病，不尽更服如初。

上二十三味，捣为末，蜜和捣三千杵，饮服如小豆一丸，日二，蛇蜂蝎所中，以摩之，
愈。（一方地胆作蚺蛇胆。）
主治各种注病及万病，包括毒注、鬼注、食注、冷注、痰饮，以及宿食不消化等症。方剂组成如下：
藜芦（二两，熬制） 皂荚（二两，炙烤，去皮去籽） 巴豆仁（二两，熬制） 桔梗（二两） 附子（二两，炮制后去皮）
以上五味药，研成细末，用蜂蜜调和并捣击一万杵。准备服用时，前一晚不要进食，早晨服用两丸，大小如梧桐子。服药后仰卧且不要睡觉，直到进餐时间，如果膈上呕吐，膈下腹泻，排出恶物如同蝌蚪或虾蟆卵，或者长达一尺二尺。泻下之后身体会非常虚弱，需喝羹汤来补养，调养三四天，若病未愈，可按原法再次服用。
主治十种注病，包括气注、劳注、鬼注、冷注、生人注、死注、尸注、水注、食注、土注。方剂组成如下：
雄黄（一两） 人参（一两） 甘草（一两，炙烤） 本（一两，指藁本） 巴豆（一两，去皮去心，熬制）
桔梗（一两） 附子（一两，炮制后去皮） 皂荚（一两，炙烤后去皮去籽） 蜀椒（一两，炒出汗） 麦门冬（一两，去心）
以上十味药，研成细末，用蜂蜜调和。空腹服用一丸，大小如小豆，每日两次，逐渐增加剂量，以见效为度，效果极佳。
主治鬼注、飞尸及万病的方剂：
生麝香（半两） 牛黄（半两） 蜈蚣（一条，炙烤） 丹砂（半两） 雄黄（一两） 巴豆仁（五十枚，去心，熬制） 杏仁（五十枚，去尖皮及双仁，熬制） 桂心（半两） 地胆（七条） 芫菁（七条） 亭长（七条，指斑蝥的一种或同类昆虫） 蜥蜴（一条） 獭肝（半两，炙烤） 大黄（半两） 犀角（半两，锉屑） 石钟乳（半两，烧制） 细辛（半两） 藜芦（半两） 斑蝥（七条，去翅足，熬制） 鬼臼矾石（烧制） 附子（炮制后去皮） 真珠（各半两）
以上二十三味药，捣碎成细末，用蜂蜜调和并捣击三千杵。用温水送服一丸，大小如小豆，每日两次。被蛇、蜂、蝎咬伤中毒者，可用此药涂抹患处，即可痊愈。（另一版本中，地胆改用蚺蛇胆。）
Indicated for various Zhu diseases (a category of chronic, infectious, or parasitic diseases characterized by migration and persistence) and myriad ailments, including Toxic Zhu (毒注), Ghost Zhu (鬼注), Food-stagnation Zhu (食注), Cold Zhu (冷注), Phlegm-fluid retention (痰饮), and indigestion of retained food. Formula:
Veratrum nigrum Rhizome (Lilu, 2 liang, stir-fried) Coriaria sinica Fruit (Zaojiao, 2 liang, roasted, skin and seeds removed) Croton seed (Badou ren, 2 liang, stir-fried) Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, 2 liang) Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi, 2 liang, processed, skin removed)
The above five herbs are powdered, mixed with honey, and pounded ten thousand times. Before administration, fast the night before. In the morning, take two pills the size of a Chinese quince seed. Lie on your back and do not sleep until mealtime. If vomiting occurs above the diaphragm and diarrhea below, expel noxious matter resembling tadpoles or frog eggs, or strands one to two chi long. After evacuation, the body will be severely deficient; nourish with soup. Recover for three to four days. If the disease is not cured, administer again as initially directed.
Indicated for ten types of Zhu: Qi Zhu (气注), Fatigue Zhu (劳注), Ghost Zhu (鬼注), Cold Zhu (冷注), Living-person Zhu (生人注), Dead-person Zhu (死注), Corpse Zhu (尸注), Water Zhu (水注), Food-stagnation Zhu (食注), and Earth Zhu (土注). Formula:
Realgar (Xionghuang, 1 liang) Ginseng Root (Renshen, 1 liang) Licorice Root (Gancao, 1 liang, roasted) Ligusticum root (Ben, 1 liang, referring to Ligusticum chuanxiong or related species) Croton seed (Badou, 1 liang, skin and heart removed, stir-fried)
Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, 1 liang) Prepared Aconite Root (Fuzi, 1 liang, processed, skin removed) Coriaria sinica Fruit (Zaojiao, 1 liang, roasted, skin and seeds removed) Sichuan pepper (Shujiao, 1 liang, dry-roasted until moisture evaporates) Ophiopogon Tuber (Mendong, 1 liang, core removed)
The above ten herbs are powdered, mixed with honey. Take one pill the size of a small bean on an empty stomach, twice daily. Gradually increase the dose until therapeutic effect is achieved. Highly effective.

The above twenty-three herbs are crushed into powder, mixed with honey, and pounded three thousand times. Administer one pill the size of a small bean with warm water, twice daily. For bites from snakes, bees, or scorpions, apply topically to the affected area until healed. (In another version, Dichang is replaced by Python bile.)
