防风三两 大戟二两 蕲艾五两
上以水一斗，煮取五升，温洗阴中，日可三度，良。
蚺蛇胆 雄黄 石硫黄 朱砂 峭粉（思邈按∶水银粉即谓峭粉） 藜芦 芜荑各二分
上捣研极细，和匀，以豚脂和如泥，取故布作篆子如人指，长一寸半，以药涂上，插孔
中，日一易。易时宜以猪椒根三两煮汤洗，拭干内药佳。
白矾（熬）一分 大黄一分 甘草（炙）半分
上捣筛，取枣大绵缠，导阴中，二十日即愈。
芎 藜芦 雄黄 丹砂 蜀椒 细辛 当归各一分
上捣散，取方寸匕，绵裹纳阴中。
蛇床子 当归 芍药 甘草各一两 地榆三两
水五升，煮二升，洗之，日三夜二。更以∶
蒲黄一升 水银一两
捣研，敷其上，自愈。
吴茱萸
纳牛胆中令满，阴干之，历百日后，取二十七枚绵裹之，齿嚼令碎，纳阴中良久，热如
火。惟须日用无止，庶克无济。
兔屎 干漆各半两 鼠头骨二具 牝鸡肝两具（阴干百日）
上为末，蜜丸如梧子。月初七日合时，着一丸阴头，令徐徐内入，三日知，十日小，五
十日如十五岁童女。
防风三两，大戟二两，蕲艾五两。
以上药材用水一斗，煎煮至剩余五升药液，温热后清洗阴部，每日可进行三次，效果良好。
蚺蛇胆、雄黄、石硫黄、朱砂、峭粉（孙思邈按：水银粉即称为峭粉）、藜芦、芜荑各二分。
以上药材捣碎研磨至极细粉末，混合均匀，用猪脂调和成泥状，取旧布制作成如人手指粗细的条状物，长约一寸半，将药物涂抹其上，插入阴道孔中，每日更换一次。更换时宜用猪椒根三两煎汤清洗，擦干后纳入药物为佳。
白矾（熬制）一分，大黄一分，甘草（炙烤）半分。
以上药材捣碎过筛，取如枣大小的量，用绵帛包裹，置入阴道内，二十日即可痊愈。
川芎、藜芦、雄黄、丹砂、蜀椒、细辛、当归各一分。
以上药材捣碎成散剂，取一方寸匕的量，用绵帛包裹后纳入阴道内。
蛇床子、当归、芍药、甘草各一两，地榆三两。
用水五升，煎煮至剩余二升，清洗患处，每日三次，夜间两次。另外再用：
蒲黄一升，水银一两。
捣碎研磨，敷于患处，即可自愈。
吴茱萸。
将其塞入牛胆中使其充满，阴干一百日后，取出二十七枚，用绵帛包裹，放入口中咀嚼至碎烂，纳入阴道内良久，会有如火烧般的灼热感。必须每日使用，不可间断，方能取得疗效。
兔屎、干漆各半两，鼠头骨二具，母鸡肝两具（阴干百日）。
以上药材制成粉末，用蜂蜜炼制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。在月初七日合药时，取一丸置于阴头处，令其徐徐纳入体内，三日见效，十日缩小，五十日后如同十五岁的少女一般。
甘草三两，芍药半两，生姜十八铢，桂心六铢。
以上药材用酒二升，煮沸三次，滤去药渣，一次性服下，神效。
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) 3 liang, Daji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix) 2 liang, Qi'ai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) 5 liang.
Take the above ingredients, add one dou of water, and decoct until five sheng of liquid remain. Wash the genital area with the warm liquid, three times a day, for good effect.
Ranshe Dan (Bungarus Caeruleus Gallbladder), Xionghuang (Realgar), Shiliuhuang (Native Sulfur), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Qiaofen (Calomel, note by Sun Simiao: Calomel is also known as Shuiyinfen), Lilu (Veratrum Root), Wuyi (Chrysanthemi Indici Fructus) each 2 fen.
Pulverize and grind the above ingredients to an extremely fine powder, mix evenly. Blend with suet (Porcine Fat) to form a paste. Shape old cloth into a plug resembling a human finger, approximately one cun and half in length. Coat the plug with the medicine and insert it into the vaginal orifice. Replace once daily. When replacing, it is advisable to wash with a decoction of Sanliang of Zhu Jiaogen (Zanthoxylum Root), dry thoroughly, and then insert the medicated plug.
Bai Fan (Alumen) 1 fen (calcined), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) 1 fen, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 0.5 fen (roasted).
Pulverize and sieve the above ingredients. Take an amount the size of a jujube, wrap it in cotton silk, and insert it into the vagina. It will heal within twenty days.
Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Lilu (Veratri Radix), Xionghuang (Realgar), Dansha (Cinnabar), Shujiao (Sichuan Pepper), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) each 1 fen.
Pulverize the above ingredients into a powder. Take one fangcun bi (a measure equivalent to a square inch spoonful), wrap in cotton silk, and insert into the vagina.
Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) each 1 liang, Diyü (Sanguisorbae Radix) 3 liang.
Decoct in five sheng of water until two sheng remain. Wash the affected area, three times during the day and twice at night. Additionally, use:
Puhuang (Typhae Pollen) 1 sheng, Shuiyin (Mercurius) 1 liang.
Grind and pulverize, then apply topically. It will heal spontaneously.
Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus).
Fill a cow's gallbladder with Wuzhuyu, allow to dry in the shade for one hundred days. Take twenty-seven pieces, wrap in cotton silk, chew thoroughly in the mouth until crushed, and insert into the vagina for a prolonged period. A burning sensation like fire will be felt. Daily application without interruption is required to achieve efficacy.
Toushi (Leporis Faeces), Ganqi (Resina Quercus Vitisiferae) each 0.5 liang, Shutougu (Cranium Muris) 2 specimens, Pinji Gan (Hepar Gallinae) 2 specimens (dried in shade for one hundred days).
Process into powder and form pills with honey, sized like wutong seeds. On the seventh day of the first lunar month, place one pill at the vulva and allow it to slowly enter the body. Improvement seen in three days, reduction in ten days, and restoration to the condition of a fifteen-year-old girl after fifty days.
Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 3 liang, Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) 0.5 liang, Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) 18 zhu, Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) 6 zhu.
Decoct in two sheng of wine, boil three times, filter out the dregs, and consume the entire dose. Divine efficacy.
Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Fulonggan (Dragon's House Liver / Calcined Clay) each 2 liang.
Grind together into powder. Take one fangcun bi with wine. Pain will stop immediately.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 1.5 liang, Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) each 1 liang.
Decoct in four sheng of water until two sheng remain. Wash the affected area, four times a day.
