*Qianjin Fang* records: To treat enuresis (involuntary urination), use one sheep urinary bladder, fill it with water, tie both ends securely, boil until cooked, cut open, and consume the tissue from both ends to cure.
Another prescription: For treating enuresis and incontinence, grind four liang of Poria Cocos (Fuling, 茯苓) into powder, mix with one jin of wheat flour, knead into cakes with water, bake until cooked, and eat on an empty stomach for efficacy.

The condition known as "Zhuan Pao" (Displacement of the Urinary Bladder) mostly occurs in pregnant women, as well as those engaged in physical labor, carrying heavy loads, or working in bent postures. The treatment method often employs emesis (vomiting therapy) to restore proper Qi movement, after which the patient recovers.
Zhu Danxi treated a woman suffering from Zhuan Pao, characterized by complete urinary retention. This pregnant woman had weak congenital constitution, excessive worry and depression, an irritable temperament, and consumed rich-flavored foods, all of which could cause this condition. Ancient formulas using clearing, draining, and unblocking herbs were effective. I reasoned that the bladder was compressed by the fetus, shifted to one side, causing the bladder ligaments to twist and obstruct the water pathway. If the fetus were relieved of pressure, the water pathway would naturally clear. Therefore, I used Bazhen Tang (Eight-Treasure Decoction) added with Chenpi (Tangerine Peel) and Banxia (Pinellia Tuber), decocted with fresh ginger, to induce vomiting. Subsequently, urination resumed. This may have been a fortunate coincidence, but subsequent treatments on several other patients also proved effective.
