如果是各种痹症,用肉桂汤送服;
Treating Zhubing (a contagious, chronic consumptive disease), if the entire household is affected, treatment should be initiated urgently upon any suspicion. Use one Tan Gan (Lutra chinensis liver), dried in shade or baked until dry, then ground into powder. Take one Fangcunbi (a traditional measuring spoon) with water, three times daily. If the condition does not improve, prepare and administer again; this method is highly effective.
Treating Guizhu (illnesses attributed to ghosts/spirits, often manifesting as epilepsy or mental disturbances), epilepsy, malignant hot pathogens, and various Ganic syndromes (pediatric malnutrition syndromes) in children. Use Dan Zhu She Dan (Bos gaurus gallbladder), grind a small amount with water, and take twice daily for efficacy.
Treating Shizhu and Guizhu infections; seek urgent treatment upon feeling unwell. Grind fifty Tao Ren (Prunus persica seed) kernels, decoct in water to obtain three to four bowls of liquid, and consume all at once; vomiting is expected as the pathogen is expelled. If the disease is not fully eradicated, repeat the dose after two to three days.
Treating unbearable abdominal and cardiac pain caused by Guizhu. Take one handful of Bai Pi (inner bark) from Dong Yin Tao Zhi (peach branch growing eastward), decoct in two sheng of water until reduced to half a sheng, and drink. Repeat if symptoms persist.
Method for treating Lao (consumptive disease) to expel parasites: Use seven stems each of Sang Zhi (Mulbae Ramulus), Liu Zhi (Salix twig), Mei Zhi (Plum twig), Tao Zhi (Peach twig), and Shi Liu Zhi (Pomegranate twig), each four cun long, along with one handful of Qing Hao (Artemisia annua L.). Decoct in one and a half sheng of Tong Bian (urine of a healthy boy) and seven stems of Cong Bai (Scallion white bulb) until the volume reduces by half. Strain the dregs. Add An Xi Xiang (Benzoin Resin) and A Wei (Ferula assa-foetida) each one fen, and decoct again until one zhan remains. Strain, then mix in Chen Sha (Cinnabar) powder (half qian), Bing Lang (Areca Seed) powder (one fen), and She Xiang (Musk) (one zi). Divide into two doses. Administer the first dose at Wugeng Chu (early morning, approx. 3-5 AM) and the second at Wugeng Sandian (approx. 4-5 AM). By Sipai time (9-11 AM), parasites should be expelled. If the expelled worms are red, the patient can be saved; if green/black, it is incurable. After evacuation, consume congee and keep warm. Avoid sexual activity and cold/raw/toxic foods. The preparation must be done on an auspicious day; avoid exposure to cats, dogs, mourners, filth, or women.
Treating various Chuanshi Laoqi (transmissible consumptive qi) to kill parasites and remove toxins: Use Er Jin of Chuan Jiao (Sichuan Pepper). Select grains without seeds or closed shells, stir-fry until oil appears, and grind into powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with rice water on an empty stomach. Paralysis and dizziness will occur. If intolerable, form pills with wine paste, size of Wutongzi (Koelreuteria paniculata seeds), take fifty pills on an empty stomach with salt water. After consuming two jin (approx. 1kg) total, the Zhaili (tuberculosis/consumption) will heal. Also treats Kidney Cold.
For various Bi syndromes (painful obstruction), take with Rou Gui Tang (Cinnamon Twig Decoction);
For lower back pain, take with Xiang Jiu (Fragrant Wine).
Treating Lao: Use two to three jin of Xiang Cao Ye (fragrant herb leaves) harvested in March or April. Cook thoroughly, mash, and sit on the warm mass while naked, allowing the qi to enter the lower body and penetrate the abdomen, thereby eliminating all Shichong (corpse parasites).
Another prescription: Regularly trim fingernails on Gengshen days and toenails on Jiachou days. On July 16th annually, burn these nails to ash, mix with water, and ingest. This extinguishes Sanshi (Three Corpses) and Jiuchong (Nine Parasites), known as "Zhan Sanshi" (Beheading the Three Corpses).
Another prescription: On June 8th and Gengshen days nightly, stay awake to agitate the hidden "Sanshi". On ordinary nights, click teeth thirty-six times before sleep. Hold the heart with the left hand and call out the names: "Shangshi Peng Ju depart, Zhongshi Peng Ju depart, Xiashi Peng Zhi depart." They will no longer harm healthy individuals. Consistent practice enhances spirit and tranquility, preventing disease origin.
Treating Lao to extract parasites: Use Tian Ling Gai (Human skull cap) piece two cun wide. Wash with Tan Xiang Tang (Sandalwood decoction), coat with Su (animal fat/butter), and roast seven times while chanting: "Lei Gong Shen, Dian Mu Sheng, Feng Chuan Lao, Bian Xu Ding, Ji Ji Ru Lv Ling." Mix five Jixin Bing Lang (Chicken-heart Areca nuts), A Wei (Ferula assa-foetida) and Gan Sui (Euphorbia kansui) each two fen, She Xiang (Musk) and An Xi Xiang (Benzoin) each three fen, and Chen Sha (Cinnabar) one fen. Grind all to fine powder and mix evenly. Take three qian per dose. Decoct fourteen Xie Bai (Allium macrostemon bulbs) and Cong Bai (Scallion white), two handfuls of Qing Hao (Artemisia annua L.), two stems of Gan Cao (Licorice root, approx. 5 cun), and two handfuls each of Tao, Liu, Sang, and Suan Shi Liu branches (approx. 7 cun long, tender shoots facing southeast) in four sheng of Tong Bian (urine of a healthy boy) in a silver or ceramic vessel over slow fire until reduced to one sheng. Strain. Mix the powder into the liquid and divide into three bowls. Take the first dose at early Wugeng. Male patients require female preparation, and vice versa. If nausea occurs, chew a dried plum (Bai Mei) to stop it. By end of Wugeng, abdominal borborygmus will occur, followed by expulsion of worms, foul matter, and yellow fluid within five to seven li walking distance. If no evacuation, take another dose. Continue until dawn. If diarrhea persists, take five qian of Long Gu (Fossilized bone) and Huang Lian (Coptis rhizome) equal parts mixed with warm water, followed by Bai Mei Zhou (dried plum congee) to replenish.
Another prescription: Use Ci Shi (Hematite) one and a half liang, Long Gu (Fossilized bone) half liang, Nao Sha (Ammonium chloride), Ni Fen (Calomel) half liang, and She Xiang (Musk) one qian. Grind to powder, mix, and bind with melted wax into pills the size of small cherries. Pierce through the center, thread with red/green string, and tie a large ancient coin to the tip. In the morning, have the patient sit facing a broken square direction. Swallow the pill with warm water to the throat, close mouth, and bite the coin. When nauseous, vomit up worms, blood streaks, or phlegm (one to two he). The illness resolves. Clean used pills with warm water for reuse on another patient.
Another prescription: Collect forty Wan (pellets) of Bai Tu Fen (White rabbit feces) on Mid-Autumn night. Grind with Nao Sha (Ammonium chloride) to powder. Form pills with refined honey, size of Wutongzi. Take seven pills per dose. Crush half liang of raw Gan Cao (Licorice root), infuse in one zhan of water to extract juice. For weak patients, use roasted Gan Cao. Take cold on an empty stomach at Wugeng. Repeat after two days until parasites are expelled. Must be taken in the first ten days of the lunar month.
Another prescription: Use Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia root) three liang, Chao Gan Xi (Stir-fried Drynaria/Myrobalan resin - note: Gan Xi usually refers to Drynaria or similar, here likely Myrobalan resin or similar resinous substance given context of pills) half liang, Gui Xin (Cinnamon heart) one liang. Grind to powder, form pills with refined honey, size of Wutongzi. Take seven pills with Mi Yin (rice water).
Another prescription: Grind Xiong Huang (Realgar) one liang into powder. Mix with Song Zhi (Rosin) one liang, melt and form pills the size of lotus seeds. Swallow one pill at dawn. After seven days, "Sanshi" (Three Corpses) are eliminated.
Treating Chuanshi Laozhai (Transmissible Consumption): Store two zhan of Tong Bian (urine of a healthy boy) and one zhan of Wu Hui Jiu (wine without ash impurities) in a new porcelain jar. Place a pair of whole Zhu Yao Zi (pig kidneys) inside. Seal with mud. Slowly cook from evening until midnight. Heat again at Wugeng. Open jar, drink the wine, and eat the kidneys. Severe cases show improvement in one month. Suitable for chronically thin and weak individuals.
Another prescription: Dry Chi Bao Er (Trichosanthes cucumerina fruit, commonly known as Wang Gua) by roasting, grind to powder, and take with warm wine for efficacy.
