方一十四首
治丈夫阴下痒湿方∶
以甘草一尺，水五升煮洗之。（生用）。
又方∶以蒲黄粉之，不过三。
治丈夫阴肿大如斗，核中痛方∶
雄黄（一两，研粉） 石（二两，研） 甘草（一尺，生用）
上三味，以水一斗，煮取二升洗之，神良。
治丈夫阴头痈肿，师所不能医方∶
鳖甲（一枚）
上一味，烧焦末之，以鸡子白和敷之。
治丈夫阴头生疮如石坚大者方∶
刀刮虎牙及猪牙末，猪脂煎令变色，去滓，日三涂之。
又方∶乌贼鱼骨末，粉之良。
治妒精疮方∶
丈夫在阴头节下，女人在玉门内似疳疮作臼蚀之大痛，其疳即不痛，以银钗绵缠腊月猪
脂，熏黄火上暖，以钗烙疮上令熟，取干槐枝 涂之，以麝香敷疮上令香，黄矾青矾末敷之，

治男女卒阴中生疮痒湿方∶
黄连 栀子（各二两） 甘草（一两） 蛇床子（二分） 黄柏（一两）
上五味下筛粉之，干者以猪脂和涂上，深者绵裹纳中，日三。
治下部痛痒生疮，槐皮膏方∶
槐白皮（五两） 赤小豆（一小合） 白芷（二两） 楝实（五十枚） 桃仁（五十枚，
去皮尖
、双仁） 甘草（二两，生） 当归（二两）
上七味，切，以苦酒渍一宿，旦以猪膏一升，微火煎白芷黄即成，去滓，摩上，日再。
并纳下部中三寸，瘥。
治阴茎头疮方∶
当归（三分） 黄连（半两） 桃仁（二两，去皮双仁） 小豆（一分） 槐子（半两）
上五味作末，粉疮上，日三。
治阴头生疮方∶
蜜煎甘草，涂之即瘥，大良效。
治阴疮黄汁出方∶
煮黄柏汁，冷渍敷蛇床黄连末，极效。
又方∶
桃仁二七枚，熬令黄去皮尖双仁，末之，酒服良。
又方∶
生地黄一把，并叶捣取汁，饮之良。
第十四组方剂
治疗男子阴部瘙痒潮湿的方子：
用一尺长的甘草，加水五升，煎煮后清洗患处。（生用）。
另一个方子：
用蒲黄粉末外敷，不超过三次即可。
治疗男子阴囊肿大如斗，睾丸内部疼痛的方子：
雄黄（一两，研成粉末） 石韦（二两，研碎） 甘草（一尺，生用）
以上三味药，加水一斗，煎取二升药液清洗患处，效果神奇良好。
治疗男子阴茎头痈肿，医生无法医治的方子：
鳖甲（一枚）
将这一味药烧焦后研成粉末，用鸡蛋清调和后敷在患处。
治疗男子阴茎头生出疮疡，坚硬如石头般大的方子：
用刀刮取老虎牙齿和猪牙齿的末屑，用猪油煎至变色，滤去药渣，每天涂抹三次。
另一个方子：
用乌贼鱼骨（海螵蛸）研成的粉末，外敷效果良好。
治疗妒精疮的方子：
男子在阴茎根部节下，女子在阴道内，症状类似疳疮，形成臼状蚀烂，剧烈疼痛；若是疳疮则不痛。用银钗缠上棉絮，蘸腊月猪脂，在硫磺火上加热，用银钗烙烫疮面使其熟透，取干燥槐树枝涂抹，再撒上麝香使患处有香气，最后敷上黄矾、青矾的粉末。
治疗男女突然阴部生疮、瘙痒潮湿的方子：
黄连 栀子（各二两） 甘草（一两） 蛇床子（二分） 黄柏（一两）
以上五味药过筛制成粉末外敷。干燥者用猪油调和涂抹，病位深者用棉包裹纳入患处，每天三次。
治疗下部疼痛瘙痒生疮的槐皮膏方：
槐白皮（五两） 赤小豆（一小合） 白芷（二两） 楝实（五十枚） 桃仁（五十枚，去皮尖及双仁） 甘草（二两，生用） 当归（二两）
以上七味药切碎，用醋浸泡一夜，早晨用一升猪脂，微火煎至白芷变黄即成，滤去药渣，涂抹患处，每天两次。并可纳入下部三寸深处，痊愈。
治疗阴茎头疮的方子：
当归（三分） 黄连（半两） 桃仁（二两，去皮双仁） 小豆（一分） 槐子（半两）
以上五味药研成粉末，撒在疮面上，每天三次。
治疗阴疮流出黄色汁液的方子：
煎煮黄柏取汁，冷却后浸渍并敷上蛇床子、黄连的粉末，效果极好。
另一个方子：
桃仁十四枚，炒至黄色，去皮尖及双仁，研末，用酒送服效果良好。
Formula Group Fourteen
Formula for treating itching and dampness of the male genitalia:
Use one chi (approx. 33 cm) of Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, Licorice Root), boil in five sheng (approx. 1 liter) of water, and wash the affected area. (Use raw).
Another formula:
Apply Puhuang (Pollen Typhae, Cattail Pollen) powder externally; no more than three applications are needed.
Formula for treating massive swelling of the male scrotum like a dou (a unit of volume), with pain inside the testicles:
Xionghuang (Realgar, Arsenic Sulfide) (one liang, approx. 37g, ground to powder) Shiwei (Herba Pyrrosiae, Leafy Fern Herb) (two liang, approx. 74g, crushed) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, Licorice Root) (one chi, approx. 33cm, raw)
The above three ingredients are boiled in one dou (approx. 10 liters) of water until two sheng (approx. 2 liters) remain. Wash the affected area with this decoction; it is miraculous and excellent.
Formula for treating carbuncle and swelling of the glans penis that physicians cannot cure:
Biejia (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, Turtle Shell) (one piece)
Burn this single ingredient until charred, grind into powder, mix with Baijizi (Albumen Ovi Galli, Egg White), and apply topically.
Formula for treating hard, stone-like large sores on the glans penis:
Scrape the ends of tiger teeth and pig teeth into powder. Fry in Zhuzhi (Succus Porci, Pig Fat) until the color changes, strain off the dregs, and apply topically three times daily.
Another formula:
Apply Haipiaoxiao (Endoconcha Sepiae, Cuttlebone) powder externally; it is effective.
Formula for treating Du Jing Chuang (Jealousy Essence Sore):
In men, at the base of the penis; in women, inside the Yumen (Vaginal Orifice), resembling Ganchuang (Chancre/Corrosive Ulcer), forming a crater-like erosion with severe pain; if it is a chancre, it does not hurt. Wrap cotton around a silver hairpin, dip it in pig fat from the twelfth lunar month, warm it over sulfur fire, and cauterize the sore with the pin until cooked. Apply dried Huai Zhi (Ramulus Sophorae, Sophora Twig), then sprinkle Shexiang (Moschus, Musk) to impart fragrance, and finally apply Huangfan (Alumen Rubrum, Alum) and Qingfan (Alumen Viride, Green Alum) powders.
Formula for treating sudden onset of sores, itching, and dampness in the genitalia of both men and women:
Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, Coptis Rhizome) Zhi Zi (Fructus Gardeniae, Gardenia Fruit) (each two liang, approx. 74g) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, Licorice Root) (one liang, approx. 37g) Shechuangzi (Fructus Cnidii, Cnidium Fruit) (two fen, approx. 7.4g) Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri, Phellodendron Bark) (one liang, approx. 37g)
Sieve the above five herbs into powder for external application. If dry, mix with Zhuzhi (Succus Porci, Pig Fat) for topical application; if the lesion is deep, wrap in cotton and insert into the orifice, three times daily.
Huai Pi Gao (Sophora Bark Ointment) for treating pain, itching, and sores in the lower region:
Huai Baipi (Cortex Sophorae Flavescentis, Sophora Bark) (five liang, approx. 185g) Chixiaodou (Semina Phaseoli Angularis, Red Bean) (one xiaohe, approx. 20ml) Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, Dahurian Angelica Root) (two liang, approx. 74g) Lianshi (Fructus Meliae Toosendan, Toosendan Fruit) (fifty pieces) Taoren (Semen Persicae, Peach Kernel) (fifty pieces, peeled, remove tips and double kernels) Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, Licorice Root) (two liang, approx. 74g, raw) Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root) (two liang, approx. 74g)
Chop the above seven ingredients, soak in Ku Jiu (Acetum, Vinegar) overnight. In the morning, add one sheng (approx. 1 liter) of Zhigao (Succus Porci, Lard/Pig Fat) and simmer gently over low heat until Baizhi turns yellow. Strain and apply topically twice daily. It can also be inserted three cun (approx. 10 cm) into the lower orifice until healed.
Formula for treating sores on the glans penis:
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root) (three fen, approx. 11g) Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, Coptis Rhizome) (half liang, approx. 18.5g) Taoren (Semen Persicae, Peach Kernel) (two liang, approx. 74g, peeled, remove double kernels) Xiaodou (Semina Phaseoli, Beans) (one fen, approx. 3.7g) Huaizi (Fructus Sophorae, Sophora Fruit) (half liang, approx. 18.5g)
Grind the above five herbs into powder and dust onto the sore, three times daily.
Formula for treating sores on the glans penis:
Honey-fried Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, Licorice Root); apply topically for immediate healing; highly effective.
Formula for treating genital sores discharging yellow fluid:
Boil Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri, Phellodendron Bark) to extract juice. Cool and apply, along with powder made from Shechuangzi (Fructus Cnidii, Cnidium Fruit) and Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, Coptis Rhizome); extremely effective.
Another formula:
Fourteen Tao Ren (Semen Persicae, Peach Kernels), stir-fry until yellow, peel, remove tips and double kernels, grind into powder, and take with wine; effective.
Another formula:
One handful of fresh Dihuang (Rhizoma Rehmanniae Recens, Fresh Rehmannia Root), including leaves, crush to extract juice and drink; effective.
