此云诸蛇，非前件三种，盖谓赤 黄颔之属。治法急以绳缚创上寸许，则毒瓦斯不得走，
一面令人以口嗍所螫处，取毒数唾去之，毒尽即不复痛。口嗍当少痛，无苦状。或觅取紫苋
菜捣，饮汁一升，其滓以少水和涂疮上。又捣冬瓜根以敷之，或嚼干姜敷之，或煮吴茱萸汤
渍之，均效。
割鸡冠取血涂之瘥。或嚼大蒜、小蒜、桑白汁等涂之。或 蓝汁渍之，或以蜗牛擦取汁，
点入螫处。
取萝 草捣入泥封之，日二、三，毒化作脓。脓出，频着勿停。或以乌麻油和胡粉如泥
涂之，干即易去，取瘥止。又方用∶
枣叶 柏叶（各五月五日采阴干） 生铁衣 晚蚕砂各等分
为末，以生麻油和如泥，先灸咬处涂之。又治蜘蛛咬，遍身生丝，可急用∶
羊乳一升
饮之，数日即愈。
预于五月五日采蜀葵花、石榴花、艾心三物，俱阴干之，等分为末，和水涂螫处，立愈。
取人溺新者洗之瘥。或取蛇皮以蜜涂之。炙令热，以点螫处。或以酱汁涂蛇皮，炙封之，
均效。
取大蓝汁一碗，入雄黄、麝香二物，随意看多少，细研投蓝中，以点咬处。有是毒者，
即并细服其汁，神效之极。亦治蜘蛛咬伤。
华佗治奇症法神方
人腹中忽生应声虫，古人治法，将本草读之，遇虫不应声者，用之即愈。兹更有便法一，
省读本草之劳，即用生甘草与白矾等分，不须二钱，饮下即愈。
用头垢敷在伤口上，立刻就能痊愈。或者捣碎[鬼]草敷在患处，也有效。
这里所说的“诸蛇”，并非前文提到的那三种蛇，而是指赤链蛇、黄颔蛇之类的毒蛇。治疗方法是：立即用绳子在伤口上方约一寸处捆扎，这样毒气就无法扩散；同时让人用口吸吮被咬的部位，吐出几口毒血后，毒素排尽疼痛就会停止。吸吮时会有轻微疼痛，不会有痛苦的感觉。或者寻找紫苋菜捣烂，饮用一升汁液，将药渣用少量水调和后涂抹在伤口上。又或捣碎冬瓜根敷在患处，或者嚼碎干姜敷在患处，或者煮吴茱萸汤浸泡患处，均有效果。
割取鸡冠血涂抹在伤口上即可痊愈。或者嚼碎大蒜、小蒜、桑白皮汁等涂抹在患处。或者用蓼蓝汁浸泡患处，或者用蜗牛擦出汁液，点涂在被咬的地方。
取萝藦草捣烂混入泥土封贴患处，每天两到三次，使毒素化为脓液。脓液流出后，要频繁更换药敷不要停止。或者用黑芝麻油调和胡粉像泥一样涂抹在患处，干了就更换去掉，直到痊愈为止。另一个方子用：枣叶、柏叶（各于五月五日采集阴干）、生铁衣、晚蚕砂各等分，研成细末，用生麻油调和成泥状，先在咬伤处施灸，然后涂抹药泥。另外治疗蜘蛛咬伤，全身长出丝状物的情况，可紧急使用：羊乳一升，饮下，数日即可痊愈。
预先在五月五日采集蜀葵花、石榴花、艾心三物，都阴干后，等分研成细末，用水调和涂抹在被咬的伤口上，立刻痊愈。
取新鲜的人尿清洗伤口即可痊愈。或者取蛇皮用蜂蜜涂抹，烤热后点涂在被咬的伤口上。或者用酱汁涂抹蛇皮，烤热后封贴患处，均有效果。
取大蓝汁一碗，加入雄黄、麝香两味药，根据情况决定用量，细细研磨投入蓝汁中，点涂在被咬的地方。如果有这种毒素的人，就直接细细服用这些汁液，效果极佳。也能治疗蜘蛛咬伤。
华佗治疗奇症的神方
人的腹中忽然生出应声虫，古人治疗方法是，诵读《本草》，遇到虫子不发出声音的药物，使用它就能痊愈。现在有更简便的方法一种，省去诵读《本草》的劳累，直接用生甘草与白矾等分，不需要二钱，饮服下去即可痊愈。
Apply head scurf (head dirt) to the wound, and it will heal immediately. Alternatively, crush [Gui] Cao (a herb, likely referring to *Glechoma longituba* or similar local herb in context of snakebite) and apply it; this is also effective.
The "various snakes" mentioned here do not refer to the three types mentioned earlier, but rather to species such as the red-banded snake (*Elaphe carinata*) and yellow-jawed snake. The treatment method is: immediately tie a rope about one cun above the wound to prevent the spread of venom; simultaneously, have someone suck the bitten area with their mouth, spitting out several mouthfuls of toxic blood. Once the toxin is exhausted, the pain will cease. Sucking may cause slight pain but no severe distress. Alternatively, find purple amaranth (*Amaranthus tricolor*), crush it, drink one sheng of its juice, and mix the dregs with a small amount of water to apply to the wound. Or, crush winter melon root and apply it; or chew dried ginger and apply it; or boil Wuzhuyu Tang (Evodia Decoction) and soak the wound in it. All are effective.
Cut chicken comb and apply the blood to the wound until healed. Alternatively, chew garlic, small garlic, or mulberry white bark juice and apply it. Or, soak the wound in Polygonum tinctorium juice (Indigofera juice); or use snail juice applied to the bite site.
Take Luomao Cao (Hemp Vine Herb, *Cynanchum auriculatum*) and crush it, mixing it with mud to seal the wound. Apply two to three times a day until the toxin turns into pus. Once pus flows, frequently change the dressing without stopping. Alternatively, mix Sesamum indicum oil (black sesame oil) with Hufen (lead carbonate powder) like mud and apply it. Replace when dry, and stop when healed. Another prescription uses: Zao Ye (Jujube Leaf) and Bai Ye (Cypress Leaf) (each collected on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month and dried in shade), Sheng Tie Yi (Iron Rust from boiling iron), and Wan Can Sha (Silkworm Feces) in equal parts. Grind into powder, mix with fresh Sesamum indicum oil to form a paste. First moxa the bite site, then apply the paste. For treating spider bites where silk-like threads appear all over the body, urgently use: Yang Ru (Sheep Milk) one sheng. Drink it, and recovery occurs within a few days.
Pre-collect Hibiscus mutabilis flower, Pomegranate flower, and Ai Xin (Mugwort Heart) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. Dry them in the shade, grind into equal parts powder, mix with water, and apply to the bite site for immediate healing.
Wash the wound with fresh human urine until healed. Alternatively, take snake skin, coat it with honey, heat it by roasting, and dab it on the bite site. Or, coat the snake skin with soy sauce, roast it, and apply it as a bandage. Both are effective.
Take one bowl of Da Lan Zhi (Polygonum tinctorium juice), add Xionghuang (Realgar) and Shexiang (Musk). Determine the appropriate amount, grind finely, and mix into the blue juice. Dab onto the bite site. If poisoned, drink the mixture finely; this is extremely effective. It also treats spider bites.
Huatuo's Divine Prescription for Treating Strange Diseases
If a person suddenly develops an "Echoing Worm" in the abdomen, ancient methods involved reading the Bencao (Materia Medica); when the worm does not respond to a specific herb, that herb should be used for a cure. Here is a more convenient method: use Sheng Gancao (Raw Licorice Root) and Bai Fan (Alum) in equal parts. Do not exceed two qian. Drink it down, and you will be cured.
