夫卒耳聋者。由肾气虚为风邪所乘。搏于经络。随其血脉上入耳。正气与邪气相搏。故令耳卒
聋也。
【蒲黄膏】治卒聋。
细辛 蒲黄（各一分） 曲末（三分） 杏仁（三分。汤浸去皮尖双仁）
上为末。研杏仁如膏。和匀。捻如枣核大。绵裹塞耳中。一日一易。以瘥为度。
【龙脑膏】治卒聋。
龙脑（一钱二分研） 椒目（半两） 杏仁（二钱半。浸去皮尖双仁）
上为末。研杏仁膏。和如枣核大。绵裹塞耳中。日二易之。
夫耳者。宗脉之所聚。肾气之所通。足少阴之经也。若劳伤气血。热气乘虚入于其经。邪随血气。
至耳热气聚。则生脓汁。谓之 耳也。
【禹余粮丸】治 耳。有脓水塞耳。
禹余粮（烧醋淬七遍） 乌鱼骨 釜底墨 伏龙肝（各二钱半）
附子（一个。去皮脐）
上为末。以绵裹如皂角子大。安耳内。日再易之。如不瘥者。内有虫也。
【松花散】治 耳脓水不绝。
白矾（半两。枯） 麻勃 木香 松脂
花胭脂（各二钱半）
上为末。先用绵净拭脓尽后。以药满耳填。取效。
【白连散】 治 耳。出脓汁。
白矾（枯） 乌贼鱼骨 黄连 龙骨（各一两）
上为末。以绵裹枣核大塞耳中。日三易之。
【红绵散】治 耳出脓。以白矾枯成白灰。每用二钱。入胭脂二字。研匀。用绵杖子拭去
耳中脓及黄水尽。即用别绵杖引药入耳中。令到底。糁之即干。如壮盛之人。积热上攻。耳中出脓
水不瘥。用局方无忧散、
雄黄丸、泻三五次瘥。
突然耳聋，是由于肾气虚弱，风邪乘虚侵袭。风邪搏结于经络，随着血脉上行进入耳部。正气与邪气相互搏击，从而导致突然耳聋。
【蒲黄膏】治疗突发耳聋。
细辛、蒲黄（各一分），曲末（三分），杏仁（三分，用热水浸泡后去皮尖及双仁）。
以上药物研为细末，将杏仁研磨成膏状，与药末混合均匀，捏成如枣核大小的药丸，用棉布包裹后塞入耳中。每日更换一次，以痊愈为标准。
【龙脑膏】治疗突发耳聋。
龙脑（一钱二分，预先研细），椒目（半两），杏仁（二钱半，浸泡后去皮尖及双仁）。
以上药物研为细末，将杏仁研磨成膏状，与药末混合如枣核大小，用棉布包裹后塞入耳中。每日更换两次。

【禹余粮丸】治疗耳部疾患，有脓水堵塞耳道。
禹余粮（用醋淬炼七次并烧制），乌鱼骨，釜底墨，伏龙肝（各二钱半），附子（一个，去皮和脐）。
以上药物研为细末，用棉布包裹如皂角子大小，放入耳内。每日更换两次。如果病情未愈，说明耳内有虫。
【松花散】治疗耳部脓水不绝。
白矾（半两，煅枯），麻勃，木香，松脂，花胭脂（各二钱半）。
以上药物研为细末。先用干净的棉签拭净脓液，然后将药物填满耳道，以取疗效。
【白连散】治疗耳部疾患，流出脓汁。
白矾（煅枯），乌贼鱼骨，黄连，龙骨（各一两）。
以上药物研为细末，用棉布包裹如枣核大小塞入耳中。每日更换三次。
【红绵散】治疗耳部流脓。将白矾煅烧成白灰，每次使用二钱，加入“胭脂”二字所指的药物（注：原文此处可能有脱漏或特指某种含胭脂成分的药，按字面译），研匀。用棉签拭去耳中的脓液和黄水，然后用另一根棉签将药物引入耳底，撒布其上即可干燥。如果是体质壮实之人，积热上攻，导致耳中流脓水久治不愈，可使用《局方》无忧散、雄黄丸，通过泻下三五次即可痊愈。
Sudden deafness is caused by the deficiency of Kidney Qi, which allows Wind pathogen to invade. The pathogen binds with the meridians and ascends into the ear along the blood vessels. The healthy Qi fights against the pathogenic Qi, resulting in sudden deafness.
[Puhuang Ointment] Treats sudden deafness.
Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae) (each 1 fen), Qumo (End of Fermented Grain), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (3 fen, soaked in hot water, skin and tips removed, double kernels).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Grind the Xingren into a paste, mix evenly with the powder, shape into pills the size of a jujube pit, wrap in cotton, and insert into the ear. Change once daily until healed.
[Longnao Ointment] Treats sudden deafness.
Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum) (1 qian 2 fen, pre-ground), Jiaomu (Seed of Zanthoxylum), Xingren (Apricot Seed) (2 qian 5 fen, soaked, skin and tips removed, double kernels).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Grind the Xingren into a paste, mix to form a mass the size of a jujube pit, wrap in cotton, and insert into the ear. Change twice daily.
The ear is the gathering point of numerous meridians and the passage for Kidney Qi, belonging to the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian. If labor and fatigue damage the Qi and Blood, Heat pathogen enters the meridian due to deficiency. The pathogen follows the Qi and Blood to the ear; where Heat gathers, pus forms. This is referred to as an ear disease characterized by discharge.
[Yuyuliang Pill] Treats ear disease with pus blocking the ear canal.
Yuyuliang (Hematitum), Wuyu Gu (Cuttlefish Bone), Fudi Mo (Soot from Cauldron Bottom), Fulonggan (Dragon's House Liver - calcined soil from hearth) (each 2 qian 5 fen), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root) (one piece, skin and umbilicus removed).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, wrap in cotton like a soybean pod seed, and place inside the ear. Change twice daily. If not healed, it indicates the presence of insects in the ear.
[Songhua Powder] Treats continuous purulent discharge from the ear.
Baifan (Alumen), Mabo (Pollen of Ephedra), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Songzhi (Pine Resin), Huahongzhi (Flower Carmine) (each 2 qian 5 fen).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. First, wipe the pus clean with cotton. Then, fill the ear canal with the medicine to achieve efficacy.
[Bailian Powder] Treats ear disease with purulent discharge.
Baifan (Alumen, calcined), Wuzeiyu Gu (Sepiae Endoconcha), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Longgu (Fossilized Mammoth Teeth/Bones) (each 1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, wrap in cotton like a jujube pit, and insert into the ear. Change three times daily.
[Hongmian Powder] Treats ear discharge. Calcine Baifan (Alumen) until it turns into white ash. Use 2 qian each time, add "Hongzhi" (Carmine/Red Dye ingredient), and grind uniformly. Wipe out the pus and yellow fluid from the ear with a cotton swab. Then, use another cotton swab to guide the medicine to the bottom of the ear, sprinkle it, and it will dry. For robust individuals with accumulated Heat attacking upward, causing persistent purulent discharge that does not heal, use Youwu San (Worry-Free Powder) or Xionghuang Wan (Realgar Pill) from the *Ju Fang* (Standard Formulas), inducing diarrhea three to five times to achieve healing.
