主男子虚热，寒冷，妇人寒劳气逆，及胸腹苦满而急，绕脐痛，寒心，吞酸，手足逆冷，
脐四边坚，悸气踊起，胃中虚冷，口中多唾，或自口干，手足烦，苦渴湿痹，风气动作，顽
痹不仁，骨节尽痛，腰背如折，恶寒大呼即惊，多梦，梦见鬼神，此皆五脏虚方
吴茱萸（二升） 半夏（一升，洗） 生姜（一斤，切） 芍药 桂心（各三两） 大

上九味， 咀。以水一斗二升，先煮枣极沸，乃纳诸药煮取四升，服八合，日三。
主虚劳损胸满痛，挛急短气，面黄失色，头眩心烦，梦寤失精，寒气支节疼，又两腋不
得喘息，喘息辄牵痛，逆害饮食，悉主之方。

上一十四味， 咀。以水一斗三升，煮取四升，一服七合，日三，乌头炮令黄，乃用之
主伤中里急，两胁挛痛，久致咳嗽，四肢寒热，小便赤黄，饮酒困卧，长风百脉开张，
血痹不仁，梦寤失精，唇口干燥，奄然短气方。

【茱萸汤】主治男子虚热、畏寒，妇人因寒邪导致的劳损及气机上逆，以及胸腹部苦于胀满且拘急，绕脐疼痛，心中发冷，吞酸水，手足逆冷，肚脐四周坚硬，悸动感向上冲起，胃中虚冷，口中多唾液，或者自觉口干，手足烦热，苦于湿痹，风气发作，顽固性麻木不仁，全身骨节剧烈疼痛，腰背疼痛如折断一般，恶寒时大声呼喊即受惊，多梦，梦见鬼神。这些都是五脏虚损的方剂。
吴茱萸（二升） 半夏（一升，洗净） 生姜（一斤，切片） 芍药 桂心（各三两） 大枣（十二枚，掰开） 人参 黄芩 甘草（炙，各二两）
以上九味药，切碎。用水一斗二升，先煮大枣至剧烈沸腾，然后放入其他药物，煎煮取汁四升，每次服用八合，每日三次。
【乌头当归汤】主治虚劳损伤导致的胸满痛，筋脉拘挛急促、呼吸短促，面色萎黄无光泽，头晕眼花，心烦意乱，睡梦中遗精，寒气导致关节疼痛，以及两侧腋下呼吸困难，喘息时牵引疼痛，气逆妨碍饮食，此方均主治。
乌头（炮制，去皮） 独活 芍药 蜀椒（去除椒目和闭口者，炒干出汗） 白术 人参（各二两） 厚朴（四两，炙） 桂心（五两） 麦门冬（去心） 细辛（各一两） 吴茱萸（一升） 当归 生姜（切片）
以上十四味药，切碎。用水一斗三升，煎煮取汁四升，每次服用七合，每日三次。乌头需炮制至黄色后方可使用。
【泽兰子汤】主治内伤导致的里急，两胁部拘挛疼痛，日久导致咳嗽，四肢寒热交替，小便赤黄，饮酒后困倦嗜卧，风邪侵袭致百脉开张，血痹麻木不仁，睡梦中遗精，唇口干燥，突然呼吸短促的方剂。
泽兰子 半夏（洗净） 麻仁（各一升） 大枣（二十枚，掰开） 饴糖（一斤） 人参 茯苓 细辛（各二两） 远志（去心） 桂心 龙骨 甘草（炙，各一两）
以上十二味药，切碎。用水一斗二升，煎煮取汁四升，滤去药渣，分四次服用，每日三次，夜间一次。
[Zhuyu Tang (Evodia Decoction)] Primarily treats deficiency-heat and aversion to cold in men; in women, it treats cold-induced labor damage with counterflow of qi, as well as distressing fullness and tightness in the chest and abdomen, pain encircling the umbilicus, cold sensation in the heart, acid regurgitation, cold extremities, hardness around the four sides of the umbilicus, palpitations with a sensation of qi surging upward, deficiency-cold in the stomach, excessive salivation in the mouth, or subjective dryness of the mouth, vexation and heat in the hands and feet, distress from damp-bi syndrome, manifestations of wind-pathogen, stubborn numbness and insensitivity, severe pain in all bone joints, backache as if broken, aversion to cold where loud shouting induces fright, frequent dreaming, and seeing ghosts and spirits. These are formulas for deficiency of the Five Viscera.
Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) (2 sheng), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia) (1 sheng, washed), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) (1 jin, sliced), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) (each 3 liang), Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) (12 pieces, split), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted, each 2 liang).
The above nine ingredients are coarsely crushed. Boil with 12 sheng of water, first boiling the Jujubae Fructus until vigorously boiling, then add the other herbs and decoct to obtain 4 sheng of liquid. Take 8 he per dose, three times daily.
[Wutou Danggui Tang (Aconite and Angelica Decoction)] Primarily treats deficiency-lao damage causing chest fullness and pain, tendon contraction and shortness of breath, sallow complexion with loss of luster, dizziness and mental restlessness, nocturnal emission during sleep, joint pain caused by cold-pathogen, inability to breathe freely in both axillae, pain radiating upon panting, and counterflow qi hindering digestion. This formula treats all these conditions.
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Wutou) (processed, skin removed), Actaeaes Rhizoma (Duhuo), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Shujiao) (remove seeds and closed-mouth ones, sweat-dried), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) (each 2 liang), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo) (4 liang, roasted), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin) (5 liang), Ophiopogonis Tuber (Mendong) (core removed), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) (each 1 liang), Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) (1 sheng), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) (sliced).
The above fourteen ingredients are coarsely crushed. Boil with 13 sheng of water, decoct to obtain 4 sheng of liquid. Take 7 he per dose, three times daily. The Wutou must be processed until yellow before use.
[Zelanzi Tang (Lycopus Seed Decoction)] Primarily treats internal injury causing urgency in the interior, tendon contraction and pain in both hypochondria, chronic cough resulting from long duration, alternating chills and fever in the four limbs, red and yellow urine, lethargy after drinking alcohol, wind pathogen invading causing opening of the hundred vessels, blood-bi numbness, nocturnal emission during sleep, dry lips and mouth, and sudden shortness of breath.
Lycopersici Fructus (Zelanzi), Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia) (washed), Cannabis Semen (Maren) (each 1 sheng), Jujubae Fructus (Dazao) (20 pieces, split), Maltose (Tang) (1 jin), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Poria (Fuling), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin) (each 2 liang), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi) (core removed), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin), Os Draconis (Longgu), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (roasted, each 1 liang).
The above twelve ingredients are coarsely crushed. Boil with 12 sheng of water, decoct to obtain 4 sheng of liquid, filter out the dregs. Divide into four doses, take three times daily and once at night.
