治妇人崩中去赤白，或如豆汁，伏龙肝汤方∶
伏龙肝（如弹丸大，七枚） 赤石脂 桂心 艾 甘草（炙，各二两） 生地黄（切，
四升）
上七味， 咀，以水一斗煮取三升。分四服，日三夜一服。
治妇人崩中，血出不息，逆气虚烦，熟艾汤方∶
熟艾（一升） 蟹爪（一升） 淡竹茹（一把） 伏龙肝（半斤） 蒲黄（二两） 当
归（一两）
干地黄 芍药 桂心 阿胶 茯苓（各二两） 甘草（五寸，炙）
上一十二味， 咀，以水一斗九升煮艾，取一斗，去滓纳药，煮取四升，纳胶令烊尽，
一服一升，一日令尽，羸人以意消息之，可减五六合。
治妇人崩中漏血不绝，地榆汤方∶
地榆根 柏叶（各八两） 蟹爪 竹茹（各一升） 漏芦（三两） 茯苓（一两） 蒲
黄（三合）
上一十三味， 咀，以水一斗五升煮地榆根，减三升，纳诸药，更煮取四升。分服，日
三夜一服。
治妇人产后崩中去血，逆气荡心，胸生疮，烦热，甘草芍药汤方∶
甘草（炙） 芍药 当归 人参 白术（各一两） 橘皮（一把） 大黄（半两）
上七味， 咀，以水四升，煮取二升，分再服，相去一炊顷。
治妇人崩中下血，榉柳叶汤方∶
榉柳叶（三斤） 麦门冬（去心） 干姜（各二两） 大枣（十枚，擘） 甘草（一两，
炙）
上五味， 咀，以水一斗，煮榉柳叶取八升，去滓，纳诸药，又煮取三升。分三服。
治疗妇女崩中症，阴道流出赤白相间的分泌物，或者像豆汁一样的液体，伏龙肝汤方：
伏龙肝（大小如弹丸，七枚） 赤石脂 桂心 艾叶 甘草（炙，各二两） 生地黄（切碎，四升）
以上七味药，捣碎，用水一斗煮取三升。分四次服用，白天服三次，夜间服一次。
治疗妇女崩中症，血液淋漓不止，气逆上冲，心中虚烦，熟艾汤方：
熟艾（一升） 蟹爪（一升） 淡竹茹（一把） 伏龙肝（半斤） 蒲黄（二两） 当归（一两）
干地黄 芍药 桂心 阿胶 茯苓（各二两） 甘草（五寸长，炙）
以上十二味药，捣碎，用水一斗九升先煮艾叶，取汁一斗，去掉药渣后加入其他药物，再煮取四升，加入阿胶使其完全溶化。每次服用一升，一天内服完，身体虚弱的人可根据情况酌情减少五六合。
治疗妇女崩中漏血症状持续不断，地榆汤方：
地榆根 柏叶（各八两） 蟹爪 竹茹（各一升） 漏芦（三两） 茯苓（一两） 蒲黄（三合）
以上十三味药，捣碎，用水一斗五升煮地榆根，水量减少三升后，加入其余药物，再煮取四升。分次服用，白天服三次，夜间服一次。
治疗妇女产后崩中失血，气逆扰乱心神，胸部生疮，心烦发热，甘草芍药汤方：
甘草（炙） 芍药 当归 人参 白术（各一两） 橘皮（一把） 大黄（半两）
以上七味药，捣碎，用水四升，煮取二升，分两次服用，两次服药间隔约一顿饭的时间。
治疗妇女崩中下血，榉柳叶汤方：
榉柳叶（三斤） 麦门冬（去心） 干姜（各二两） 大枣（十枚，掰开） 甘草（一两，炙）
以上五味药，捣碎，用水一斗，煮榉柳叶取八升，去掉药渣，加入其余药物，再煮取三升。分三次服用。
To treat women with metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding) presenting with discharge of red and white fluids, or fluid resembling bean dregs, the Fulonggan Tang (Dragon's House Liver Decoction) formula:
Fulonggan (Earth from the center of a cooking stove, size like a bullet, seven pieces), Chishizhi (Red Halloysite), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig), Aiye (Mugwort Leaf), Gancao (Licorice Root, processed by stir-frying, each 2 liang), Shengdihuang (Fresh Rehmannia Root, sliced, 4 sheng).
The above seven ingredients are crushed. Boil in 10 dou of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Divide into four doses; administer three times during the day and once at night.
To treat women with metrorrhagia where blood flows incessantly, accompanied by counterflow qi and deficiency-related restlessness, the Shuai'ai Tang (Cooked Mugwort Decoction) formula:
Shuai'ai (Processed Mugwort, 1 sheng), Xiezhuao (Crab Claws, 1 sheng), Danzhuru (Light Bamboo Shavings, one handful), Fulonggan (Earth from the center of a cooking stove, half jin), Puhuang (Typha Pollen, 2 liang), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, 1 liang), Ganhuihuang (Dried Rehmannia Root), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin), Fuling (Poria, each 2 liang), Gancao (Licorice Root, 5 cun long, processed by stir-frying).
The above twelve ingredients are crushed. Boil the Shuai'ai in 19 dou of water until reduced to 10 dou. Remove the dregs, add the remaining herbs, and boil until reduced to 4 sheng. Add the Ejiao and stir until completely dissolved. Take 1 sheng per dose, consuming the entire amount within one day. For emaciated patients, adjust the dosage according to their condition, reducing it by 5-6 he.
To treat women with metrorrhagia and continuous dripping of blood, the Diyutang (Sanguisorba Root Decoction) formula:
Diyugen (Sanguisorba Root), Baiye (Cypress Leaf, each 8 liang), Xiezhuao (Crab Claws), Zhuru (Bamboo Shavings, each 1 sheng), Loulu (Euphorbia Root, 3 liang), Fuling (Poria, 1 liang), Puhuang (Typha Pollen, 3 he).
The above thirteen ingredients are crushed. Boil the Diyugen in 15 dou of water until reduced by 3 sheng. Add the other herbs and boil until reduced to 4 sheng. Divide into doses; administer three times during the day and once at night.
To treat postpartum metrorrhagia with blood loss, counterflow qi disturbing the heart, sores on the chest, irritability, and fever, the Gancao Shaoyao Tang (Licorice and Peony Decoction) formula:
Gancao (Licorice Root, processed by stir-frying), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Renshen (Ginseng Root), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, each 1 liang), Juapi (Tangerine Peel, one handful), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, half liang).
The above seven ingredients are crushed. Boil in 4 sheng of water until reduced to 2 sheng. Divide into two doses, taken approximately the time it takes to cook a meal apart.
To treat metrorrhagia with lower bleeding in women, the Jueliuye Tang (Zelkova and Willow Leaf Decoction) formula:
Jueliuye (Zelkova and Willow Leaves, 3 jin), Maidong (Ophiopogon Tuber, dehearted), Jiangjiang (Dried Ginger, each 2 liang), Dazao (Jujube Fruit, ten pieces, split), Gancao (Licorice Root, 1 liang, processed by stir-frying).
The above five ingredients are crushed. Boil the Jueliuye in 10 dou of water until reduced to 8 sheng. Remove the dregs, add the other herbs, and boil until reduced to 3 sheng. Divide into three doses.
