上一十二味，都为末，一两蜡，用药末一两，同于铛内煎，直候紫色花上来，药方熟，
后用井泉水一盏，将铛内药，倾入水盆内，然后以手控干其药，直须热炙，更不得分毫结梗
，捻为饼子，裹在伤处，其药三日后，却将药重于火上炙团一处，依旧捻饼子，裹旧伤损处
治打扑损及伤中，大效。
花乳石五斤，槌碎，如皂子大 硫黄槌碎，如皂子大
上用瓷盒子一个，先入乳石一重次入硫黄一重，重重铺尽，浮上，用鸭舌草独扫，是也
，赤石脂和涂盒子口缝，又用盐泥固济，勿令有小缝纹用新砖一口，四面书金木水火字，中
央书土字，上安盒子，用炭火二斤 之，耗及三分，渐渐去之，取去盒子，地坑内埋一宿，
细研为末，但是刀伤损至死者，于伤处糁药，其血化为黄水，更糁药，其人便活，更不疼痛
。如妇人产后血晕至死，但心头暖，即以童小便调下一钱，取下恶血如猪肝片，终身不患血
风等症，若鬲上有血，化为黄水吐出，及随小便出，便瘥。若牛抵人，肠出不损者，急纳入
，以桑白皮缝合，于缝上糁药立活，封裹不可有缝。如内痛，血入脏腑，热煎童子小便，及
入酒少许，调一钱服之。此药真神仙所传，如逢德行者，可以令博救，共获阴功。
治疗严重的跌打损伤疼痛。

以上十二味药，都研成细末，取一两黄蜡，与一两药末一起放入铛内煎煮，直到出现紫色的花状泡沫，药物才熟透，
然后用一盏井泉水，将铛内的药液倒入水盆中，接着用手揉搓干燥药物，必须趁热炙烤，绝不能有任何结块，
捻成饼状，包裹在受伤处，三天后，再将药重新放在火上加热团聚，再次捻成饼状，包裹旧的伤损处。
治疗跌打损伤及内部创伤，效果显著。

细细研磨成粉末，凡是刀伤严重至死的，在伤处撒药，其血化为黄水，再撒药，人便复活，不再疼痛。
如果是妇人产后血晕至死，只要心口温暖，就用童便调服一钱，排出恶血如猪肝片，终身不患血风等症，如果膈上有瘀血，化为黄水吐出，以及随小便排出，病就好了。
如果是牛顶人，肠子出来但未破损的，急忙纳入体内，用桑白皮缝合，在缝上撒药立即活过来，封裹不可有缝隙。
如果是内脏疼痛，血液进入脏腑，热煎童子小便，并加入少许酒，调服一钱。此药真是神仙所传，如果遇到有德行的人，可以让他广泛救助，共同获得阴德。
Treats severe pain from fractures and traumatic injuries.
Areca catechu seed (2 pieces) Myristica fragrans (1 piece) Cinnamomum cassia bark (half tael) Willow cinnamon (one fen) Angelica sinensis root (one tael) Momordica cochinchinensis seed (20 seeds) Angelica dahurica root (2 pieces) Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root (one large piece) Beeswax (amount as needed)
The above twelve ingredients are all ground into fine powder. Take one tael of beeswax and one tael of the medicinal powder, and fry them together in a pan until purple floral foam appears, indicating the medicine is fully cooked.
Then, pour one cup of well water into a basin, and transfer the medicine from the pan into the basin. Knead the medicine by hand until dry. It must be heated while hot to ensure no lumps remain, then shaped into cakes and applied to the injured area. After three days, reheat the medicine on fire to reform it, shape it into cakes again, and apply it to the old injury site.
Treats contusions, bruises, and internal trauma with great efficacy.
Flower hematite (five jin), crushed to the size of soap pods; Sulfur, crushed to the size of soap pods.
Take one porcelain box. First, layer the hematite, then layer the sulfur, repeating until full and floating on top. Sweep with only duck-tongue grass (Plantago asiatica). Seal the box mouth seam with red kaolin clay mixed with coating, and reinforce with salt mud to prevent any small cracks. Use a new brick, inscribing Metal, Wood, Water, Fire characters on the four sides and Earth character in the center. Place the box on the brick and calcine with two jin of charcoal. When consumed by one-third, gradually remove the heat. Take out the box and bury it in a pit in the ground overnight. Grind finely into powder. For any knife wound so severe that death seems imminent, sprinkle the medicine on the wound. The blood will turn into yellow fluid. Sprinkle more medicine, and the person will revive without further pain.
For women suffering from postpartum blood syncope leading to apparent death, if the heart region remains warm, mix one qian with fresh urine from an uncircumcised boy and administer orally. This will expel clotted blood resembling pig liver slices, preventing future occurrences of blood wind syndromes for life. If there is blood stasis above the diaphragm, it will transform into yellow fluid and be vomited out or discharged via urination, leading to recovery.
If cattle gore a person causing evisceration where intestines are exposed but not damaged, immediately reduce them back into the body, suture using mulberry root bark (Morus alba root bark), sprinkle the medicine on the suture line for immediate revival. Ensure the bandage is sealed without gaps.
In cases of internal abdominal pain due to blood entering the viscera, decoct fresh urine from an uncircumcised boy, add a small amount of wine, mix with one qian of the powder, and take orally. This medicine was truly transmitted by immortals. If encountered by virtuous individuals, they may use it to save others widely, accumulating merit through good deeds.
