治失精暂睡即泄 用白龙骨四分，韭子五合，为末，空心酒调方寸匕服。
又方 用牡蛎炙黄为末，酒调方寸匕，空心、临卧二服。
又方 用苏子一升熬，杵为末，酒调方寸匕，日再服。
治腰肾冷，梦与人交接泄精 用柘木东行根白皮捣汁服。
治虚劳尿精 用十月霜后采新韭子，好酒八合，渍一宿，次早日出时，好童子捣一万杵。
平旦温酒服方寸匕，日再服立瘥。
治男女梦与鬼交，心神恍惚者 刮鹿角屑三指一撮，酒调，日二服。
治虚劳肾损，梦中泄精 用韭子二两炒为末，食前酒下二钱匕。
治暖精气，益元阳 用白龙骨、远志等分为末，炼蜜丸如桐子大。卧时冷水下三十丸。
治泄精 用未连晚蚕蛾，干之为末，每服三钱，空心温酒调服。

治失精漏泄久虚 用莲子心一撮，辰砂一分，为末。每服二钱，空心白汤调下。
治元气虚寒，精滑不禁，大便泄泻，手足冷 用阳起石火 红、钟乳粉各一两为末，酒
煮附子末，糊丸如桐子大。每服五十丸，空心米饮汤送下。
治精滑下元虚冷及疝气、妇人经脉不调，大人小儿皆可服 用独活、谷精草、续断、茵
陈等分为末，鸡子清丸如桐子大。每服五十丸，空心温酒下，干物压之。
治疗因短暂睡眠即发生遗精的症状：取白龙骨四分，韭子五合，研磨成粉末，空腹时用酒调服一方寸匕。
又一方：取牡蛎，炙烤至变黄后研磨成粉末，用酒调服一方寸匕，分别在空腹时和临睡前服用两次。
又一方：取苏子一升，炒制后捣碎研磨成粉末，用酒调服一方寸匕，每日服用两次。
治疗腰部和肾脏寒冷，梦中与人交接而泄精的症状：取柘木向东生长的根部的白色树皮，捣烂取汁服用。
治疗虚劳导致的尿精症状：取十月霜降后采集的新鲜韭子，用好酒八合浸泡一夜，次日清晨日出时，由好童男捣一万杵。
平旦时分（清晨）温酒调服一方寸匕，每日服用两次，可立即痊愈。
治疗男女梦中与鬼交合，导致心神恍惚的症状：刮取鹿角屑约三指撮的量，用酒调服，每日服用两次。
治疗虚劳肾损，梦中泄精的症状：取韭子二两，炒制后研磨成粉末，饭前用酒送服二钱匕。
治疗温暖精气，补益元阳：取白龙骨、远志等份研磨成粉末，用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。睡觉时用冷水送服三十丸。
治疗遗精：取未连体的晚蚕蛾，干燥后研磨成粉末，每次服用三钱，空腹时用温酒调服。
又一方：用车前子草，捣碎绞取汁液二合，服用效果很好。
治疗失精、漏泄日久导致身体虚弱：取莲子心一撮，辰砂一分，研磨成粉末。每次服用二钱，空腹时用白开水调服。
治疗元气虚寒，精关不固滑泄，大便泄泻，手足冰冷：取阳起石煅烧至红透、钟乳粉各一两，研磨成粉末；另将附子研末，用酒煮后作为粘合剂，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用米汤送下。
治疗精滑、下元虚冷以及疝气、妇女月经不调，大人小孩均可服用：取独活、谷精草、续断、茵陈等份研磨成粉末，用鸡蛋清制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用五十丸，空腹时用温酒送服，并吃些干食以压药力。
Treatment for nocturnal emission occurring immediately after a brief sleep: Use 4 fen of *Bai Long Gu* (White Dragon Bone, fossilized bone) and 5 he of *Jiu Zi* (Leek Seed), grind into powder. Take one fang cun bi (a measure equivalent to the size of a square inch) with wine on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Use *Mu Li* (Oyster Shell), calcined until yellow, ground into powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine, twice daily: once on an empty stomach and once before bedtime.
Another prescription: Use 1 sheng of *Su Zi* (Perilla Seed), stir-fried and pounded into powder. Take one fang cun bi with wine, twice daily.
Treatment for coldness in the waist and kidneys, and nocturnal emission during sexual dreams: Crush the white bark of the eastern-growing roots of *Zhe Mu* (Camptotheca acuminata) to extract juice, and take orally.
Treatment for seminal emission in urine due to deficiency exhaustion: Collect fresh *Jiu Zi* (Leek Seeds) after the first frost in October. Soak them in 8 he of good wine overnight. At sunrise the next day, have a healthy young boy pound them ten thousand times. Take one fang cun bi with warm wine at dawn (ping dan), twice daily; recovery will be immediate.
Treatment for men and women experiencing nocturnal emissions from sexual dreams with ghosts, resulting in mental confusion and vagueness: Scrape deer antler chips to obtain a pinch (approximately three fingers' worth). Mix with wine and take, twice daily.
Treatment for nocturnal emission due to kidney damage from deficiency exhaustion: Stir-fry 2 liang of *Jiu Zi* (Leek Seed) and grind into powder. Take 2 qian bi with wine before meals.
To warm essence and benefit primordial yang: Mix equal parts of *Bai Long Gu* (White Dragon Bone) and *Yuan Zhi* (Polygala Root) into powder. Form pills using refined honey, sized like tung tree seeds. Take 30 pills with cold water before sleep.
Treatment for nocturnal emission: Use late silkworm moths that have not yet mated. Dry them and grind into powder. Take 3 qian each time, mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Use *Che Qian Zi Cao* (Plantain Herb), crush and squeeze to obtain 2 he of juice. This is very effective.
Treatment for prolonged loss of essence and leakage leading to chronic deficiency: Take a pinch of *Lian Zi Xin* (Lotus Plumule) and 1 fen of *Chen Sha* (Cinnabar). Grind into powder. Take 2 qian each time, mixed with plain boiled water on an empty stomach.
Treatment for deficiency-cold of primordial qi, involuntary seminal slipperiness, diarrhea, and cold hands and feet: Calcine *Yang Qi Shi* (Styrite) until red-hot, and use 1 liang each of *Zhong Ru Fen* (Galactite Powder). Grind into powder. Prepare a paste by boiling *Fu Zi* (Aconite Root) powder in wine. Form pills sized like tung tree seeds. Take 50 pills each time, delivered with rice water on an empty stomach.
Treatment for seminal slipperiness, deficiency-cold of the lower yuan, hernia, and irregular menstruation in women. Suitable for both adults and children: Mix equal parts of *Du Huo* (Angelica Pubescens), *Gu Jing Cao* (Eclipta Prostrata), *Xu Duan* (Dipsacus Root), and *Yin Chen* (Artemisia Capillaris) into powder. Form pills using egg white, sized like tung tree seeds. Take 50 pills each time with warm wine on an empty stomach, followed by dry food to suppress the medicine's movement.
