠期间感染蛊毒，烧败鼓皮，用酒送服一方寸匕。
妊娠期间患伤寒，取葱白十茎，生姜二两，切碎，加水三升，煮至剩下一半，服用其汁液。
产后恶露不尽，心烦胸闷，捣碎生藕取汁，饮用二升，效果良好。
产后腹部胀满疼痛者，煮黍粘根作为饮品，服用一次即可痊愈。
五色带下病者，煮蒸锅底部的带垢之汁，服用一杯，效果良好。
月经淋漓不断者，灸内踝下方白肉际的青色脉络上，壮数随患者年龄而定。
又一个方子：服用地黄酒效果好。或者服用大豆酒也不错。
月经不畅及不孕症，灸四满穴三十壮。穴位位于丹田两侧，相距各一寸半。丹田位于脐下二寸处。
漏下（非经期阴道出血）多年且病情危重者，取喜鹊的重巢（连年搭建的巢），烧成灰并研末，服用一方寸匕，每日三次。三十天可愈。所谓重巢，是指连续两年搭建的喜鹊巢。
产后月经量多少不定，或闭经、疼痛，小腹拘急，腰身沉重，服用白马尿一升，效果良好。
逆位、横位分娩者，取灶下黄土三指撮，用酒送服，即可立即产出。
Dystocia during pregnancy: Burn the grease from a cart axle, mix it into wine, and take orally. This method also treats abdominal pain and coughing.
Sudden severe heartache and abdominal cramping during pregnancy: Burn salt until red-hot, take an amount held by three fingers, and swallow with wine for immediate delivery.

For fetus death in utero, as well as difficult labor due to malposition (transverse lie, breech presentation): Use Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata (Banxia) and Radix Akebiae (Bailian), each two liang, powdered. Take one "fangcun bi". It is better to add Haematitum (Daizhe) and Herba Epimedii? No, Herba Dianthi (Qumai), each two liang. For mild difficulty, take once; for transverse lie, twice; for breech presentation, thrice; for fetal death, four times.

For agalactia (lack of breast milk): Powdered root of Thladiantha dubia (Tugua Gen), take half a "qian bi", three times daily.
For retained placenta and malpresentation (transverse or inverted birth): Boil Triticum aestivum (Xiaomai) and Vigna angularis (Xiaodou) to make a concentrated decoction, drink immediately for delivery.
If delivery has not occurred after three days postpartum: Red-hot iron ring from a large knife, pour one cup of wine over it, and take in one dose.
Another prescription: Burn a mortar pestle until red-hot, put into wine, and drink. Used to save dying women who fail to deliver.
For obstruction of the areola postpartum: Processed Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata (Banxia), one liang, powdered, made into pills the size of soybeans, inserted into the nostrils for cure.
Another prescription: Powdered Massa Medicata Fermentata (Shenqu), taken with water, one "fangcun bi".
Another prescription: Hold strong vinegar-soaked dough in the mouth.
For fetus death in utero: Apply cow dung to the mother's abdomen for immediate expulsion.
For fetal death in utero: Take three liang of Hydrargyrum (Shuiyin) for immediate expulsion.
For fetal death before full term: Boil Glycine max (Dadou) strongly in vinegar (Ku Jiu), take one sheng per dose, for immediate expulsion of the dead fetus.
For dystocia due to epidemic diseases during pregnancy: Take yellow earth from the stove, mix with water, wine, or rice washing water, apply to the area around the umbilicus (one cun square), reapply when dry.
Another prescription: Take grease from a cart hub, taken with wine.
Another prescription: One bunch of white part of Allium fistulosum (Congbai), three sheng of water, boil until cooked, eat all the scallions. This also calms the fetus. If the fetus is dead, it will be expelled immediately.
For pregnancy complicated by gu poison: Burn old drum skin, take with wine, one "fangcun bi".
For pregnancy complicated by Cold Damage (Shanghan): Ten stems of white part of Allium fistulosum (Congbai), two liang of fresh ginger, chopped, three sheng of water, boil down to half, take the juice.
For incomplete expulsion of lochia postpartum with restlessness and stifling sensation: Crush fresh lotus root, take the juice, drink two sheng for good effect.
For postpartum abdominal distension and pain: Decoct the root of Setaria glauca (Shuniangen) as a drink, one dose leads to recovery.
For leukorrhea of five colors: Drink the liquid from boiling a steamer band, one cup for good effect.
For continuous menstrual bleeding: Moxibustion on the blue vein at the boundary of white flesh below the medial malleolus, number of moxa cones according to age.
Another prescription: Take Rehmannia glutinosa (Dihuang) wine for good effect. Soybean wine is also good.
For dysmenorrhea/amenorrhea and infertility: Moxibustion on Qiman (CV13? No, CV13 is Zhongwan. Qiman is SP15? Wait, text says Qiman. In standard texts, Qiman is often associated with Ren Mai or local points. The text describes location: Dan Tian is 2 cun below umbilicus. Qiman is 1.5 cun lateral to Dan Tian. This corresponds to SP15 Daman or similar. However, strictly following text: "Qiman"). Thirty cones. The point is located on both sides of Dan Tian, 1.5 cun apart. For irregular postpartum menstruation (variable flow, amenorrhea, pain), lower abdominal tension, heavy waist and body: Take one sheng of white horse urine, take orally for good effect.
For breech or transverse presentation: Take three finger-widths of yellow earth from under the stove, take with wine for immediate expulsion.
