治皮肤麻痹瘙痒 用莽草煎汤浴洗。
治腰脚痹缓，急行履不稳 用萆 三两，杜仲一两，为末。每日温酒服三钱匕，增至五
匕。
治顽麻风癣 用多年猪脂入百草霜捣成膏，令患者浴净，将醋敷身上，以刀微刮皮破，
用药敷之。
治痹癖 用大黄、芒硝末，以大蒜共捣成膏，贴硬处。
又方 用姜蚕为末，以白马尿调服，即消。
治十指疼痛，麻木不仁 用附子、木香等分。三钱，姜三片，水一盏，煎七分服。足弱
去附子，用乌头。
治手足麻痹 用川乌、木鳖各八两，黑豆三合，干地龙五两，松墨二两醋炒，为末，五
灵脂醋研，煮面糊丸如龙眼大。每服一二丸，细嚼，热酒或薄荷汤下，不拘时。
治遍身麻痹 用黄耆一两，人参、白芍药各五钱，附子一个，当归三钱，为末，炼蜜丸
如桐子大。每服三五十丸。
又方 用生川乌、白术、白芷各三钱，甘草二钱，为末。每服一二钱，温酒调吞上丸药。
治黄胆 用柳枝一束，水一斗，煮浓汁半升，顿服尽。
又方 用麻黄一握去节，以好酒五升，煮半升，顿服。
又方 用藜芦炮变色为末，水服半钱，小吐，不过数服。
又方 用小麦苗杵绞汁，饮六七合，昼夜三四次饮之，三四日可愈。一方用小麦捣水绞
汁，服一合，顿服甚验。
又方 用糯稻穣煮汁浸之，又用稻芒炒黄为末，酒调服。
又方 用东引桃根细切如箸一握，水一升，煎八分，温空腹顿服。勿令妇人、鸡、犬见。
三五日后黄渐退，百日方平复。仍要时时饮酒一盏，则黄易散，不饮则散迟。忌食热面、猪、
鱼等肉。
治黄胆遍身如金色 用青甜瓜蒂四十九个，须六月六日采者，丁香四十九个，以甘锅子
烧烟尽为度，研末，用一字吹鼻中及揩齿，仍令深吸，取鼻出黄水立瘥。小儿吹半字。
又方 治阴黄黄胆，暴急黄，用瓜蒂、丁香、赤小豆各七枚，为末，吹鼻中一黑豆许，
少时黄水出瘥。
治男妇黄胆病，耳目悉黄，食欲不消，胃中胀热，生黄衣，乃脏中有干屎 以猪脂煎一
升，顿服，日三，下燥屎乃愈。猪膏忌乌梅。
治时行黄病 用葵叶煮汁饮之。
治急黄胆及内黄腹结不通 用芜菁捣绞汁服，当得嚏，鼻中出黄水及下利愈。

治谷疸 用苦参三两，龙胆草一两，为末，牛胆一个入少炼蜜，丸如桐子大。每服五十
丸，空心热水或生姜、甘草汤下。
治酒疸 用枳实去白麸炒、栀子、葛根各二两，豆豉一两，甘草炙半两，锉细。每服四
钱，水一盏，煎八分，温服不拘时。
治女劳疸 用滑石钱半，枯白矾一钱。以大麦粥饮调下，以小便利出黄水为度。
治时行热病，郁蒸发黄 用茵陈、大黄各钱半，栀子一钱。水一盏，煎八分，温服不拘
时。
治病后发黄如金色，心满坚硬，脚手心热 用苦丁香末一钱，腻粉半钱，搅匀，作二服，
以新汲水调下，吐出黄水愈。
治黄胆 用苦葫芦瓤如枣子大，童便二合，浸半日，取两酸枣许，内两鼻中，令深吸气
，黄水自出。
治面目黄强力止困 用苦 服之。
治五般急黄 用山豆根末两钱，空心水调服。
治黄肿 用明亮绿矾一斤，下锅熔成汁，次下多年黄陈糙米四斤，慢火煮炒约一时许，
烟尽为度，莫炒枯了，取摊地上出火毒，为末；另用苍术一斤二两，米浸一昼夜，刮净、锉、
晒干、为末，一斤入前末和匀，陈醋打糊丸如桐子大。每服七八十丸，酒送下，陈米汤亦可，
早晚空腹各一服。忌糯米、面食、生冷，立效。
治疗腰脚痹缓、急行履不稳：用萆薢三两，杜仲一两，研为末。每日温酒送服三钱匕，逐渐增加至五钱匕。
治疗顽固性麻风癣：用多年的猪脂加入百草霜捣成膏状，让患者洗净身体后，将醋敷在身上，用刀轻微刮破皮肤，再用药膏敷上。
治疗痹癖（体内积聚形成的硬块）：用大黄、芒硝的粉末，与大蒜一起捣成膏状，贴在硬结处。
治疗十指疼痛、麻木不仁：用附子、木香各等分，共三钱，加生姜三片，水一盏，煎至七分，服用。若足部软弱无力，去掉附子，改用乌头。
治疗手足麻痹：用川乌、木鳖子各八两，黑豆三合，干地龙五两，松墨二两（用醋炒），研为末；五灵脂用醋研磨，煮面糊制成如龙眼大小的丸药。每次服用一到二丸，细嚼慢咽，用热酒或薄荷汤送下，不限时间。
治疗全身麻痹：用黄芪一两，人参、白芍药各五钱，附子一个，当归三钱，研为末，炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三五十丸。
又一方：用生川乌、白术、白芷各三钱，甘草二钱，研为末。每次服用一二钱，用温酒调吞上述丸药。
又一方：用麻黄一握（去节），用好酒五升，煮取半升，一次性服完。
又一方：用藜芦炮制至变色后研为末，用水送服半钱，引起轻微呕吐，不超过几次即可。
又一方：用小麦苗捣碎绞汁，饮用六七合，昼夜三四次，三到四天可痊愈。另一方法是用小麦捣碎加水绞汁，服用一合，一次性服完效果显著。
又一方：用糯稻秆煮汁浸泡患处，另用稻芒炒黄研为末，用酒调服。
又一方：用向东生长的桃根细切如筷子粗细的一握，水一升，煎至八分，空腹温热一次性服完。不要让妇女、鸡、狗看见。三到五天后黄色逐渐消退，一百天才能完全恢复。期间要时常饮酒一盏，则黄色容易消散，不饮则消散缓慢。忌食热面、猪肉、鱼肉等。
治疗全身黄疸如金色：用青甜瓜蒂四十九个（须六月六日采集），丁香四十九个，在铁锅中烧至烟尽，研为末，用“一字”量吹入鼻中及擦拭牙齿，并令患者深吸，取出鼻中流出的黄水，立即痊愈。小儿用“半字”量。
又一方：治疗阴黄、黄疸、暴急黄，用瓜蒂、丁香、赤小豆各七枚，研为末，吹入鼻中约黑豆大小，片刻后流出黄水即愈。
治疗男女黄疸病，耳目皆黄，食欲不消，胃中胀热，舌苔生黄衣，这是脏中有燥屎：用猪脂煎取一升，一次性服完，每日三次，排出燥屎后痊愈。猪膏忌与乌梅同用。
治疗急黄胆及内黄腹结不通：用芜菁捣碎绞汁服用，应当打喷嚏，鼻中流出黄水及腹泻后即可痊愈。
又一方：捣碎芜菁子加水服用，不久应当腹泻，一切恶物、沙石、草、头发等都会排出。
治疗急黄病：用大黄二两锉细，水三升半，浸泡一夜，早晨煎煮绞汁一升半，加入芒硝二两，绞汁服用。
又一方：用山茵陈二斤，水一斗，煎取五升，分次服用，每次一升，每日三次，夜间一次。
又一方：用雀粪二枚，冷水研磨后服用即见效。
又一方：用丝瓜、莲子烧灰研为末。因面色发黄得病的用米汤送下，因饮酒得病的用酒调服数次，可痊愈。
治疗黄肿：用百草霜一升炒，面粉半升，绿矾四两，研为末，糖制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用三四十丸，姜汤或米饮送下，效果极佳。
治疗黑疸，由黄变黑的多死亡：用土瓜根五两，水三升，煮取一升，去渣，一次性服完。重症者晚上再加服一次。若是鲜品，一斤捣碎绞汁一次性饮下更好，水液随小便排出。
治疗五种黄疸：用秦艽六两，牛乳二升，煮取一升，去渣，温热一次性服完。兼治痞块腹部硬如石头。
又一方：用猪脂八两，乱发如鸡蛋大的两块，一同煎煮，临服时搅去头发，分两次服用，病邪从小便排出。
又一方：用人发灰三钱，冷水调服，每日三次，不限时间。
又一方：用大黄、葶苈子等分为末，炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十丸，饭前冷水送下，每日三次。
又一方：用鸡蛋一枚，连壳轻轻敲破，烧灰研为末，用醋一合调服，不限时间，不超过三枚，虫会从鼻中排出。
治疗谷疸：用苦参三两，龙胆草一两，研为末，将一个牛胆汁加入少许炼蜜，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用五十丸，空腹用热水或生姜、甘草汤送下。
治疗酒疸：用枳实（去白麸炒）、栀子、葛根各二两，豆豉一两，炙甘草半两，锉细。每次服用四钱，水一盏，煎至八分，温热服用，不限时间。
治疗女劳疸：用滑石钱半，枯白矾一钱。用大麦粥饮调服，以小便利出黄水为度。
治疗时行热病，郁蒸发黄：用茵陈、大黄各钱半，栀子一钱。水一盏，煎至八分，温热服用，不限时间。
治疗病后发黄如金色，心满坚硬，手脚心热：用苦丁香末一钱，腻粉半钱，搅匀，分两次服用，用新汲水调服，吐出黄水即愈。
治疗黄疸：用苦葫芦瓤如枣子大，童便二合，浸泡半天，取两酸枣大小的量，纳入两个鼻孔中，令深吸气，黄水自然流出。
治疗黄肿：用明亮绿矾一斤，下锅熔成汁，接着放入多年黄陈糙米四斤，慢火煮炒约一时许，烟尽为止，不要炒枯了，取出摊在地上退去火毒，研为末；另用苍术一斤二两，米浸一昼夜，刮净、锉碎、晒干、研为末，将一斤苍术末与前末和匀，陈醋打糊制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用七八十丸，酒送下，陈米汤也可以，早晚空腹各服一次。忌糯米、面食、生冷，立效。
Treatment for skin numbness and itching: Use *Mangcao* (Dichroa febrifuga) decoction for bathing and washing.
Treatment for lumbago and leg bi-syndrome with weakness, instability in rapid walking: Use 3 liang of *Bixie* (Dioscorea hypoglauca Rhizome), 1 liang of *Duzhong* (Eucommia Bark), grind into powder. Take 3 qianbi with warm wine daily, gradually increasing to 5 qianbi.
Treatment for stubborn leprosy and tinea: Use pig fat from many years ago mixed with *Baicaoshuang* (Soot from various herbs), pounded into a paste. Have the patient bathe clean, apply vinegar to the body, gently scrape the skin until broken with a knife, then apply the medicinal paste.
Treatment for bi-pi (accumulation masses): Use powders of *Dahuang* (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome) and *Mangxiao* (Mirabilite), pound together with garlic into a paste, apply to the hard area.
Another prescription: Use *Jiangcan* (Silkworm infected by Claviceps purpurea) ground into powder, mix with white horse urine and take orally, it will dissipate.
Treatment for pain and numbness in the ten fingers: Use equal parts of *Fuzi* (Prepared Aconite Lateralis Radix) and *Muxiang* (Aucklandiae Radix), total 3 qian, add 3 slices of ginger, 1 zhan of water, decoct to 0.7 zhan, take orally. For weak legs, remove *Fuzi*, use *Wutou* (Aconitum Carmichaelii Deaux Root).
Treatment for numbness in hands and feet: Use 8 liang of *Chuanwu* (Aconitum Carmichaelii Deaux Lateralis Radix Preparata), 8 liang of *Mubiezi* (Momordica Cochinchinensis Seed), 3 he of black beans, 5 liang of dried earthworms (*Dilong*), 2 liang of pine soot (stir-fried with vinegar), grind into powder; grind *Wulingzhi* (Trogopterus Dung) with vinegar, boil wheat paste to make pills the size of longan fruits. Take 1-2 pills each time, chew thoroughly, swallow with hot wine or peppermint tea, at any time.
Treatment for generalized numbness: Use 1 liang of *Huangqi* (Astragali Radix), 5 qian each of *Renshen* (Ginseng Radix) and *Baishao* (Paeoniae Radix Alba), 1 *Fuzi* (Prepared Aconite Lateralis Radix), 3 qian of *Danggui* (Angelica Sinensis Radix), grind into powder, refine honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30-50 pills each time.
Another prescription: Use 3 qian each of raw *Chuanwu* (Aconitum Carmichaelii Deaux Lateralis Radix), *Baizhu* (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), *Baizhi* (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), 2 qian of *Gancao* (Licorice Root), grind into powder. Take 1-2 qian each time, swallow the aforementioned pills mixed with warm wine.
Treatment for jaundice: Use one bundle of willow branches, 1 dou of water, boil to obtain half sheng of thick juice, take all at once.
Another prescription: Use one handful of *Mahuang* (Ephedrae Herba) (remove joints), 5 sheng of good wine, boil to half sheng, take all at once.
Another prescription: Use *Lilu* (Veratrum Nigrum Root) processed until color changes, grind into powder, take half qian with water, induce mild vomiting, not exceeding a few doses.
Another prescription: Crush young wheat shoots, squeeze out juice, drink 6-7 he, 3-4 times a day and night, can be cured in 3-4 days. Another method: crush wheat, add water, squeeze out juice, take 1 he, take all at once, very effective.
Another prescription: Boose rice straw juice to soak, also stir-fry rice awns until yellow, grind into powder, take with wine.

Treatment for generalized jaundice turning golden: Use 49 green sweet melon seeds (*Tiandi*) collected on June 6th, 49 cloves (*Dingxiang*), burn in an iron pot until smoke is gone, grind into powder, blow "one zi" amount into nostrils and rub teeth, instruct patient to inhale deeply, discharge yellow water from nose, immediate cure. Children use "half zi" amount.
Another prescription: Treat yin jaundice, jaundice, and acute sudden jaundice, use 7 each of *Tiandi* (Cucumis Melo Seed), *Dingxiang* (Caryophylli Flos), *Chixiaodou* (Adzuki Bean), grind into powder, blow into nostrils about the size of a black soybean, yellow water flows out after a short time, cured.
Treatment for male and female jaundice disease, eyes and ears completely yellow, poor appetite, stomach distension and heat, yellow coating on tongue, indicating dry feces in organs: Fry 1 sheng of pig fat, take all at once, three times a day, cured after passing dry feces. Pig fat should not be taken with *Wumei* (Mume Fruit).
Treatment for epidemic jaundice: Boose *Kuiye* (Malvae Folium) juice and drink.
Treatment for acute jaundice and internal jaundice with abdominal blockage: Pound *Wujing* (Turnip) and squeeze juice, take orally, expect sneezing, yellow water from nose and diarrhea indicate cure.
Another prescription: Pound *Wujing* seeds, mix with water and take, expect diarrhea soon, expelling all evil substances, sand, stones, grass, hair, etc.
Treatment for acute jaundice: Chop 2 liang of *Dahuang* (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome) finely, soak in 3.5 sheng of water overnight, decoct and squeeze juice to 1.5 sheng in the morning, add 2 liang of *Mangxiao* (Mirabilite), squeeze and take.
Another prescription: Use 2 jin of *Shanyinchen* (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba), 1 dou of water, decoct to 5 sheng, divide into doses of 1 sheng, take three times a day, once at night.
Another prescription: Grind 2 pieces of sparrow droppings (*Que Tong*) with cold water and take, effective immediately.
Another prescription: Burn loofah and lotus seeds to ash, grind into powder. If caused by complexion issues, take with rice soup; if caused by alcohol, take with wine several times, can be cured.
Treatment for yellow edema: Stir-fry 1 sheng of *Baicaoshuang* (Soot from various herbs), 0.5 sheng of flour, 4 liang of *Lvfan* (Green Vitriol), grind into powder, make pills with sugar the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30-40 pills each time, take with ginger soup or rice drink, extremely effective.
Treatment for black jaundice, where yellow turns to black often leads to death: Use 5 liang of *Tugua Gen* (Trichosanthes Kirilowii Root), 3 sheng of water, boil to 1 sheng, remove dregs, take all at once. Severe cases take another dose at night. If fresh, pound 1 jin, squeeze juice and take all at once, better, water exits via urination.
Treatment for five types of jaundice: Use 6 liang of *Qinjiao* (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), 2 sheng of cow milk, boil to 1 sheng, remove dregs, take warm all at once. Also treats epigastric hardness like stone.
Another prescription: Use 8 liang of pig fat, two pieces of tangled hair the size of eggs, fry together, stir to remove hair before taking, divide into two doses, disease exits via urination.
Another prescription: Take 3 qian of human hair ash (*Xueyu Hui*), mix with cold water and take, three times a day, at any time.
Another prescription: Use equal parts of *Dahuang* (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome) and *Tinglizi* (Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semeni), grind into powder, refine honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills each time, before meals with cold water, three times a day.
Another prescription: Take one egg, lightly crack the shell, burn to ash, grind into powder, mix with 1 he of vinegar and take at any time, not exceeding three eggs, worms exit from nose.
Treatment for grain jaundice: Use 3 liang of *Kushen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), 1 liang of *Longdan Cao* (Gentianae Scabrae Radix et Rhizoma), grind into powder, put one ox gallbladder with a little refined honey, make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills each time, empty stomach with hot water or ginger-gancao tea.
Treatment for wine jaundice: Use *Zhishi* (Aurantii Fructus) (remove white pith, stir-fry with bran), *Zhizi* (Gardeniae Fructus), *Gegen* (Puerariae Lobatae Radix) each 2 liang, *Douchi* (Sojae Semen Praeparatum) 1 liang, roasted *Gancao* (Licorice Root) half liang, chop finely. Take 4 qian each time, 1 zhan of water, decoct to 0.8 zhan, take warm, at any time.
Treatment for female labor jaundice: Take half qian of *Huashi* (Talcum), 1 qian of dried alum (*Kubaifan*). Mix with barley porridge drink and take, stop when yellow water passes smoothly via urination.
Treatment for epidemic heat disease, depression leading to yellow fever: Use half qian each of *Yinchen* (Artemisiae Scopariae Herba) and *Dahuang* (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome), 1 qian of *Zhizi* (Gardeniae Fructus). 1 zhan of water, decoct to 0.8 zhan, take warm, at any time.
Treatment for post-illness jaundice turning golden, chest fullness and hardness, heat in palms and soles: Mix 1 qian of *Kudingcha* (Ilex Kudingcha Leaf) powder and half qian of *Nifen* (Calomel), blend evenly, divide into two doses, take with fresh well water, vomiting yellow water indicates cure.
Treatment for jaundice: Take bitter gourd pulp the size of a date, 2 he of child's urine, soak for half a day, take amount equivalent to two sour jujubes, insert into both nostrils, inhale deeply, yellow water flows out naturally.
Treatment for yellow face and strong fatigue: Take *Ku Shen* (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix).
Treatment for five types of acute jaundice: Take 2 qian of *Shandougen* (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix) powder, mix with water and take on an empty stomach.
Treatment for yellow edema: Melt 1 jin of bright green vitriol (*Lvfan*) in a pot, add 4 jin of old yellow rough rice, slow fire cook and stir-fry for about one hour until smoke ceases, do not burn, spread on ground to remove fire toxicity, grind into powder; separately, take 1 jin 2 liang of *Cangzhu* (Atractylodis Rhizoma), soak in rice water for one day and night, scrape clean, chop, dry, grind into powder, mix 1 jin of this powder with the previous powder, use aged vinegar to make paste and form pills the size of paulownia seeds.
