本症之原因，为夏季感受暑热，患者粪从前阴出，溺从后阴出，前后倒置，失其常度。
法用∶
车前子三两
煎汤三碗，顿服即愈。
患者体干涸如柴，肤似鳞甲，极易辨明。治用∶
雄黄三两 甘草二两 白芷五钱
各为细末，择端午日以棕子米修合为丸如桐子大。食前嚼碎咽下，食后必作痛，切不可
饮水，犯则无效。
治法仍用前方。再加马尿一碗，加人尿（童便尤佳）半合，饮之立消。
患者头臂上忽生鸟鹊，外裹以皮膜，或如瘤状，或突起成块，内作鸟鹊之声，遇饥寒时
即疼痛难忍。宜先以银刀割破其足，则鸟鹊即破孔而出。即敷以生肌散，外涂以神膏，三日
后即生合如旧。
按∶生肌散及神膏均见本书第三卷。（孙思邈注）
患者腹部膨大，状如妊娠，惟形容憔悴，面目黧黑，骨干毛枯，是由室女或思妇，不克
抑制欲念，邪物凭之，遂生此症。治用∶
红花半斤 大黄五钱 雷丸三钱
水煎服后，越宿即下血如鸡肝者数百片而愈。自后再多服补益之剂调治之。
患者头角忽生疮疖，第一日头重如山，越日即变青紫，再越日青紫及于全身即死。本症
多得之于常服媚药。初起时速用∶
金银花一斤
煎汁数十碗服之，俾少解其毒。继用∶
金银花二两 玄参三两 当归二两 生甘草一两
水煎服，日用一剂，至七日以后，疮口始渐能收敛。

患者的头部和手臂上突然长出类似鸟鹊形状的东西，外面包裹着一层皮膜，有的像肿瘤状，有的突起成块，内部发出鸟鹊的叫声，遇到饥饿寒冷时就会疼痛难忍。应当先用银刀割破其底部，那么鸟鹊就会从破孔中出来。随即敷上生肌散，外部涂抹神膏，三天后伤口就能愈合如初。

The cause of this syndrome is the contraction of summer-heat pathogenic factors during the summer season, resulting in feces being discharged from the anterior yin (urethra/genitals) and urine from the posterior yin (anus), with the front and back reversed, losing their normal physiological order.
The treatment method is as follows:
Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed) 3 liang
Decoct in water to yield three bowls of decoction; take orally all at once for recovery.
The patient's body is emaciated like firewood, and the skin is rough like scales, making it easy to identify clearly. The treatment uses:
Xionghuang (Realgar) 3 liang, Gancao (Licorice Root) 2 liang, Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) 5 qian
Each is ground into fine powder. On the day of the Dragon Boat Festival, mix with Zongmi (glutinous rice used in zongzi) to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Chew and swallow before meals. Severe pain will inevitably occur after eating; drinking water must strictly be avoided, otherwise the treatment will be ineffective.
The treatment method still uses the previous prescription. Additionally add one bowl of horse urine and half he of human urine (child's urine is particularly good); drink it, and symptoms will disappear immediately.
Bird-like growths suddenly appear on the patient's head and arms, wrapped externally by a membrane; some resemble tumors, others protrude as lumps, emitting bird-like sounds internally. Pain becomes unbearable when hungry or cold. One should first cut open the base with a silver knife, causing the "bird" to emerge from the hole. Immediately apply Shengji San (Flesh-Generating Powder) and smear Shen Gao (Divine Ointment) externally. After three days, the wound will heal as if new.

The patient's abdomen is distended, resembling pregnancy, but the appearance is haggard, the face is dark, bones are prominent, and hair is withered. This arises from unmarried women or women consumed by longing who cannot suppress their desires, allowing evil pathogens to attach, thereby generating this syndrome. The treatment uses:
Honghua (Carthami Flos) 8 liang, Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 5 qian, Leiwan (Wormseed Fruit) 3 qian
Decoct in water and take orally. After passing the night, hundreds of pieces of blood resembling chicken liver will be discharged, leading to recovery. Thereafter, administer more tonic agents for regulation.
Sores and boils suddenly appear on the corners of the patient's head. On the first day, the head feels heavy as if weighed down by mountains; on the second day, it turns cyanotic/purple; on the third day, if the cyanosis spreads to the whole body, death ensues. This syndrome is mostly contracted from long-term consumption of aphrodisiacs. At the initial stage, rapidly use:
Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) 1 jin
Decoct juice into dozens of bowls and take orally to slightly alleviate the toxicity. Subsequently use:
Jinyinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) 2 liang, Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix) 3 liang, Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 2 liang, Sheng Gancao (Raw Licorice Root) 1 liang
Decoct in water and take orally, using one dose per day. After seven days, the sore openings will gradually begin to contract/heal.
