纳，方保无妨。

周（二十四岁）：红斑遍布全身，自觉胸部宽舒，热势暂缓，说明邪热已经透发于肌表。伴有咳嗽气喘、咽喉疼痛。这是因为手太阴肺经受热邪熏灼所致，采用清宣疏利肺胃的方法即可立即痊愈。

另外，出疹后不想进食，适宜醒胃滋阴。
张老妇人：出疹后体内发热，咳嗽，身体瘙痒，应当疏泄肺金郁积之火。
史女（十七岁）：仲春时节发热持续十天，神志昏迷，耳聋，颈部和下巴颐部都肿胀，嘴唇和口腔焦燥，眼部分泌物胶结，脉象反而细小而快。
观察其脉象和症状，这是温邪内蕴化毒，日久导致血燥风盛，酿成严重的“发颐”病症（腮腺炎类疾病）。暂且投以清宣疏解、消毒散结的药物，只要肿胀消退能够进食，方保无碍。

服用三剂后，肿胀消退，热势减退，神志清醒，稍能喝粥，仍然继续使用凉解之法。

服用多剂后痊愈。
