主妇人下焦三十六疾不孕绝产方
梅核仁 辛夷（各一升） 葛上亭长（七枚） 泽兰子（五合） 溲疏 本（各一两）
上六味，捣筛为末，炼蜜和丸如大豆。先食酒服二丸，日三，不知，稍增之。若腹中无
积坚者，去亭长，加通草一两；恶甘者，和药先以苦酒搜散，乃纳少蜜，和为丸。
方一十三首
主男子疝瘕，女子血瘕，心腹坚，积聚，产乳余疾，小腹坚满贯脐痛，热中，
腰背痛，小便不利，大便难，不下食，有伏蛊胪胀肿，久寒热胃管有邪气方∶
牡蒙 苁蓉 乌喙（炮去皮） 石膏（研） 藜芦（各三分） 巴豆（六十枚，去心皮，
熬）
干姜 桂心（各二两） 半夏（五分，洗）
上九味，捣筛为末，别捣巴豆如膏，合诸药，令调和，捣至熟。以饮服如小豆二丸，日
三。如不相得，入少蜜。
主心腹积聚，膈中气闷胀满，疝瘕，内伤瘀血，产乳众病及诸不足方∶
乌头（炮去皮） 巴豆（去心皮，熬，各半两） 人参 硝石（各一两） 大黄（二两）
戎盐
（一两半） 苦参 黄芩 虫（熬） 半夏（洗） 桂心（各三分）
上一十一味，捣筛为末，纳蜜、青牛胆汁拌和，捣三千杵，丸如梧桐子大。宿不食，酒
服五丸。卧须臾当下，黄者心腹积也，青如粥汁者，膈上邪气也，下崩血如腐肉者，内伤也。
赤如血者，乳余疾也。如蛊刺者，虫也，下已必渴，渴饮粥，饥食苏糜，三日后当温食，食
必肥浓，四十日平复。
主治妇女下焦三十六种疾病导致的不孕或无法生育的方剂：
梅核仁、辛夷（各一升）、葛上亭长（七枚）、泽兰子（五合）、溲疏、藁本（各一两）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和制成如大豆大小的丸剂。饭前用酒送服两丸，每日三次，若无效，逐渐增加剂量。如果腹中没有积块坚结者，去掉葛上亭长，加入通草一两；厌恶甜味者，用药粉先用醋调和，再放入少量蜂蜜，和匀制成丸剂。
以下列出十三个方剂。
主治男子疝气瘕块，女子血瘕，心腹部坚硬，积聚，产后余疾，小腹坚硬胀满贯穿脐部疼痛，体内有热，腰背疼痛，小便不利，大便困难，饮食不下，有潜伏蛊毒引起的腹胀浮肿，长期寒热往来，胃脘部有邪气的方剂：
牡蒙、肉苁蓉、乌喙（炮制去皮）、石膏（研细）、藜芦（各三分）、巴豆（六十枚，去心皮，炒制）、干姜、桂心（各二两）、半夏（五分，洗净）。
以上九味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，另外将巴豆捣烂如膏状，与其他药物混合，令其调和均匀，继续捣至熟透。用温水送服如小豆大小的两丸，每日三次。如果服药后身体不适，可加入少量蜂蜜。
主治心腹积聚，胸膈中气闷胀满，疝气瘕块，内伤瘀血，产后各种疾病及诸般虚损不足的方剂：
乌头（炮制去皮）、巴豆（去心皮，炒制，各半两）、人参、硝石（各一两）、大黄（二两）、戎盐（一两半）、苦参、黄芩、虻虫（炒制）、半夏（洗净）、桂心（各三分）。
以上十一味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，加入蜂蜜、青牛胆汁拌和，捣击三千次，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。隔夜禁食，用酒送服五丸。躺卧片刻后应当排泄，排出黄色物质的是心腹积聚，排出青色如粥汁样的是胸膈上方的邪气，排出崩漏状如腐肉的是内伤，排出红色如血液的是产后余疾，排出如被虫刺状的是蛊毒。排泄完毕后必然口渴，口渴时喝粥，饥饿时吃苏麻稀粥，三天后应当吃温性食物，食物必须肥厚浓郁，四十日后身体平复。
Formula for treating infertility and inability to bear children in women caused by thirty-six diseases of the lower jiao (Lower Burner):
Meihe Ren (Prunus mume seed), Xinyi (Magnolia Flower) (each 1 sheng); Geshang Tingchang (Mylabris, blister beetle) (7 pieces); Zelan Zi (Lycopus fruit) (5 he); Soushu (Deutzia stem); Gaoben (Ligusticum sinense rhizome) (each 1 liang).
The above six herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of soybeans. Take two pills with wine before meals, three times a day. If ineffective, gradually increase the dosage. If there is no accumulation or hardness in the abdomen, remove Geshang Tingchang and add Tongcao (Akebia stem) 1 liang; if one dislikes sweetness, mix the powder with vinegar first, then add a small amount of honey and form pills.
Thirteen formulas follow.
Formula for treating hernia and masses in men, blood masses in women, hardness in the heart and abdomen, accumulations, residual postpartum diseases, hardness and fullness in the lower abdomen extending through the umbilicus with pain, internal heat, backache, difficult urination, difficult defecation, inability to eat, abdominal distension and swelling due to latent gu poison, chronic alternating chills and fever, and pathogenic qi in the stomach region:
Mumeng (Dioscorea bulbifera tuber), Congrong (Cistanche stem), Wu Hui (Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root, processed and peeled), Shigao (Gypsum fibrosum, ground), Lilu (Veratrum nigrum rhizome) (each 3 fen); Badou (Croton seed) (60 seeds, dehearted, dehusked, roasted); Ganjiang (Dried ginger), Guixin (Cinnamon twig) (each 2 liang); Banxia (Pinellia tuber) (5 fen, washed).
The above nine herbs are crushed and sifted into powder. Separately crush the Badou into a paste, combine with the other medicines, mix well, and continue pounding until cooked. Take two pills the size of mung beans with water, three times a day. If discomfort occurs, add a small amount of honey.
Formula for treating accumulations in the heart and abdomen, chest oppression and fullness, hernia and masses, internal injury with blood stasis, various postpartum diseases, and general deficiency:
Wutou (Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root, processed and peeled), Badou (Croton seed, dehearted, dehusked, roasted) (each 0.5 liang); Renshen (Ginseng root), Xiaoshi (Natrium Nitras) (each 1 liang); Dahuang (Rhubarb rhizome) (2 liang); Rongyan (Rock salt) (1.5 liang); Kushen (Sophora flavescens root), Huangqin (Scutellaria baicalensis root); Mengchong (Blister beetle, roasted); Banxia (Pinellia tuber, washed); Guixin (Cinnamon twig) (each 3 fen).
The above eleven herbs are crushed and sifted into powder. Mix with honey and bile from a young ox, pound three thousand times, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Fast overnight, take five pills with wine. After lying down for a while, defecation should occur. Yellow discharge indicates heart/abdominal accumulation; blue, porridge-like discharge indicates pathogenic qi above the diaphragm; bloody discharge resembling rotting meat indicates internal injury; red, blood-like discharge indicates residual postpartum disease; discharge resembling insect bites indicates gu poison. After evacuation, thirst will inevitably occur; drink congee when thirsty, and eat su-ma (perilla) congee when hungry. After three days, consume warm food, which must be rich and thick. Recovery will occur after forty days.
