主面渣 疥痈恶疮方∶
附子（十五枚） 蜀椒（一升） 野葛（一尺五寸）
上三味，切，醋渍一宿，猪膏一斤，煎附子黄，去滓涂之，日三。
治酒渣鼻 方∶
栀子仁（三升） 芎 （四两） 大黄（六两） 好豉（熬，三升） 木兰皮（半斤） 甘

上六味，捣筛为末，炼蜜和丸如梧桐子，以饮服十丸，日三服，稍加至二十五丸。
又敷方∶
豉（各一两，熬） 木兰皮（半斤，一方无）
上四味，为末，以醋浆水和之如泥，夜涂上，日未出时以暖水洗之，亦灭瘢痕。
又方∶鸬 矢（一斤）
上一味，捣筛，腊月猪脂和如泥，夜涂之。
飞水银霜方∶
水银（一斤） 朴硝（八两） 大醋（半斤） 黄矾（十两） 锡（二十两成炼二遍者）
玄精（
六两） 盐花（三斤）
上七味，先炼锡讫，又温水银令热，乃投锡中，又捣玄精黄矾令细，以绢筛之又捣锡令
碎，以盐花并玄精等合和，以醋拌之令湿，以盐花一斤藉底，乃布药令平，以朴硝盖上讫，
以盆盖合，以盐灰为泥，泥缝固际干之，微火三日，武火四日，凡七日去火，一日开之。扫
取极须勤心守，勿令须臾间懈慢，大失矣。
炼粉方∶
胡粉三大升，盆中盛水，投粉于中熟搅，以鸡羽水上扫取，以旧破鸡子十枚，去黄泻白
于瓷碗中，以粉置其上，以瓷碗密盖之，五升米下蒸之，乃曝干研用，敷面百倍省，面有光。
灭瘢方∶
衣鱼（二枚） 白石脂（一分） 雁屎（三分） 白附子（一分） 白僵蚕（半两）
上五味为末，腊月猪脂和敷，慎生冷风日，令肌腻。
灭瘢方∶
丹参 羊脂
上二味，和煎敷之，灭瘢神妙。
又方∶以蜜涂之佳。
又方∶取禹余粮、半夏等分捣末，以鸡子黄和，先以新布拭瘢上令赤，以涂之，勿见风
，涂之二十日，十年瘢并灭。
手膏方∶
桃仁 杏仁（各二十枚，去皮尖） 橘仁（一合） （十枚） 大枣（三十枚） 辛
夷芎 当归 牛脑 羊脑 白狗脑（各二两，无白狗，诸狗亦得）
上一十一味，先以酒渍脑等，又别以酒六升煮赤 以上药，令沸停冷，乃和诸脑等，然
后碎辛夷三味，以绵裹之，去枣皮核合纳酒中，以瓷器贮之。五日以后，先净讫，取涂手，
甚光润，而忌近火炙手。
治手足皴裂血出疼痛方∶
取猪胰着热酒中以洗之即瘥。
治冬月冒涉冻凌，面目手足瘃坏，及始热疼痛欲瘃方∶
取麦窠煮浓汁，热渍手足兼洗之，三五日即度瘥。
治手足皴冻欲脱方∶
椒 芎 （各半两） 白芷（一分） 防风（一分） 姜（一分，作盐）
上五味，以水四升，煎令浓，涂洗之三数遍即瘥。
治冻伤十指欲堕方∶
取马矢三升，煮令麻沸渍冷，易之半日愈。
治疗面部粉刺、疥疮、痈疽及恶疮的方剂：
附子（十五枚） 蜀椒（一升） 野葛（一尺五寸）

以上七味药，先将锡炼制完毕，再将水银加热至热，投入锡中，然后捣碎玄精石和黄矾使其变细，用绢布筛过；再捣碎锡，将盐花和玄精石等混合，用醋拌湿，以一斤盐花铺底，然后将药物均匀铺开，盖上朴硝，用盆盖合，用盐灰调泥封固缝隙，晾干后，先用微火煎三日，再用大火煎四日，共七日去火，一日后打开。扫取药粉时必须专心守候，不可有一刻松懈，否则大失所望。
炼粉方剂：
胡粉三大升，盆中盛水，将粉投入其中充分搅拌，用鸡羽在水面上扫取，用十个旧破鸡蛋，去掉蛋黄，将蛋清倒入瓷碗中，将粉置于其上，用瓷碗严密覆盖，用五升米下的蒸汽蒸之，然后晒干研磨使用，敷面效果百倍节省，使面色光亮。
消除瘢痕方剂：
衣鱼（二枚） 白石脂（一分） 雁屎（三分） 白附子（一分） 白僵蚕（半两）
以上五味药研成粉末，腊月猪脂调和后敷贴，注意避免生冷风日，使肌肤细腻。

丹参 羊脂

桃仁 杏仁（各二十枚，去皮尖） 橘仁（一合） （缺字，疑为某药） 大枣（三十枚） 辛夷 川芎 当归 牛脑 羊脑 白狗脑（各二两，若无白狗，其他狗脑也可）
以上十一味药，先用酒浸泡脑类等药，另外用六升酒煮赤芍等药（注：原文“赤”后似缺字，通常指赤芍或赤小豆等，此处依原文保留），煮沸后冷却，然后将各种脑类混合，之后将辛夷等三味药捣碎，用棉布包裹，去掉枣皮和核放入酒中，用瓷器储存。五日后，先清洁双手，取药膏涂抹手部，非常光滑润泽，但要忌讳靠近火烤手。
治疗手足皴裂出血疼痛的方剂：
取猪胰放在热酒中清洗，即可痊愈。
治疗冬季冒雪涉水冻伤，面目手足冻疮溃烂，以及刚开始发热疼痛欲发生冻疮的方剂：
取麦窠煮浓汁，趁热浸泡手足并清洗，三五天即可痊愈。
治疗手足皴裂冻伤即将脱落的方剂：
花椒 川芎（各半两） 白芷（一分） 防风（一分） 姜（一分，制成盐）
以上五味药，用水四升，煎煮至浓稠，涂抹清洗两三遍即可痊愈。
治疗冻伤十指即将脱落的方剂：
取马粪三升，煮至沸腾后冷却浸泡，更换药液半天即可痊愈。
Formula for treating facial acne, scabies, carbuncles, and malignant sores:
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) [15 pieces], Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) [1 sheng], Yege (Kadsurae Caulis) [1 chi 5 cun].
The above three herbs are cut, soaked in vinegar overnight, then combined with one jin of pig fat (Su). The mixture is decocted until the Fuzi turns yellow. The dregs are removed, and the liquid is applied to the affected area three times daily.
Formula for treating rhinophyma (alcoholic nose):
Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Semen) [3 sheng], Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) [4 liang], Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [6 liang], Hao Chi (Sojae Preparata) [3 sheng, roasted], Mulan Pi (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [0.5 jin], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [4 liang, honey-fried].
The above six herbs are crushed, sifted into powder, and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed. Take ten pills with water, three times daily, gradually increasing the dose to twenty-five pills.
Another topical application formula:
Chi (Sojae Preparata) [1 liang each, roasted], Mulan Pi (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) [0.5 jin; absent in another version].
The above four ingredients (note: text lists two, implies combination with previous or omitted items) are ground into powder, mixed with vinegar and grain wash water to form a paste. Apply at night, and wash off with warm water before sunrise. This can also eliminate scars.
Another formula:
Luoshi (Ardeae Faeces) [1 jin].
The above single herb is crushed, sifted, and mixed with pig fat from the twelfth lunar month to form a paste. Apply at night.
Formula for sublimated mercury frost:
Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum) [1 jin], Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas) [8 liang], Da Cu (Vinegar) [0.5 jin], Huangfan (Calcarite) [10 liang], Xi (Stannum) [20 liang, refined twice], Xuanjing (Spathum) [6 liang], Yanhua (Sal Crystallisatum) [3 jin].
The above seven ingredients: First refine the tin. Heat the mercury and pour it into the tin. Then crush the Xuanjing and Huangfan until fine, and sieve through silk cloth. Crush the tin again. Mix the Yanhua and Xuanjing together, moisten with vinegar. Place one jin of Yanhua at the bottom of the vessel, spread the medicine evenly on top, cover with Puxiao, seal with a basin, and seal the seams with mud made from salt ash. Dry thoroughly. Use mild fire for three days, then strong fire for four days. After seven days total, remove the fire and wait one day before opening. Collecting the powder requires constant vigilance; do not slacken for a moment, or the result will be greatly diminished.
Formula for refining face powder:
Hufen (Cerussa) [3 large sheng]. Fill a basin with water, add the powder, and stir thoroughly. Scoop up the suspended powder on the water surface using chicken feathers. Take ten old broken eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, and place the egg whites in a porcelain bowl. Place the powder on top of the egg whites, cover tightly with another porcelain bowl, and steam over rice water (five sheng). After steaming, dry and grind for use. Applied to the face, it saves effort significantly and gives a radiant complexion.
Formula for eliminating scars:
Yiyu (Thermopsidis Seed? Or Lepisma saccharina? Context suggests insect, likely Lepisma saccharina / Silverfish) [2 pieces], Baishizhi (Kaolinite) [1 fen], Yanshi (Anseris Faeces) [3 fen], Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma) [1 fen], Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) [0.5 liang].
Grind the above five herbs into powder, mix with pig fat from the twelfth lunar month, and apply. Avoid cold, raw foods, wind, and sun to keep the skin smooth.
Formula for eliminating scars:
Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Yangzhi (Olei Ovis).
Decoct and mix these two ingredients, then apply. It is miraculous for eliminating scars.
Another formula: Applying honey is effective.
Another formula: Take Yuyuliang (Haematitum) and Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) in equal parts, grind into powder, and mix with egg yolk. First, wipe the scarred area with a new cloth until red, then apply the mixture. Avoid wind exposure. Apply for twenty days; even ten-year-old scars will disappear.
Hand ointment formula:
Taoren (Persicae Semen), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) [20 pieces each, peel and remove seeds], Juren (Citri Reticulatae Semen) [1 he], [Missing character, likely a specific herb], Dazao (Jujubae Fructus) [30 pieces], Xinyi (Magnoliae Flos), Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Niu nao (Cerebrum Bovis), Yang nao (Cerebrum Ovis), Bai gou nao (Cerebrum Canis Albi) [2 liang each; if white dog brain is unavailable, other dog brains may be used].
The above eleven ingredients: Soak the brains in wine first. Separately, boil the remaining herbs (including Chi, likely Chishao) in six sheng of wine until boiling, then let cool. Mix with the various brains. Then crush the Xinyi and the other two specified herbs, wrap them in cotton cloth, remove the skins and pits of the dates, and place everything in the wine. Store in a porcelain container. After five days, cleanse hands well, apply the ointment. Hands become very smooth and glossy. Avoid exposing hands to fire or heat sources.
Formula for treating chapped hands and feet with bleeding and pain:
Take pig pancreas (Zhu yi), soak it in hot wine, and wash the affected areas. This will cure the condition.
Formula for treating frostbite from winter exposure, including cracked and necrotic face, hands, and feet, as well as early-stage inflammation and pain preceding frostbite:
Decoct wheat nests (Maike) to make a concentrated juice. Soak and wash hands and feet while hot. Recovery occurs within three to five days.
Formula for treating chapped and frozen hands and feet on the verge of shedding:
Jiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) [0.5 liang each], Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) [1 fen], Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) [1 fen], Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) [1 fen, processed into salt].
Decoct the above five herbs in four sheng of water until concentrated. Apply and wash the affected area two or three times to achieve a cure.
Formula for treating frostbite of the ten fingers on the verge of falling off:
Take three sheng of horse manure, boil until bubbling, let cool, and soak the affected areas. Change the solution halfway through the day; recovery occurs within half a day.
