（守阳）碧云膏 箍眼最妙，治倒睫及肿烂弦风。
铅粉 铜绿（各一两） 乳香 没药（各一钱） 冰片（一分）
上为细末，大黄熬膏作锭子用，日干，以井水磨下，新笔涂眼四围，不得入目。
搜风散 箍风热眼及肿痛。
黄连 大黄 朴硝 黄丹（各等分）
上为末，以苦参同煎汤，外加炼过白蜜同调，敷眼四弦甚妙。
拜堂散 敷风赤倒睫烂弦。
五倍子（不拘多少）
为末，蜜水调敷患处。
摩风散 治风牵眼目， 偏外障。
木香 当归 白芷 黑附子 防风 细辛 本 骨碎补（各一两） 乌头 芍药 肉桂
（各两半） 猪脂（六两）
上为细末，以麻油半斤浸一日夜，文武火熬如膏为度，涂摩之。专治赤目肿痛，白姜
为水，调贴脚掌心。
（《直指》）敷眼方 治赤肿闭合。
净土末（二两） 烂石膏（一两）
为细末，入蜜和，新汲水调如膏。敷眼四围及太阳，内服流气饮、泻肝散等剂为妙。
（《类症》）敷肿立消法 治眼胞肿大，痛不可忍。
母生姜（连皮捣取净汁） 枯矾（三钱，以姜汁调作膏，贴眼胞上，勿令入目）
敷火眼痛眼风热眼
南星 赤小豆（等分为末）
以生姜自然汁调，贴太阳穴即止。
又方 桑叶 大黄 荆芥穗 朴硝（各等分）
为末蜜调，贴太阳穴。
敷烂弦风眼二方
一方 治烂弦风最良。
铜青 白 粉 五倍子（等分）
上为末，热汤泡三五分，闭以软绢沃洗眼弦极效。
又方 治一切风赤眼，眼皮搔痒赤烂，久治不效，其功不可尽述。
腊月猪脂（半两，先溶） 白蜜（少许，渐入猪油内化） 白蜡（三钱，入油蜜内同化）
轻粉（一钱，入油蜡中搅匀）
上不时搽眼赤皮上。
敷目歌
眼热睛昏末朴硝，车前叶捣蜜来调。
临卧涂敷眼胞上，便得清凉过一霄。
敷烂弦歌
烂弦百药煎为奇，研细汤澄渣去之。
熬物稀膏入轻粉，盐汤洗了敷之宜。

将上述药材研成细末，用大黄熬制的膏液制成锭剂，晒干后，用井水研磨化开，以新毛笔涂抹于眼睛四周，切勿进入眼内。
搜风散：用于箍束风热之眼及肿痛症状。
黄连、大黄、朴硝、黄丹，各等分。
将上述药材研成粉末，用苦参同煎取汤，外加炼过的白蜜调和，敷于眼睑四边，效果甚佳。
拜堂散：用于敷治风邪所致之赤眼、倒睫及眼睑溃烂。
五倍子，用量不拘。
研成粉末，用蜂蜜水调和后敷于患处。
摩风散：治疗风邪牵引导致的眼目疾病，偏于外障类型。
木香一两，当归一两，白芷一两，黑附子一两，防风一两，细辛一两，藁本一两，骨碎补一两，乌头一两半，芍药一两半，肉桂一两半，猪脂六两。
将上述药材研成细末，用麻油半斤浸泡一日一夜，用文火和武火交替煎熬至呈膏状为止，涂抹按摩患处。专门治疗红眼肿痛，若用白姜研成水，调和后贴敷脚掌心亦可。
（《直指方》）敷眼方：治疗眼睛红肿闭合。
净土末二两，烂石膏一两。
研成细末，加入蜂蜜调和，用刚打来的井水调成膏状。敷于眼睛四周及太阳穴处，内服流气饮、泻肝散等药剂更为巧妙。
（《类证治裁》）敷肿立消法：治疗眼睑肿大，疼痛难忍。
母生姜（连皮捣碎取纯净汁液），枯矾三钱（用姜汁调成膏状，贴敷于眼睑上，切勿让药液进入眼内）。
敷治火眼、痛眼、风热眼
天南星、赤小豆，等分为粉末。
用生姜自然汁调和，贴敷于太阳穴即可止痛。
又一方：桑叶、大黄、荆芥穗、朴硝，各等分。
研成粉末，用蜂蜜调和，贴敷于太阳穴。
敷治烂弦风眼两方
一方：治疗烂弦风效果最好。
铜青、白粉、五倍子，等分。
将上述药材研成粉末，用热水浸泡三五分钟，闭眼后用软绢蘸药液清洗眼睑边缘，极有效验。
又一方：治疗各种风邪引起的赤眼，眼皮瘙痒、发红溃烂，久治不愈者，其功效难以尽述。
腊月收集的猪脂半两（先融化），白蜜少许（逐渐加入猪油中化开），白蜡三钱（加入油和蜜中一同化开），轻粉一钱（加入油和蜡中搅拌均匀）。
随时涂抹于眼睛发红的皮肤上。
(Shouyang) Biyun Gao (Green Cloud Ointment): Most excellent for constricting the eye area, treating trichiasis (inverted eyelashes) and swollen, ulcerated eyelid margins affected by wind.
Qianfen (Lead Carbonate), Tonglv (Malachite), each 1 liang; Xiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), each 1 qian; Bingpian (Borneol), 1 fen.
Grind the above into a fine powder. Use Da Huang paste (Rhubarb Paste) to form pellets. Dry them in the sun. Grind with well water before use. Apply around the eyes with a new brush; do not let it enter the eye.
Sofeng San (Wind-Searching Powder): Used for constraining wind-heat eyes and swelling/pain.
Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome), Puxiao (Mirabilite), Huangdan (Red Lead), equal parts.
Grind into powder. Decoct Kushen (Sophora Root) in water. Mix the powder with refined white honey and apply to the four sides of the eyelids; very effective.
Baitang San (Hall-Bowing Powder): For applying to wind-induced red eyes, trichiasis, and ulcerated eyelid margins.
Wubeizi (Chinese Gall), quantity unrestricted.
Grind into powder. Mix with honey water and apply to the affected area.
Mofeng San (Wind-Rubbing Powder): Treats eye conditions caused by wind traction, specifically external obstructions.
Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), Hei Fuzi (Prepared Black Aconite Root), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Xixin (Asarum), Bencao (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Gusuibu (Drynaria Rhizome), each 1 liang; Wutou (Aconite Lateral Root), Shaoyao (Peony Root), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark), each 1.5 liang; Zhuzhi (Pig Fat), 6 liang.
Grind into fine powder. Soak in Banma You (Sesame Oil), 0.5 jin, for one day and night. Boil over gentle and strong fire until it becomes an ointment consistency. Apply and massage. Specifically treats red, swollen, and painful eyes. If Baijiang (White Ginger) is made into water and applied to the sole of the foot, it is also beneficial.
(Zhizhi Fang) Eye Application Formula: Treats redness, swelling, and closed eyes.
Jingtumo (Clean Earth Powder), 2 liang; Lang Shigao (Calcined Gypsum), 1 liang.
Grind into fine powder. Mix with honey. Dilute with fresh well water to a paste consistency. Apply around the eyes and Taiyang (Ex-HN5, Temporal Point). Internally administering Liuqi Yin (Flowing Qi Decoction), Xiegan San (Draining Liver Powder) etc., is advisable.
(Leizheng Zhi Cai) Immediate Swelling Reduction Method: Treats swollen eyelids with unbearable pain.
Mu Shengjiang (Mother Ginger, crushed with skin to extract pure juice); Kufan (Burnt Alum), 3 qian. Mix Kufan with ginger juice to form a paste. Apply to the eyelids. Do not let it enter the eye.
Application for Fire Eyes, Painful Eyes, Wind-Heat Eyes
Nanxing (Arisaema Rhizome), Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean), equal parts ground into powder.
Mix with natural ginger juice. Apply to Taiyang (Ex-HN5, Temporal Point) to stop pain immediately.
Another Formula: Sangye (Mulberry Leaf), Dahuang (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome), Jingjie Sui (Schizonepeta Spike), Puxiao (Mirabilite), equal parts.
Grind into powder. Mix with honey. Apply to Taiyang (Ex-HN5, Temporal Point).
Two Formulas for Applying to Ulcerated Eyelid Margins Caused by Wind
Formula One: Best for treating ulcerated eyelid margins.
Tongqing (Malachite), Baifen (White Lead Powder), Wubeizi (Chinese Gall), equal parts.
Grind into powder. Steep in hot water for three to five minutes. Close the eyes and wash the eyelid margins with soft silk soaked in the solution; extremely effective.
Another Formula: Treats all types of wind-induced red eyes, itchy, red, and ulcerated eyelids that have resisted long-term treatment; its efficacy is beyond description.
Zhu Zhi (Pig Fat collected in the twelfth lunar month), 0.5 liang (melted first); Baimi (White Honey), a small amount (gradually added to the pig fat to melt); Bala (Beeswax), 3 qian (added to the oil and honey to melt); Qingfen (Calomel), 1 qian (mixed evenly into the oil and wax mixture).
Apply intermittently to the red skin of the eyes.
Song on Eye Application:
For hot eyes and dim vision, use powdered Mirabilite;
Crush Cheqian Ye (Plantago Leaf) and mix with honey.
Apply to the eyelids before sleep,
And you will enjoy coolness throughout the night.
Song on Treating Ulcerated Eyelid Margins:
Baibaajian (Galla Chinensis) is miraculous for ulcerated eyelid margins;
Grind finely, decoct, clarify, and remove dregs.
Boil into a thin paste, add Calomel,
Wash with salt water before application.
