苓各三两 远志一两
上末之，蜜和丸，热汤下一两，日一次。
人参二两 桂心 牡蛎 薯蓣 黄柏 细辛 附子（炮）苦参各三分 泽泻五分 麦门
冬（去心） 干姜 干地黄各四分 菟丝子二分
上捣合，蜜为丸，酒服如梧子大三丸。
本症为肾气衰弱所致。肾藏精，其气通于阴，劳伤肾虚。不能藏其精，故因小便而精液
出也。治用∶
韭子（熬） 麦门冬（去心）各一升 菟丝子 车前子各二合 芎 二两 白龙骨三两
上捣末，酒服方寸匕，日三。不知稍稍增之，甚者夜一服。
强中者，谓强阳不倒也。此虚火炎上，而肺金之气不能下行故也。治用∶
元参 麦冬各三两 肉桂三分
水煎服即愈。他日并可重整戈矛，再圆欢合。
熟地一两 白术五钱 山茱萸四钱 人参 枸杞子各三钱 肉桂 茯神各二钱 远志
巴戟天 肉苁蓉 杜仲各一钱
水煎服，一剂起，二剂强，三剂妙。
男女交感乐极，一时精脱，不能制止。此时切不可离炉，仍然搂住，男脱则女以口哺送
热气，女脱则男亦如之，则必能阳气重回。并急用∶
人参数两 附子一钱
煎汁，乘热灌之。后再用∶
人参 黄 熟地 麦冬一两 附子 北五味各一钱
水煎服。
【第一方】
熟地、山药、芡实、白术各八两，山茱萸、炒枣仁各四两，北五味子、麦冬、车前子、茯苓各三两，远志一两。
将上述药材研成细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药，每次服用一两，用热开水送服，每日一次。
【第二方】
人参二两，桂心、牡蛎、薯蓣（即山药）、黄柏、细辛、附子（炮制）、苦参各三分，泽泻五分，麦门冬（去心）、干姜、干地黄各四分，菟丝子二分。
将上述药材捣碎混合，用蜂蜜制成丸药，每次服用三粒如梧桐子大小的药丸，用酒送服。
第三方论述及方剂：
本症状是由肾气衰弱引起的。肾主藏精，其气通于生殖器，因劳累损伤导致肾虚。肾不能固摄精气，所以在小便时精气就会流出。治疗使用：
韭子（炒制）、麦门冬（去心）各一升，菟丝子、车前子各二合，川芎二两，白龙骨三两。
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用一方寸匕的药粉，用酒送服，每日三次。如果效果不明显，可逐渐增加剂量；病情严重者，每晚服用一次。
【第四方】
强中症，是指阴茎异常勃起不倒。这是由于虚火上炎，而肺金之气不能下行所致。治疗使用：
玄参、麦冬各三两，肉桂三分。
用水煎煮后服用即可痊愈。日后可以重新恢复性功能，再次享受欢愉。
【第五方】
熟地一两，白术五钱，山茱萸四钱，人参、枸杞子各三钱，肉桂、茯神各二钱，远志、巴戟天、肉苁蓉、杜仲各一钱。
用水煎煮后服用，服用一剂见效，二剂增强，三剂疗效显著。
【第六方】
男女交合时快乐至极，导致一时精气脱失，无法制止。此时切不可离开火源，仍然紧紧拥抱，如果是男子精气脱失，女子应用口输送热气给他；如果是女子精气脱失，男子也应如此做，这样必然能使阳气重回体内。并紧急使用：
人参二两，附子一钱。
煎取汁液，趁热灌服。之后再使用：
人参、黄芪、熟地、麦冬各一两，附子、北五味子各一钱。
用水煎煮后服用。
[First Formula]
Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Shanyao (Chinese Yam), Qianshi (Euryale Seed), Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) each 8 liang; Shanzhuyu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit), Chao Zaoren (Stir-fried Ziziphus Spinosa Seed) each 4 liang; Bei Wuweizi (Schisandra Chinensis Fruit), Maidong (Ophiopogon Japonicus Tuber), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Fuling (Poria) each 3 liang; Yuanzhi (Polygala Root) 1 liang.
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills. Take 1 liang per dose with hot water decoction, once daily.
[Second Formula]
Renshen (Ginseng Root) 2 liang; Guixin (Cinnamon Twig), Muli (Oyster Shell), Shuyu (Dioscorea Opposita Rhizome), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Xixin (Asarum Root), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateral Root), Kushen (Sophora Flavescens Root) each 3 fen; Zexie (Alisma Rhizome) 5 fen; Maimendong (Ophiopogon Japonicus Tuber, heart removed), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Shengdihuang (Rehmannia Root) each 4 fen; Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed) 2 fen.
Crush and mix the above herbs, bind with honey to form pills. Take three pills the size of a mulberry seed with wine.
Third Case Discussion and Formula:
This syndrome is caused by the decline of Kidney Qi. The Kidney stores essence, and its qi connects to the genitalia. Due to overwork injuring the Kidney deficiency, it fails to secure its essence, causing seminal emission during urination. Treatment uses:
Jiuizi (Allium Tuberosum Seed, stir-fried), Maimendong (Ophiopogon Japonicus Tuber, heart removed) each 1 sheng; Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed) each 2 he; Xiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) 2 liang; Bailonggu (Fossilized Bone) 3 liang.
Grind the above herbs into powder. Take one fangcunbi (a square-inch measure) of powder with wine, three times daily. If ineffective, gradually increase the dose; for severe cases, take once at night.
[Fourth Formula]
Qiangzhong syndrome refers to persistent priapism (erection without detumescence). This is due to deficient fire flaming upward, preventing the Qi of Lung Metal from descending. Treatment uses:
Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Maidong (Ophiopogon Japonicus Tuber) each 3 liang; Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) 3 fen.
Decoct in water and take orally; recovery will follow. Later, sexual function can be restored, allowing for renewed conjugal pleasure.
[Fifth Formula]
Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 1 liang; Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome) 5 qian; Shanzhuyu (Cornus Officinalis Fruit) 4 qian; Renshen (Ginseng Root), Gouqizi (Lycium Fruit) each 3 qian; Rougui (Cinnamon Bark), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood) each 2 qian; Yuanzhi (Polygala Root), Bajitian (Morinda Officinalis Root), Rongzong (Cistanche Stem), Duzhong (Eucommia Bark) each 1 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally. One dose brings improvement, two doses strengthen, three doses yield excellent results.
[Sixth Formula]
During sexual intercourse, extreme pleasure may cause sudden seminal depletion that cannot be controlled. At this moment, do not leave the heat source; continue embracing. If the man suffers depletion, the woman should blow warm breath into his mouth; if the woman suffers depletion, the man should do likewise, which will surely restore Yang Qi. Immediately use:
Renshen (Ginseng Root) 2 liang; Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateral Root) 1 qian.
Decoct to obtain juice, and administer while hot. Subsequently use:
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Huangqi (Astragalus Root), Shudi (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Maidong (Ophiopogon Japonicus Tuber) each 1 liang; Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Lateral Root), Bei Wuweizi (Schisandra Chinensis Fruit) each 1 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally.
