主燥湿痔，痔有雄雌者主之方∶
槐子 吴茱萸根皮 干漆（各四两，熬） 蒺藜（三两） 秦艽 黄芩 牡蛎（熬） 雷
丸
白芷 龙骨 黄 桂心 丁香 青木香 八角附子（炮，去皮，各二两）
上一十五味，捣筛为末，炼蜜和丸如梧子，饮服二十丸，日三服。
主五痔十年方∶
槐子（三斤） 白糖（二斤） 矾石（烧） 硫黄（各一斤） 龙骨 大黄 干漆（各
十两，熬）
上七味，捣筛四味，其矾石及糖并细切，纳铜器中一石米下蒸之，以绵绞取汁，以和药
令作丸，并手丸之如梧子，阴干酒服二十丸，日二，稍增至三十丸。
主五痔，十年不瘥者方∶
槐东南枝（细锉，一石） 槐东南根（细锉，一石） 槐白皮（细锉，一石） 槐子（一
斗）
上四味，以大釜中安十六斛水，煮取五斛，澄取清，更煎取一石六斗，炊两斛黍米，上
曲二斗酿之，搅令调封泥。七日酒熟，取清饮，适性，常令小小醉耳，合时更煮滓取汁，淘
米洗器，不得用生水，作酒如此，药忌生水故也。
主痔神方∶
七月七日多采槐子熟捣取汁，重绵绞之，纳铜器中，着中庭高门上曝干之，二十日以上
，煎成如鼠屎大，纳谷道中，日三。亦主 及百种疮。
又方∶
取三具鲤鱼肠，以火炙令香，以绵裹之，纳谷道中，一食顷，虫当出，鱼肠数数易之，
尽三枚，便瘥。
又方∶炙鱼肠令香坐上虫即出。
又方∶虎头骨（炙） 犀角末
上二味，各末之如鸡子大，以不中水猪膏和涂之。
治痔方∶
取八月槐子捣取汁煎作丸涂之。
又方∶取熊胆涂之。取瘥止，但发即涂。
又方∶
以纸裹小瓜以泥裹三四分， 火埋烧之令大熟，经宿勿食，使大饥，开取承热任意饱食
之，覆暖卧一炊久，其痔瘥。
五痔方∶
五月五日收苍耳茎叶捣为末，水服方寸匕，日三，瘥。采时阴干。
又方∶烧羊角 末酒服方寸匕，日三。
又方∶常服蒲黄方寸匕，日三，良。
论曰∶凡人大便有血即是痔病，勿得慢之，慎干枣、油腻、猪、鱼，夫患痔在身，所服
各药，皆不得力，徒弃功夫，一无所益，欲服饵者，当断之乃可服也。第一槐子仁丸，大有
效验，方在前篇中，必须事之，勿致疑也。
治脱肛方∶
蒲黄（二两）
上一味，以猪肪和，敷肛门上纳之，日二三，愈。
又方∶
肠出不入，生栝蒌取汁，猪脂等分，汤上温涂纳之，瘥。
又方∶以铁精粉上纳之，每出即粉，取瘥止。
主治燥湿痔，以及分雄雌的痔疮所用的方剂：
槐子、吴茱萸根皮、干漆（各四两，熬制）、蒺藜（三两）、秦艽、黄芩、牡蛎（熬制）、雷丸、白芷、龙骨、黄柏、桂心、丁香、青木香、八角附子（炮制，去皮，各二两）。
以上十五味药，捣碎过筛成粉末，用炼蜜调和制成如梧桐子大小的药丸，温水送服二十丸，每日三次。
主治五痔持续十年的方剂：
槐子（三斤）、白糖（二斤）、矾石（烧制）、硫黄（各一斤）、龙骨、大黄、干漆（各十两，熬制）。
以上七味药，将其中四味捣碎过筛，将矾石和糖切碎，放入铜器中，加入一石米一起蒸制，用绵布绞取汁液，用来调和药物制成药丸，用手搓成如梧桐子大小，阴干后用酒送服二十丸，每日两次，逐渐增加至三十丸。
主治五痔，十年不愈的方剂：
槐树东南方向的枝条（细锉，一石）、槐树东南方向的根部（细锉，一石）、槐树白皮（细锉，一石）、槐子（一斗）。
以上四味药，在大釜中加入十六斛水，煮取五斛汁液，澄清后再次煎煮取一石六斗汁液，用两斛黍米炊熟，加入曲二斗进行酿造，搅拌调匀并用泥封口。七日后酒酿成，取清酒饮用，适量即可，保持微微醉的状态。同时再次煮药渣取汁，淘米清洗容器，不得使用生水，酿酒如此操作是因为药物忌讳生水。
主治痔疮的神效方：
七月七日多采集成熟的槐子，捣烂取汁，用多层绵布绞取，放入铜器中，置于庭院高门处日晒干燥，二十日以上，煎制成如鼠屎大小的药丸，纳入肛门中，每日三次。此方也主治瘘管及各类疮疡。
又一方：
取三条鲤鱼的肠，用火烤至香味四溢，用绵布包裹，纳入肛门中，一顿饭的时间，寄生虫会排出，鱼肠多次更换，用完三条，病即痊愈。
又一方：
烤鱼肠至香，坐在上面，虫即排出。
又一方：
虎头骨（炙烤）、犀角末。
以上两味药，分别研成粉末，制成如鸡蛋大小的药团，用未经过水的猪脂调和涂抹患处。
治疗痔疮的方剂：
取八月收集的槐子，捣烂取汁，煎制成药丸涂抹患处。
又一方：
用纸包裹小瓜，再用泥土包裹三四寸厚，埋入火中烧至完全熟透，过夜不吃东西，使肚子极度饥饿，取出趁热任意饱食，然后覆盖保暖躺卧一顿饭的时间，痔疮即愈。
五痔方：
五月五日采集苍耳的茎叶，捣成粉末，用水送服一方寸匕，每日三次，病愈。采集时需在阴凉处晾干。
又一方：
烧羊角，研成粉末，用酒送服一方寸匕，每日三次。
又一方：
常服用蒲黄一方寸匕，每日三次，效果良好。
论述说：大凡人大便出血即是痔疮病，不可轻视，慎吃干枣、油腻食物、猪肉、鱼类。患有痔疮在身，所服用的各种药物，往往都难以见效，徒费功夫，毫无益处。想要服药调理，应当先断绝饮食禁忌才可服用。第一槐子仁丸，大有疗效，方子在前面篇章中，必须重视它，不要产生怀疑。
治疗脱肛的方剂：
蒲黄（二两）。
以上一味药，用猪脂肪调和，敷在肛门上纳入，每日二三次，痊愈。
Formula for treating dry-dampness hemorrhoids and those classified as male or female:
Huai Zi (Sophorae Fructus), Wuzhuyu Genpi (Evodiae Radix Cortex), Ganqi (Resina Draconis) [each 4 liang, roasted], Jili (Tribuli Fructus) [3 liang], Qinjiao (Gentianae Radix), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Muli (Concha Ostreae) [roasted], Leiwan (Alumen), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Longgu (Os Mastodi seu Ossis Femoris), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli), Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Bajiao Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata with eight angles) [processed, skin removed, each 2 liang].
The above fifteen ingredients are crushed, sifted into powder, mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of sophora seeds. Take 20 pills with warm water, three times a day.
Formula for treating five types of hemorrhoids persisting for ten years:
Huai Zi (Sophorae Fructus) [3 jin], Baitang (White Sugar) [2 jin], Fanshi (Alumen) [calcined], Liuhuang (Sulfur) [each 1 jin], Longgu (Os Mastodi seu Ossis Femoris), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Ganqi (Resina Draconis) [each 10 liang, roasted].
The above seven ingredients: crush and sift four of them; finely chop the alumen and sugar. Place them in a copper vessel with one shi of rice and steam. Squeeze out the juice using cotton cloth, mix with the powdered medicine to form pills, roll by hand into the size of sophora seeds. Dry in the shade and take 20 pills with wine, twice a day, gradually increasing to 30 pills.
Formula for treating five types of hemorrhoids not healing after ten years:
Huai Dongnan Zhi (Branches of Sophora japonica from the southeast direction) [finely chopped, 1 shi], Huai Dongnan Gen (Roots of Sophora japonica from the southeast direction) [finely chopped, 1 shi], Huai Baipi (Bark of Sophora japonica) [finely chopped, 1 shi], Huai Zi (Sophorae Fructus) [1 dou].
Place the above four ingredients in a large cauldron with sixteen hu of water. Boil until five hu remain. Clarify the liquid and boil again until one shi six dou remains. Cook two hu of broomcorn millet, add two dou of yeast starter to brew. Stir well, seal with mud. After seven days, when the wine is ready, drink the clear liquor moderately, aiming for a slight intoxication. Simultaneously, boil the dregs again to extract juice. Wash vessels with rinsed rice water; do not use raw tap water. This method is used because the medicine avoids raw water.
Divine Formula for Hemorrhoids:
On the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, harvest ripe sophora fruits, crush them thoroughly to extract juice, squeeze through multiple layers of cotton cloth. Place in a copper vessel and dry in the sun on a high gate in the courtyard for over twenty days. Boil down to form pills the size of mouse droppings. Insert into the anus three times a day. This formula also treats fistulas and various sores.
Another Formula:
Take intestines from three carp, roast over fire until fragrant, wrap in cotton cloth, and insert into the anus. After the time it takes to eat one meal, parasites will be expelled. Replace the fish intestines several times. After using three sets, the condition will heal.
Another Formula:
Roast fish intestinges until fragrant and sit upon them; parasites will be expelled.
Another Formula:
Hutou Gu (Ossis Tigris Capitis) [roasted], Xijiao Mo (Cornu Rhinocerotis Pulvis).
Crush each ingredient into powder, form into masses the size of chicken eggs, mix with lard that has not been in contact with water, and apply topically.
Treatment for Hemorrhoids:
Harvest sophora fruits in August, crush to extract juice, boil into pills, and apply topically.
Another Formula:
Apply Xiongdan (Ursi Fel) topically. Stop when healed; reapply immediately upon recurrence.
Another Formula:
Wrap a small melon in paper, then in clay about three to four cun thick. Bury in fire and bake until thoroughly cooked. Fast overnight to induce extreme hunger. Remove, eat heartily while hot, then cover warmly and lie down for the duration of cooking a meal. The hemorrhoids will heal.
Formula for Five Types of Hemorrhoids:
Collect Xiancao stems and leaves on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, crush into powder. Take one fangcun bi with water, three times a day until healed. Dry in the shade during collection.
Another Formula:
Burn sheep horns, grind into powder, take one fangcun bi with wine, three times a day.
Another Formula:
Regularly consume Puhuang (Spora Typhae) one fangcun bi, three times a day; this is effective.
Discussion:
Generally, blood in stool indicates hemorrhoidal disease. Do not neglect it. Avoid dried dates, greasy foods, pork, and fish. When suffering from hemorrhoids, most medicines taken internally are ineffective, wasting effort without benefit. If one wishes to take medicinal food therapy, dietary restrictions must first be observed. The first formula, Huai Zi Ren Wan (Sophora Seed Pill), is highly effective; see the formula in the previous chapter. It must be trusted and not doubted.
Formula for Rectal Prolapse:
Puhuang (Spora Typhae) [2 liang].
Mix the single ingredient with lard, apply to the anus, and insert. Do this two to three times a day until healed.
Another Formula:
For rectal prolapse that cannot be reduced, extract juice from fresh Gualou (Trichosanthis Fructus), mix with equal parts lard, warm over boiling water, apply, and reduce the prolapse. Condition heals.
Another Formula:
Apply Tiejing Fen (Iron Powder) topically every time prolapse occurs. Stop when healed.
