主产后往来寒热，恶血不尽方∶
桃仁（五两，去皮尖及双仁） 吴茱萸（二升） 黄 当归 芍药（各二两） 生姜 柴
胡
（去苗） 百炼酥（各八两）
上八味， 咀，四物以酒一斗，水二升合煮，取三升，绞去滓。适寒温，先食服一升，
日三服。
主产后腹中满痛，恶露不尽方∶
浓朴（炙） 干姜（炮） 桂心（各四两） 黄芩 芍药 干地黄 茯苓 大黄（各三
两） 桃仁
（炙） 白术（各五两）
上一十四味， 咀，以水一斗清酒三升合煮，取三升，绞去滓，下芒硝令烊，适寒温，
服一升，日三。（一方用栀子十四枚。）
主妇人产后恶露不尽，腹痛不除，小腹急痛，痛引腰背，少气力方
泽兰 生地黄 当归（各二两） 生姜 芍药（各一两） 大枣（十枚，擘） 甘草（一
两半，
炙）
上七味，切，以水九升，煮取三升，分为三服，堕身欲死者，服之亦瘥。
主产后余血不尽，逆抢心胸，手足冷，唇干腹胀短气。
甘草（炙） 芍药 桂心（各三两） 大黄（四两） 阿胶（三两）
上五味， 咀，以东流水一斗，煮取三升，绞去滓，纳阿胶令烊，分为三服，一服入腹
，面即有颜色，一日一夜尽此三服，即下恶血，将养如新产妇也。
治产后恶露不尽∶
大黄 当归 生姜 牡丹（去心） 芍药 甘草（炙，各一两） 吴茱萸（一升）
上七味， 咀以水一斗，煮取四升，分为四服，一日令尽极佳，加人参二两，名人参
大黄汤。
主治产后出现寒热交替、恶血排不干净的方剂：
桃仁（五两，去掉皮尖和双仁的部分） 吴茱萸（二升） 黄耆 当归 芍药（各二两） 生姜 柴胡（去掉苗） 百炼酥（各八两）
以上八味药，切碎，用酒一斗、水二升混合煎煮，取汁三升，过滤去除药渣。待温度适宜时，在饭前服用一升，每天服用三次。
主治产后腹部胀满疼痛、恶露排不干净的方剂：
厚朴（炙制） 干姜（炮制） 桂心（各四两） 黄芩 芍药 干地黄 茯苓 大黄（各三两） 桃仁（炙制） 白术（各五两）
以上十四味药，切碎，用水一斗、清酒三升混合煎煮，取汁三升，过滤去除药渣，加入芒硝使其溶化，待温度适宜时，服用一升，每天三次。（另一处方使用栀子十四枚。）
主治妇人产后恶露排不干净，腹痛不止，小腹拘急疼痛，疼痛牵引腰背，气短乏力：
泽兰 生地黄 当归（各二两） 生姜 芍药（各一两） 大枣（十枚，掰开） 甘草（一两半，炙制）
以上七味药，切细，用水九升，煎煮取汁三升，分为三份服用。对于身体极度虚弱近乎死亡的患者，服用此方也能痊愈。
主治产后余血排不干净，逆冲心胸，手足冰冷，嘴唇干燥，腹胀，气短：
甘草（炙制） 芍药 桂心（各三两） 大黄（四两） 阿胶（三两）
以上五味药，切碎，用东流水一斗，煎煮取汁三升，过滤去除药渣，加入阿胶使其溶化，分为三份服用。服后面部即刻恢复血色，一天一夜内服完这三份，即可排出恶血，调养方法如同刚生产后的产妇一样。
治疗产后恶露排不干净：
大黄 当归 生姜 牡丹（去掉心） 芍药 甘草（炙制，各一两） 吴茱萸（一升）
以上七味药，切碎，用水一斗，煎煮取汁四升，分为四份服用，一天内服完效果最佳。若加入人参二两，则称为人参大黄汤。
Formula for treating alternating chills and fever (alternating cold and heat) and incomplete expulsion of lochia (postpartum discharge) after childbirth:
Tao Ren (Peach Kernel, five liang, remove skin, tips, and double kernels) Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit, two sheng) Huangqi (Astragalus Root) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Shaoyao (White Peony Root, each two liang) Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix, remove seedlings) Bailian Su (Refined Butter, each eight liang)
The above eight ingredients are chopped. Combine with one dou of wine and two sheng of water, decoct to obtain three sheng of liquid, strain to remove dregs. When the temperature is suitable, take one sheng before meals, three times a day.
Formula for treating abdominal fullness and pain due to incomplete expulsion of lochia after childbirth:
Houpo (Magnolia Bark, processed with fire) Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, each four liang) Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) Shaoyao (White Peony Root) Dihuang (Rehmannia Root) Fuling (Poria) Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, each three liang) Tao Ren (Peach Kernel, processed with fire) Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, each five liang)
The above fourteen ingredients are chopped. Combine with one dou of water and three sheng of clear wine, decoct to obtain three sheng of liquid, strain to remove dregs, add Mangxiao (Mirabilite) to dissolve. When the temperature is suitable, take one sheng, three times a day. (Another prescription uses fourteen Zhizi/Gardenia fruits.)
For women with incomplete expulsion of lochia after childbirth, persistent abdominal pain, urgent pain in the lower abdomen, pain radiating to the waist and back, and shortness of breath with weakness:
Zelan (Lycopus Herba) Shengdihuang (Rehmannia Root, fresh) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, each two liang) Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) Shaoyao (White Peony Root, each one liang) Dazao (Jujube Fruit, ten pieces, split) Gancao (Licorice Root, one and a half liang, processed with fire)
The above seven ingredients are cut into small pieces. Decoct with nine sheng of water to obtain three sheng of liquid, divide into three doses. For those whose bodies are extremely weak, nearly to death, taking this formula will also lead to recovery.
For residual blood not fully expelled after childbirth, rushing upward to invade the chest and heart, cold hands and feet, dry lips, abdominal distension, and shortness of breath:
Gancao (Licorice Root, processed with fire) Shaoyao (White Peony Root) Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, each three liang) Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, four liang) Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin, three liang)
The above five ingredients are chopped. Decoct with one dou of flowing water from the east to obtain three sheng of liquid, strain to remove dregs, add Ejiao to dissolve. Divide into three doses. After ingestion, the face will immediately regain color. Finish these three doses within one day and night, which will expel the evil blood. Nourish and care for the body as one would for a new mother after childbirth.
Treatment for incomplete expulsion of lochia after childbirth:
Dahuang (Rhubarb Root) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, remove heart) Shaoyao (White Peony Root) Gancao (Licorice Root, processed with fire, each one liang) Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit, one sheng)
The above seven ingredients are chopped. Decoct with one dou of water to obtain four sheng of liquid, divide into four doses. It is best to finish them within one day. If Renshen (Ginseng Root) two liang is added, it is named Renshen Dahuang Tang (Ginseng and Rhubarb Decoction).
