味甘，平，温，无毒。主伤中劳绝，腰痛羸瘦，补中益气，妇人血闭，无子，止痛安
胎。疗吐血下血，崩中不止，四肢酸疼，多汗淋露，折跌伤损。久服轻身延年。一名鹿角胶。
生云中。煮鹿角为之，得火良。
味甘，平，微温，无毒。主心腹内崩劳极，洒洒如疟状，腰腹痛，四肢酸疼，女子下血，
安胎，丈夫小腹痛，虚劳羸瘦，阴气不足，脚酸不能久立，养肝气。久服轻身益气。一名敷
致胶，生东平郡。煮牛皮作之，出东阿。
味甘，平，无毒。主风邪痹气，通润骨髓。可为摩药，性冷利，功优于酥，生酥
味辛苦，平，无毒。主百病，中恶，客忤邪气，心腹积聚，出西戎。
味甘酸，寒，无毒。主热毒，止渴解散，发利，除胸中虚热，身面上热疮、肌疮。
味苦酸咸，寒，微寒，无毒。主百毒蛊疰，邪鬼瘴气，杀钩吻鸩羽蛇毒。除邪，不迷惑
魇寐。疗伤寒，温疫，头痛寒热，诸毒瓦斯。久服轻身骏健。生永昌山谷及益州。
味咸苦，寒，微寒，无毒。主明目益气，起阴，去恶血注下，辟蛊毒恶鬼不祥，安心气，
常不魇寐。疗伤寒、时气寒热，热在肌肤，温风注毒伏在骨间，除邪气，惊梦，狂越僻谬，
及食噎不通。久服强筋骨，轻身，利丈夫。生石城山川谷及华阴山，采无时。
味咸苦，温，微寒，无毒。主青盲，明目，杀疥虫，止寒泻，辟恶鬼虎野狼，止惊悸。疗
百节中结气，风头痛及蛊毒，吐血，妇人产后余疾，烧之杀鬼魅，辟虎野狼。久服安心益气，
轻身。生河西川谷，取无时。勿使中湿，湿即有毒。
（白胶）味甘，性平、温，无毒。主治内伤劳损，腰痛消瘦，补益中气、增强体力，治疗妇人经血闭阻、不孕，止痛并安胎。治疗吐血、便血，崩漏不止，四肢酸痛，多汗淋漓，跌打损伤。长期服用可身体轻盈、延年益寿。又名鹿角胶。产于云中。由煮鹿角制成，用火熬制效果良好。
（羊角胶/敷致胶）味甘，性平、微温，无毒。主治心腹内部出血、极度虚劳，寒战如疟疾状，腰腹痛，四肢酸痛，女子下血，安胎，丈夫小腹痛，虚劳消瘦，阴气不足，脚酸不能久立，滋养肝气。长期服用可身体轻盈、益气。又名敷致胶，产于东平郡。由煮牛皮制成，出自东阿。
（酥）味甘，性平，无毒。主治风邪痹气，通润骨髓。可用于制作外敷药，性冷利，功效优于酥油，生酥。
（西戎所产之物）味辛苦，性平，无毒。主治各种疾病，中恶邪，客忤邪气，心腹积聚，出自西戎。
（某物）味甘酸，性寒，无毒。主治热毒，止渴解表发散，发汗利尿，清除胸中虚热，治疗头面及皮肤的热疮、肌疮。
（某物）味苦酸咸，性寒、微寒，无毒。主治各种毒蛊疰病，邪鬼瘴气，杀灭钩吻、鸩羽、蛇毒。祛除邪气，使人不迷惑、不做噩梦。治疗伤寒、温疫，头痛寒热，各种毒瓦斯。长期服用可身体轻盈、强健。产于永昌山谷及益州。
（某物）味咸苦，性寒、微寒，无毒。主治明目益气，起阴，去除恶血注下，辟除蛊毒恶鬼不祥，安心气，常不做噩梦。治疗伤寒、时气寒热，热在肌肤，温风注毒伏在骨间，祛除邪气，惊梦，狂越僻谬，以及食噎不通。长期服用可强筋骨，身体轻盈，对男子有益。产于石城山川谷及华阴山，采集无固定时间。
（某物）味咸苦，性温、微寒，无毒。主治青盲，明目，杀灭疥虫，止寒泻，辟除恶鬼虎野狼，止惊悸。治疗百节中结气，风头痛及蛊毒，吐血，妇人产后余疾，烧之可杀鬼魅，辟除虎野狼。长期服用可安心益气，身体轻盈。产于河西川谷，采集无固定时间。勿使受潮，受潮则有毒。
(Baijiao) Sweet in taste, neutral and warm in nature, non-toxic. Primarily treats internal injury from overexertion, lower back pain with emaciation, tonifies the middle jiao and boosts qi, addresses female blood obstruction (amenorrhea), infertility, relieves pain, and calms the fetus. Treats hematemesis (vomiting blood), hematochezia (blood in stool), metrorrhagia (profuse uterine bleeding), soreness and pain in the four limbs, excessive sweating with leakage, and fractures or traumatic injuries. Long-term consumption lightens the body and prolongs life. Also known as Lujiao Jiao (Deer Antler Gelatin). Produced in Yunzhong. Made by boiling deer antlers; effective when processed with fire.
(Yangjiao Jiao/Fuzhi Jiao) Sweet in taste, neutral and slightly warm in nature, non-toxic. Primarily treats internal collapse of the heart and abdomen due to extreme exhaustion, chills resembling malaria, lower back and abdominal pain, soreness and pain in the four limbs, vaginal bleeding in women, calms the fetus, lower abdominal pain in men, deficiency exhaustion with emaciation, insufficiency of yin qi, soreness in the legs preventing prolonged standing, and nourishes liver qi. Long-term consumption lightens the body and boosts qi. Also known as Fuzhi Jiao, produced in Dongping Commandery. Made by boiling cow hide, originating from Dong'e.
(Su/Cow Butter/Ghee) Sweet in taste, neutral in nature, non-toxic. Primarily treats wind-pathogen bi-syndrome (obstruction syndrome), unblocks and moistens bone marrow. Can be used for external massage preparations; its nature is cold and draining, with efficacy superior to su (butter/ghee), raw su.
(Thing from Western Regions) Pungent and bitter in taste, neutral in nature, non-toxic. Primarily treats hundred diseases, zhong-e (sudden evil invasion), ke-wu (hostile evil qi), accumulations and masses in the heart and abdomen, originates from the Western Regions.
(Thing) Sweet and sour in taste, cold in nature, non-toxic. Primarily treats heat-toxin, stops thirst, resolves exterior and promotes diffusion, induces sweating and promotes urination, clears deficient heat in the chest, and treats heat sores on the face/body and skin sores.
(Thing) Bitter, sour, and salty in taste, cold and slightly cold in nature, non-toxic. Primarily treats hundred toxins, gu-zhu (poisonous pestilence), evil ghosts and miasma, kills Gouwen (Aconitum ferox), Zhenyu (poisonous bird feathers), and snake venom. Expels evil qi, prevents confusion and nightmares. Treats Shanghan (cold damage), Wenyi (pestilential fevers), headache with aversion to cold and fever, and various toxic vapors. Treats qi stagnation in all joints, wind-type headache, gu-toxin, hematemesis, residual disorders after childbirth in women; burning it kills ghostly influences and wards off tigers and wild wolves. Long-term consumption calms the mind and boosts qi, lightens the body. Produced in Hexi river valleys, collected at any time. Avoid moisture; if damp, it becomes toxic.
