竹叶 人参 茯苓 甘草（炙，各一两） 大枣（十四枚，掰开） 麦门冬（五两，去心） 小麦（五合） 生姜（切片） 半夏（洗，各三两）
以上九味药，切碎，用水九升，先煎煮竹叶和小麦取汁七升，去掉药渣，放入其他药物再煎煮取汁二升半。每次服用五合，白天服三次，夜间服一次。
治疗产后口渴不止。

以上七味药，切碎，用水八升，煎煮取汁二升半。分三次服用。

治疗妇人五种崩漏，身体消瘦，咳嗽气逆，心中烦闷胀满且气短，胃脘部疼痛，面部生疮，腰部剧烈疼痛无法弯腰或转身，外阴肿胀如同生疮的样子，阴毛处瘙痒，时常疼痛，与子宫相通，小便不利，经常头晕目眩，颈项僵硬疼痛，手足发热，气逆上冲急促，心烦意乱无法入睡，腹部拘急疼痛，饮食不下，吞酸嗳气带有苦味，肠鸣音亢进并下注赤白黄黑汁液，气味恶臭如同胶状污物沾染衣物，发热时下红色血，受寒时下白色分泌物，多饮水则下黑色液体，多进食则下黄色液体，多服药则下青色液体，喜怒无常心中常感恐惧，全身动摇不安，严重……

Abelmoschi Moschatus Root (sliced, one sheng; alternatively, two liang of dried root) *Plantaginis Semen* (Cheqianzi) *Calamitatis Ardens* (burned hair/charcoal) *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma* (Dahuang) *Cinnamomi Cortex* (Guixin) *Talcum* (Huashi) (each one liang)
*Pubescentis Caulis* (Tongcao) (three liang) *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (Shengjiang) (six liang, sliced)
The above eight ingredients are cut into small pieces, decocted in seven sheng of water to obtain two and a half sheng of liquid. Divide into three doses for oral administration. (*Qianjin Fang* includes seven he of winter melon juice.)
To treat postpartum strangury.
*Imperatae Rhizoma* (Baimaogen) (one jin) *Pruni Resina* (Taojiao) *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (roasted, each one liang) *Cyprini Carassii Dentes* (one hundred pieces, broken apart) *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (three liang, sliced) *Panacis Ginseng Radix* (Renshen)
The above nine ingredients are cut into small pieces, decocted in ten dou of water to obtain two and a half sheng of liquid. Divide into three doses for oral administration.
To treat postpartum difficulty in urination.
Seven pieces of *Plocamium* (Shufu), roasted, taken with yellow wine.
To treat postpartum strangury with dysuria.
*Talcum* (Huashi) (five fen) *Pubescentis Caulis* (Tongcao) *Plantaginis Semen* (Cheqianzi) *Abelmoschi Moschatus Semen* (Kui Zi) (each one liang)
The above four ingredients are crushed and sifted to make a powder. Take one fangcun bi (approx. 5-10 ml volume) administered with vinegar-water solution, gradually increasing the dose to two fangcun bi.
To treat postpartum weakness and shortness of breath with lack of strength.
*Bambusae Folium* (Zhuye) *Panacis Ginseng Radix* (Renshen) *Poria* (Fuling) *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma* (roasted, each one liang) *Jujubae Fructus* (fourteen pieces, broken apart) *Ophiopogonis Tuber* (Wuliang, five liang, heart removed) *Tritici Fructus* (Xiaomai) (five he) *Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens* (sliced) *Pinelliae Rhizoma Preparatum* (Banxia, washed, each three liang)
The above nine ingredients are cut into small pieces. Decoct *Bambusae Folium* and *Tritici Fructus* in nine sheng of water until seven sheng remain. Remove the dregs, add the remaining herbs, and decoct again to obtain two and a half sheng of liquid. Take five he per dose, administered three times during the day and once at night.
To treat persistent thirst after childbirth.
