秦皮 黄柏 黄连 黄芩 决明子 蕤仁各十八铢 栀子七枚 大枣五枚
上以水二升渍煮，取六合，澄清。仰卧洗，日一。
猪膏如半鸡子大，裹鼻孔中，随眯左右着鼻中以嗡之，即便仰卧，须臾不知眯处。
煎成白盐三匙 乌贼鱼骨（去甲）四枚
上二味以清酢浆水四升，煎取二升，澄清。每旦及晚洗眼，极效。
于上巳或端午日，采取青蒿花或子，阴干为末，每次用井花水空腹下二钱，久服自愈。
如目系未断者，即纳入，急捣∶
生地黄汁
绵裹缚之，切要避风。
密蒙花 蝉蜕 白菊 郁李仁 生石膏 生草决明 石决明 甘草 谷精草 白矾各四
钱百部二钱 珍珠四分
共为末，煮服。若即发冷者，其光必转。若光未尽转，再服一剂必愈。
平晨日未出之际，令一眼明人，把镊子拔之。去倒睫毛，勿使毛断，连根去之。下手十
减八九，疼痛立止。至夜点千岁 汁，三五日将息，方得平复。忌风寒日月光，及烟火房室
五辛。
秦皮、黄柏、黄连、黄芩、决明子（Cassiae Semen，清肝明目药）、蕤仁（Buckthorn Fruit，退翳明目药）各十八铢，栀子七枚，大枣五枚。
以上药材用二升水浸泡后煎煮，取六合药液，澄清。仰卧时清洗眼部，每日一次。
猪脂（猪膏，动物脂肪类外用剂）如半个鸡蛋大小，包裹鼻孔内部，根据眯眼（异物感或分泌物）偏向左侧或右侧，将其置于相应鼻腔中以熏蒸，随即仰卧，片刻之后便感觉不到异物所在之处。
将白盐煎制成三匙量，乌贼鱼骨（海螵蛸，去角质内壳）四枚。
以上两味药，用四升清酢浆水（酸性发酵米汤或醋水）煎煮，取二升药液，澄清。每天早晨和晚上清洗眼睛，效果极佳。
在上巳节或端午节当天，采集青蒿花或种子，阴干后研为粉末。每次空腹用井花水（清晨汲取的井水）送服二钱，长期服用可自行痊愈。
如果目系（连接眼球与脑部的组织）尚未断裂，立即将其纳入眼眶，紧急捣碎：
生地黄汁（Rehmanniae Radix Fresh Juice，清热凉血药汁）。
用绵布包裹并固定，切记要避风。
密蒙花（Prunellae Flos，清热明目药）、蝉蜕（Cicadae Periostracum，祛风退翳药）、白菊（Chrysanthemi Flos，平肝明目药）、郁李仁（Pruni Semen，润肠通便兼明目）、生石膏（Gypsum Fibrosum，清热泻火药）、生草决明（未炮制的决明子）、石决明（Haliotidis Concha，平肝潜阳明目药）、甘草（Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma，调和诸药）、谷精草（Eriocauli Flos，疏散风热明目药）、白矾（Alumen，解毒杀虫燥湿药）各四钱，百部（Stemonae Radix，润肺止咳杀虫药）二钱，珍珠（Margarita，安神定惊明目药）四分。
共同研为细末，煮水服用。如果服药后立即出现发冷症状，说明眼中的“光”（指视力障碍或翳障）必然开始转化消散。如果光芒未尽全消，再服用一剂必定痊愈。
石决明、黄菊花（Chrysanthemi Indici Flos，清热解毒明目药）、甘草各一钱。
用水煎煮，冷却后服用。
在清晨太阳未出之际，让一位视力好的人，拿着镊子将其拔出。去除倒睫（睫毛向内生长），不要让睫毛折断，必须连根拔除。操作得当可治愈十之八九，疼痛立即停止。到了夜晚滴入千岁（此处疑为特定草药汁液或代称，原文未详述具体植物，保留原名）汁液，休养三五天，才能恢复平静。忌受风寒、日月光照射，以及烟火和房室中的五辛（葱、蒜、韭、薤、兴渠等刺激性气味食物）。
取活体蛴螬（金龟子幼虫，中医外治法中用于吸出脓毒或异物），用新布覆盖在眼睛上，将活蛴螬放在布上摩擦，使芒刺（异物或病变组织）附着在布上，效果良好。
用书中记载的白鱼（衣鱼，一种昆虫）和乳汁混合，滴入眼中，效果良好。
用清水洗涤眼部即可自愈。如果使用新鲜牛乳滴眼，效果尤为显著。
Folium Fraxini (Qinpi), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Cortex Scutellariae (Huangqin), Semen Cassiae (Juemingzi), Fructus Rhamni (Ruirena) each 18 zhu, Fructus Gardeniae (Zhizi) 7 pieces, Fructus Jujubae (Dazao) 5 pieces.
Soak the above herbs in two sheng of water and decoct to obtain six ge of liquid, then clarify. Wash the eyes while lying on your back, once daily.
Apply a piece of Porcine Fat (Zhigao) the size of half an egg into the nostrils. Depending on whether the sensation of grittiness or discharge is on the left or right, place it in the corresponding nostril to fumigate. Immediately lie on your back; within a short time, the sensation of the foreign body will cease.
Prepare three spoonsful of Boiled White Salt (Jiancheng Baixian) and four pieces of Cuttlebone (Ozeo Os, with the hard quill removed).
Decoct these two ingredients in four sheng of clear acidic rice vinegar water to obtain two sheng of liquid, then clarify. Wash the eyes every morning and evening for excellent results.
On the Shangsi Festival or Dragon Boat Festival, collect Artemisia annua flowers or seeds, dry them in the shade, and grind into powder. Take two qian orally on an empty stomach with well-water (Jinghua Shui); long-term use will lead to spontaneous recovery.
Boil mutton meat until cooked. Apply it warm to the eye area as a compress, ensuring it is not too hot. Cooked pork liver is also acceptable.
If the optic nerve connection (Muxi) has not been severed, immediately reposition it and urgently prepare:
Fresh Rehmannia Root Juice (Sheng Dihuang Zhi).
Wrap securely with cotton cloth and bind. Strictly avoid wind exposure.
Flos Prunellae (Mimenghua), Periostracum Cicadae (Chantui), Flos Chrysanthemi (Baiju), Semen Pruni (Yuliren), Gypsum Fibrosum (Sheng Shigao), unprocessed Semen Cassiae (Sheng Cao Jueming), Concha Haliotidis (Shi Jueming), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), Flos Eriocauli (Gujingcao), Alumen (Baifan) each 4 qian, Radix Stemonae (Baibu) 2 qian, Margarita (Zhenzhu) 4 fen.
Grind all into fine powder and decoct for oral administration. If chills occur immediately after taking the medicine, it indicates that the visual obstruction ("light") is likely resolving. If the vision does not fully recover after one dose, take another dose for certain cure.
Concha Haliotidis, Flos Chrysanthemi Indici (Huang Juhua), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao) each 1 qian.
Decoct in water and take cold.
At dawn before sunrise, have a person with good vision use tweezers to extract the ingrown eyelashes. Remove the trichiasis completely without breaking the hair, pulling out from the root. This method cures eight or nine out of ten cases, and pain stops immediately. At night, apply "Qiansui" juice. Rest for three to five days for full recovery. Avoid wind-cold, direct sunlight or moonlight, smoke/fire, and pungent foods (Wuxin).
Place live larvae of scarab beetles (Shiqiao) over the eye covered with new cloth. Rub gently so that spicules or debris adhere to the cloth. This is effective.
Mix Booklice (Baiyu) found in books with milk and instill into the eye. This is effective.
Mash chicken liver and apply topically. This yields excellent results.
First wash with Rapeseed Oil (Yuntao You), then instill a small amount of sugar water. Spontaneous recovery occurs shortly thereafter.
Wash the eye area with clean water for spontaneous recovery. Using fresh bovine milk for instillation is particularly effective.
