上三十二味，捣筛为散。酒服方寸匕，日三四。亦可丸，服十丸，日三。

治血淋、热淋方
以韭七茎烧令热，以手熟 热掩尿处，冷即易之，可六七度，瘥。
治热淋方
白茅根（四斤）
上一味，切。以水一斗五升，煮取五升，每服一升，日三，夜二。
治石淋方
车前子二升，绢袋贮，以水八升煮取三升，空腹顿服之，须臾当下石子，宿勿食，服之

上三味，为散。浓煮麻子汁一升半，取一升，以散二方寸匕和服两服，即通。

纳姜黄末如豆许大，小便孔中即通。
又方
通草 猪苓（去皮） 桑白皮（各二两）
上三味， 咀。以水六升煮取二升，分二服。
治丈夫、女人胞转，不得小便八九日方。
滑石（一斤） 寒水石（一两，碎） 葵子（一升）
上三味，以水一斗，煮取五升，尽服即利。
主治消渴病，具有延年益寿功效的方剂。
栝蒌、枸杞根、赤石脂、茯苓（各一两半）、天门冬（二两半，去除心部）、牛膝、干地黄（各三两）、桂心、菊花、麦门冬（去除心部）、菖蒲、云母粉、泽泻、卷柏、山茱萸、远志（去除心部）、五加皮、杜仲（经炙烤处理）、瞿麦、续断、石斛、黄连、柏仁、石苇（去除毛刺）、忍冬（各一两）、菟丝子、车前子、蛇床子、巴戟天、钟乳粉（研磨成粉）、薯蓣、甘草（炙烤，各五分）。
以上三十二味药材，捣碎并过筛制成散剂。每次用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三至四次。也可以制成丸剂，每次服用十丸，每日三次。
第二十首方剂：治疗血淋、热淋的方子。
取韭菜七茎烧至发热，用手握住韭菜的热端捂住尿道口处，变冷后立即更换，可重复六七次，即可痊愈。
治疗热淋的方子。
白茅根（四斤）。
以上一味药，切碎。用水一斗五升，煎煮至剩余五升，每次服用一升，每日三次，夜间两次。
治疗石淋的方子。
车前子二升，用绢袋装好，用水八升煎煮至剩余三升，空腹一次性服下，不久之后结石就会排出，服药前一晚不要进食，这样服用效果良好。
又一方：经常煮冬葵根当作茶饮服用，结石即可排出。
关格不通的方子。
芒硝（五两）、芍药（四两）、杏仁（四两，去皮尖及双仁部分）、麻子仁（三两）、枳实（一两，炙烤）、大黄（半斤）、干地黄（二两）。
以上七味药，切碎。用水七升煎煮至剩余三升，分三次服用。（另一版本使用乌梅、榆白皮各五两，不含枳实、地黄）。

以上三味药，用水六升，煎煮至剩余三升，分两次服用。
又一方。
黄芩（四两）。
以上一味药，切碎。用水五升煎煮至剩余二升，分三次服用。（也主治下部出血）。
治疗淋证的方子。
榆白皮（切碎，一升）、车前子（切碎，五升）、葵子（一升）、滑石（八两）、通草（八两）、赤蜜（一升）。
以上六味药，切碎。用水三斗，煎煮至剩余七升，去渣后加入蜂蜜，再煎煮至剩余三升，分三次服用。
治疗尿白稠浊的方子。
露蜂房烧成灰。每次服用一方寸匕，用煮汁送服，效果也很好。
治疗小便不通的方子。
滑石（二两）、葵子（一两）、榆白皮（一两）。
以上三味药，制成散剂。浓煮麻子汁一升半，取出一升，将散剂二分方寸匕与之混合服用，分两次服完，小便即可通畅。
治疗小便不通的方子。
将姜黄末如豆粒大小纳入尿道口内，小便即通。
又一方。
通草、猪苓（去皮）、桑白皮（各二两）。
以上三味药，切碎。用水六升煎煮至剩余二升，分两次服用。
治疗男子、女子胞转（膀胱扭转），无法排尿八九日的方子。
滑石（一斤）、寒水石（一两，捣碎）、葵子（一升）。
以上三味药，用水一斗，煎煮至剩余五升，全部服下即可利尿。
A formula for treating Xiao Ke (Wasting and Thirsting Syndrome), with the effects of prolonging life and enhancing longevity.
Gualou (Trichosanthes Fruit), Gouqigen (Lycium Root Bark), Chishizhi (Red Halloysite), Fuling (Poria) (each 1.5 liang), Tianmendong (Asparagus Tuber, 2.5 liang, remove heart), Niuxi (Achyranthes Root), Dihuang (Rehmannia Root) (each 3 liang), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig), Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower), Maimendong (Ophiopogon Tuber, remove heart), Changpu (Acorus Rhizome), Yunmufen (Mica Powder), Zexie (Alisma Rhizome), Juanbai (Selaginella Tenuifolia), Shanzhuyu (Cornus Fruit), Yuanzhi (Polygala Root, remove heart), Wujiaopi (Acanthopanacis Cortex), Duzhong (Eucommia Bark, processed by stir-frying), Qumai (Dianthus Herb), Xuduan (Dipsacus Root), Shihu (Dendrobium Stem), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Baoren (Platycladi Seed), Shiwei (Pyrrosiae Leaf, remove hairs), Rendong (Honeysuckle Stem) (each 1 liang), Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit), Bajitian (Morinda Root), Zhongru (Calcitriol/Cloud Milk Stone, ground into powder), Shuyao (Dioscorea Rhizome), Gancao (Licorice Root, processed by stir-frying, each 0.05 liang).
The above thirty-two ingredients are crushed, sifted, and made into a powder. Take one fangcun bi (a square-inch measure) with wine, three to four times daily. It can also be made into pills; take ten pills, three times daily.
Formula No. 20: A formula for treating Xue Lin (Blood Strangury) and Re Lin (Heat Strangury).
Take seven stalks of Jiucai (Chinese Chives), burn them until hot, hold the hot end in hand and apply it to the urethral area. Replace when cold. Repeat six or seven times, and the condition will heal.
A formula for treating Re Lin (Heat Strangury).
Baimaogen (Imperata Rhizome) (4 jin).
The above single ingredient is cut. Boil in 1.5 dou (approx. 15 sheng) of water until reduced to 5 sheng. Take 1 sheng per dose, three times daily, and twice at night.
A formula for treating Shi Lin (Stone Strangury).
Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed) 2 sheng, stored in a silk bag, boil in 8 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Take on an empty stomach in one dose. Stones will be passed shortly after. Do not eat dinner the night before taking it; this method is effective.
Another formula: Frequently decoct Dongkuigen (Malva Root) and drink it as tea; stones will be expelled.
A formula for Guan Ge Bu Tong (Obstruction of Guan and Ge):
Mangxiao (Mirabilite) (5 liang), Shaoyao (Peony Root) (4 liang), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (4 liang, remove skin, tip, and double kernels), Maziren (Hemp Seed) (3 liang), Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange, processed by stir-frying) (1 liang), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root) (0.5 jin), Dihuang (Rehmannia Root) (2 liang).
The above seven ingredients are chopped. Boil in 7 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Divide into three doses. (Another version uses Wu Mei (Mume Fruit) and Yubaipi (Elm Bark) each 5 liang, without Zhishi and Dihuang).
A formula for treating Lin Zheng (Strangury Syndrome):
Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed) (one handful), Yubaipi (Elm Bark) (one grasp), Luankuafa (Tangled Hair, size of a chicken egg, burned to ash).
The above three ingredients are boiled in 6 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng. Divide into two doses.
Another formula.
Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) (4 liang).
The above single ingredient is chopped. Boil in 5 sheng of water until reduced to 2 sheng. Divide into three doses. (Also treats lower body bleeding).
A formula for treating Lin Zheng (Strangury Syndrome):
Yubaipi (Elm Bark, cut, 1 sheng), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed, cut, 5 sheng), Kuizi (Malva Seed) (1 sheng), Huashi (Kaolin) (8 liang), Tongcao (Tetrapanax Medulla) (8 liang), Chi Mi (Red Honey) (1 sheng).
The above six ingredients are chopped. Boil in 3 dou of water until reduced to 7 sheng. Remove dregs, add honey, and boil again until reduced to 3 sheng. Divide into three doses.
A formula for treating Bai Niao (White Urine/Turbid Urine):
Lu Fengfang (Beehive Nest) is burned to ash. Take one fangcun bi, taken with decoction juice; this is also good.
A formula for treating Xiao Bian Bu Tong (Dysuria/Urinary Retention):
Huashi (Kaolin) (2 liang), Kuizi (Malva Seed) (1 liang), Yubaipi (Elm Bark) (1 liang).
The above three ingredients are made into a powder. Decoct Maziren (Hemp Seed) juice thickly to obtain 1.5 sheng, take 1 sheng. Mix with 2 fangcun bi of the powder and take in two doses; urination will immediately resume.
A formula for treating Xiao Bian Bu Tong (Dysuria/Urinary Retention):
Insert Jianghuang (Turmeric Rhizome) powder, the size of a bean, into the urethral meatus; urination will immediately resume.
Another formula.
Tongcao (Tetrapanax Medulla), Zhuling (Polyporus) (remove skin), Sangbaipi (Mulberry Root Bark) (each 2 liang).
The above three ingredients are chopped. Boil in 6 sheng of water until reduced to 2 sheng. Divide into two doses.
A formula for treating Nan Zi/Nv Zi Bao Zhuan (Male/Female Uterine/Cystic Torsion), unable to urinate for eight or nine days:
Huashi (Kaolin) (1 jin), Hanshuishi (Calcitriol/Cold Water Stone) (1 liang, crushed), Kuizi (Malva Seed) (1 sheng).
The above three ingredients are boiled in 1 dou of water until reduced to 5 sheng. Take all at once to promote diuresis.
